• Amanda (7/5): Location, location, location - Location, location, location.... There isn't a view it just looks into a yard. The air con didn't work and the lady who handed the keys over didn't know how to fix it. Lucky we didn't need to use it. The iron didn't work.
• Lisa (9/5): This apartment was a lovely, quiet base for our stay. Grazie mille. - A beautiful quiet and clean apartment with a lovely blend of traditional and modern features. Only a very short distance to Realto Mercato. Great kitchen! Provision of traditional coffee pots and fresh coffee was lovely. We all loved this apartment. Everything was great although when showering, the bathroom floor becomes very wet. Fortunately there were loads of towels provided. Also two pillows per person for the bedroom would be great.
• Claudia (7/5): was ok. just didnt have an actual view but that's italy I supposse. - location was good, close to everything I asked for and obviously close to restaurants and main attractions. but access was hard ( 2 levels up and no lift) . Kettle and toaster didn't work, different plug.
• Julia (10/5): Excellent apartment in an excellent location in a fantastic city. - The location, the style, size and price. The sofa bed was slightly uncomfortable but ok.
• Ogbonnia (10/5): modern and nice place in a prime location - Very nice place with everything needed to feel ‘at home’ throughout your stay. Very modern apartment in a prime location with staff ready to answer questions at short notice Late check in fee is too early at 8pm as our flight landed at that time however, no other negatives
• Samad (7/5): Good apartment - Really nice, apartment and location. Clean, and in a nice quite area that’s not touristy Could have been an extra proper bed, not s sofa bed
• Arun (4/5): I wouldn't come back - Firstly the family is in the 2nd floor and the building stinks. The room was good but lacked many essential facilities.
• Geoffrey (6/5): This could be a fantastic apartment but there needs to be much more maintenance and supervision. - Good location. Well equipped kitchen. 39 steep steps. Bathroom has dirty tiles in shower. Toilet seat loose. Broken chair in bathroom. Dirty toilet brush. No mirror with adjacent plug to use hair dryer. Bedside lights too dim to read by. Dirty bedside mats. No drying rack to hang washed clothes to dry. No free change of linen after a week. No plastic bags for refuse. No instruction books for appliances. No warning given. that some appliances used together will trip electricity mains off. Faulty intercom system. You have to go down 39 steps to admit visitors and then climb 39 steps up to apartment.

• Tomlu (10/5): We are so satisfied and happy! Highly recommended! Grazie mille ❤️ - We didn't just like so much these apartments. We are delihted! The apartment is great! All rooms are very spacious and bright: bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. The windows overlook a quiet courtyard and you can hear the sound of the water in the canal. The house keeps coolness and we din't use air conditioners even in August. The facilities are beyond praise! You can live comfortably for a month. The cleanliness of the apartment will satisfy even the most demanding perfectionists. The location is perfect! One minute from the door and you have a beautiful view of the canal and the palazzo-galleries. The «picture» is beautiful at any time of day and night and in any weather. Two minutes and you in the big market. Plus two minutes and you on the Rialto Bridge. We are very grateful for the incredibly friendly support upon meeting and throughout our stay at these apartments. We were very helped by all the recommendations places to visit.
• Jussi (7/5): Ok - Clean, enough space for a familt Dishwasher and toaster were old and did not work well. In the shower was a minimum amount of water.
