• Alla (10/5): - Location was amazing as well as Elena's hospitality. She recommended lovely places to visit, had umbrella for guests and there is coffee in mocha as well as fridge which helps with breakfast. Flat was a bit humid but aircon helped to cool the flat.

• Joanne (10/5): Exceptional - the location was convenient to everything. the host was very accommodating with local knowledge and suggestions. if you have heavy luggage take the ferry, four minute walk with no stairs. cozy stay suitable for up to two people.
• Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional - The property was brilliantly situated for getting around Venice, in a very quiet area about five minutes from the Rialto Bridge. Elena who met us off the boat from Marco Polo airport kept in touch with us at all times, and gave us lots of information and helpful tips when we arrived. She really is a lovely host. Nothing, everything was great.
• Pin (10/5): Best experience in italy - We had some of the best nights of our Italy trip at Elena’s lovely studio flat in Venice. The location is great — close to the busy center, but just far enough to be quiet and peaceful. It was nice to be near everything, but not in the middle of the crowds. Elena is super friendly, easy to talk to, and full of energy. She gave us really clear and helpful information, which made everything easy. You can tell she really cares about her guests. The flat had everything we needed — it was clean, cozy, and we could even cook our own meals. Very convenient for travelers! We really enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Venice. It’s a warm and comfortable place with a wonderful host. You’ll feel right at home!
• Jdub19 (10/5): Quiet and comfortable - Elena was a most considerate host, as many reviews have already mentioned. She met us at our ferry terminal to make sure we didn't get lost and made sure we had everything we needed, including advice for what to do and where to find what we wanted to do. The flat was exactly as pictured and was very comfortable and quiet. The kitchenette and bathroom had everything we needed for our stay. It was a short walk to most things we wanted to do and you cannot beat that neighbourhood for the peace and quiet. Lots of great restaurants within a short walk as well. Great value for the experience! Nothing!
• Larisa (9/5): Superb - The convenient location of the apartment, two options for coffee - a cezve and a geyser coffee machine were a pleasant surprise. Very cosy space. Comfortable bed. Very helpful hostess! The flat is on the ground floor - it was chilly at night, cold wall - (early March) an extra blanket saved me.

The place itself is located in an amazing location - just adjacent to a canal, one minute walk from restaurants, coffee place and all you need. Elena is an amazing host - we needed some extra in administration because our phone broke done and Elena helped us with everything we needed and more. She is resourcefull made sure everything we need will be taken care of. Highly recommended!! Everything was perfect.
• Michelle (9/5): Great choice in Venice right on a canal - a true Venetian experience - The host was very friendly and met us at the water bus stop, which was incredibly helpful in navigating the streets of Venice. The location was great - not in a busy neighborhood but convenient walking distance and on a cute bridge and canal that had many gondoliers going by. The kitchenette was convenient with coffee, stove, refrigerator and freezer, etc. Towels weren't very soft

The things that I most apreciated were the hospitality of Elena, the amazing view to the canal that the flat had and also the fact that it was so well located. Venice is small and walkable, but the flat was near some of the most turistic places that we loved to visit. Also, the list with suggestions of places to eat that Elena gave us, was very helpfull. We loved the time we spent there and want to came back for sure.

• Christina (9/5): Property and hostess were great, the room's photos are accurate, recommended for a short stay. - The location is great, near city center and water bus stations but quiet and safe. The entrance is beside a canal bridge and you can watch the gondoliers from the window, so picturesque! The property is small but cosy for two people, with nice traditional building details. Clean, with equipped small kitchen. No feeling of mold or excess humidity. Wi-Fi was good. Elena was very helpful and gave us useful information even before we arrive. The garbage disposal system in Venice is not easy, we would appreciate if the property arranged collection & disposal. Recycle bins were inside the apartment while there was room outside. The shower is small, but known in advance. We would appreciate one change of towels during our stay and towel drying rails. Luggage racks missing as well.

• Leanne (10/5): Charming place with heart - Perfect spot on one of the smaller canals. You can watch the gondeliers go by and we enjoyed watching them from our bridge. We loved the area. Easy to get around, close to the vaperettos! Don’t hesitate just book this one. Elena helped us with an itinerary and suggested some very good restaurants which we did try. Elena was very helpful. Elena met us from the boat and took us to the apartment, pointing out recommended restaurants, bakers, supermarkets etc. en-route. she gave us itinerary ideas of where to go and what to do with directions. Communication was exceptional from the moment we booked through to leaving. We had her contact details and she always responded immediately. It was my birthday during the visit and even organised a surprise birthday cake. Elena really makes a difference to ensure you have an exceptional stay. N/A

She met us at the ferry & explained everything, making sure we would be comfortable in the flat which was in a perfect location to reach all the places of interest to us. We were able to cook in the flat & also watch the gondolas glide by from our window.
