- Angelika (3/5): Die Lage ist sehr gut+nach der Beseitigung der Mängel kann man dort einen schönen Urlaub verbringen - Die Lage und die Terrasse hat uns am besten gefallen. Ausstattung der Küche war gut, alles vorhanden, außer Eierbecher. Müllentsorgung siehe nächstes Feld. Mängel haben wir auch festgestellt: Wir hatten jeden Tag Baulärm ab 7 Uhr im Haus und nebenan. Bitten um eine Preisminderung, denn die Unterkunft war ja sehr teuer. Der Sonnenschirmständer war da, aber kein Sonenschirm. Schloß Eingangstür sehr schwer zu händeln. Handtuchtrockner im Bad war kalt, Fehlende Gaze am Fenster. Bei 4 Personen fallen in 5 Tagen Unmengen an Müll an und wir hatten keine Möglichkeit diese Behälter outside zu entleeren.

- Paula (7/5): Foi tudo bem. Os funcionários são simpáticos. A decoração é muito básica e fria. - É espaçosa e limpa Para quem quer uma localização central é boa Não há vista nenhuma. As janelas dão para os fundos de outros prédios, muito próximos. O local é muito movimentado. Mal se pode sentar no sofá cama da sala porque as almofadas escorregam.

- Pauline (8/5): Appartement calle Pinelli agréable et fonctionnel, très bien situé - L’appartement calle Pinelli est très agréable (conforme aux photos), fonctionnel avec une jolie terrasse donnant sur un canal. Il est très bien situé, à côté du pont ou à été tourné une scène de Mission impossible ! Le personnel de l’hôtel où nous avons effectué le check in et le check out est très aimable, à l’écoute et parle français. Les explications pour se rendre à l’appartement (situé à 5 minutes) étaient très claires. Un très bon glacier se trouve juste à côté de l’hôtel ! L'appartement n’est pas très bien isolé du bruit de la rue, qui heureusement est peu passante. Il faisait froid dans l'appartement et nous n’avons jamais réussi à mettre le chauffage. Les instructions pour les poubelles n’étaient pas claires. Nous n’avons pas compris si nous devions les déposer au bateau-poubelle en partant ou les laisser sur place. Les chaînes de la télé ne fonctionnent pas.

- Carla (10/5): Estada molt còmoda en un apartament ampli i ben ubicat, ideal per a grups i famílies - M’ha agradat molt la ubicació, ja que estava en una zona molt ben situada i còmoda per moure’s. L’apartament era molt ampli, amb espai real per a 5 persones, cosa que s’agraeix molt. A més, no eren sofàs llit, sinó llits normals, fet que el fa molt més confortable. En general, és un allotjament còmode i pràctic per a grups o famílies. Per posar algun però, l’allotjament no disposa d’ascensor, cosa que pot ser una mica incòmoda si viatges amb maletes o si hi ha persones amb mobilitat reduïda.

- Kevin (10/5): Amazing trip to Venice - Convenient to all of Venice. Staff was really helpful. The apartment was above our expectations. Clean. Updated. Comfortable. So much so that we altered our trip plans to add one more night. And the staff was very accommodating. All in all, one of the nicest homes we have stayed in. Will certainly recommend to friends traveling to Venice. Wasn’t an issue for us. But if someone has mobility issues, this wouldn’t be for them. Plenty of steps.

Nonostante sia molto frequentato dall’appartamento non si percepisce alcun tipo di rumore fastidioso. La presenza del locale contribuisce alla sicurezza della zona.

- Benoît (5/5): Cher et bruyant - Emplacement dans la ville, personnel de l'hôtel très sympathique. Il faut bien distinguer l'hôtel des appartements. Nous sommes restés 1 semaine dans l'appartement situé en rez de chaussée (n°U19) qui donne sur le hall de l'immeuble (poubelles, porte qui claque) qui donne lui-même sur une toute petite place (une grille de séparation) qui est aussi la terrasse d'un bar sympa mais très bruyant jusqu'à 1h du matin. La "vue" à raz de canal est exotique mais il faut composer avec les klaxons des bateaux (nombreux), le bruit des moteurs et les voix dès 7h du matin. Aucune séparation entre les 2 pièces. Appartement sombre et en fin de compte très cher, même pour Venise (il s'agissait de notre 3ème séjour).

- Julia (10/5): Despite the excellent location we would not stay here again - It was clean and the bathroom was well appointed. The bed was comfortable. The location was great. The entrance approach was disgustingly dirty with the contents of a flower spread across the path which meant we had to walk through soil every time we left or arrived at the property. We were not made aware of the fact that there were 4 flights of steps to reach the property. I am over 70 and fortunately fit and able but I might not have been and it is something that SHOULD BE mentioned. There was an air con unit but we were unable to use because there was no remote. The windows didn’t operate as they should so we had to leave them open and not secure. The noise from the street below was extremely loud especially between the hours of midnight and 5 am. I am not convinced that we got value for money. unfortunately due to the above mentioned problems we would not chose to stay here again

- Kerstin (9/5): Städtetripp nach Venedig - Unsere Ferienwohnung lag direkt gegenüber von dem Hotel Da Bruno. Der check-in verlief ohne Probleme. Wir sind früh angekommen und konnten unsere Koffer im Hotel aufbewahren lassen. Der Empfang war freundlich und hatte nützliche Tipps zum Einkauf und Restaurants für uns. Bäckerei, Supermarkt, Eisdiele und Cafébars sind gleich ums Eck, genauso wie viele Restaurants und Souvenirshops. Wir waren weniger als 10 Minuten am Markusplatz und der Rialtobrücke. Die Wohnung war vollständig eingerichtet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt.
- Tina (10/5): A very pleasant stay. - It was a fully equipped, beautiful home which also felt like home! Perfect location, quiet, and convenient. Installing window screens to protect against mosquitoes is necessary. Also, the water temperature in the shower is unstable and needs adjustment.

The room was very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed, including tea, coffee, dishwasher tablets, and laundry detergent. - Jose-Luis (10/5): Apartamento con terraza al canal y céntrico - El apartamento era muy grande y tenía una encantadora terraza con vistas al canal desde donde podías ver pasar las góndolas. Estaba muy limpio y cuando llegamos la calefacción estaba encendida así que era muy confortable. La cocina dispone de todos los utensilios necesarios para preparar comidas. Lo único que me molestó fue que a primera hora de la mañana se oía ruido en la librería de al lado, pero he de decir que yo tengo el sueño ligero. Al resto de mi familia no le molestó. Aún así recomiendo el apartamento.

Very professional and helpful team the reception of the Da Bruno hotel specially Mourad who gave us loads of recommendations and free coffee 😄 Right at the centre of action 5 minutes walk to Rialto and 5 minutes walk to the other direction in san marko. Tiny bathroom, though expected in an antique apartment in the city centre. I was expecting a canal view from a balcony but it was a first floor apartment, yet it was looking over the small canal directly via windows .. honestly, i can’t complain

- claire (10/5): Merveilleux appartement à Venise - L'emplacement idéal dans Venise, tout peut se faire à pied. L'appartement spacieux, très bien équipé, confortable et très propre. Le personnel est très accueillant, suite à un problème avec notre logement, une solution nous a été proposée et un dédommagement très appréciable nous a été proposé. Le petit déjeuner est varié et savoureux. Rien, tout était parfait

Μου άρεσε, επίσης, ότι από τα παράθυρα και το μπαλκονάκι έβλεπα κανάλια και τις γόνδολες να περνούν. Εξαιρετικός ήταν και ο Stefano κατά την υποδοχή. Μας καλωσόρισε πολύ εγκάρδια και μας κατατόπισε ως προς τα αξιοθέατα! Το κλιμακοστάσιο του κτηρίου.

Центральное расположение, рядом магазин, который работает ежедневно до 9 вечера, что очень удобно. Приветливый персонал, разрешили заселится раньше времени, при необходимости можно оставить багаж. Остались очень довольны. -

Watching gondolas go by was a fun exerience. Hotel provides very good directions on how to reach the office from the Rialto vaporetto station. Once you find the starting street (very close to Rialto) the directions are a snap. I used google maps with no prob. (Make sure you download local maps. ) Staff at reception couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Would absolutely stay here again. Pillows were thin and little firm for my tastes.
