The area has a pleasant, local feel about it, including a friendly restaurant next door serving good food and wine. Apartments are housed in a beautifully renovated historic building next to canal, with private courtyard, garden and boat stop. The apartment itself was exceptionally clean, spacious and well appointed with everything we needed for our stay…we appreciated all the little extras such as water, condiments etc. We also enjoyed having our own outdoor space to relax in. Good communications/instructions prior to arrival and staff friendly and helpful. We loved it and look forward to returning next year. My only negative thought is that our holiday ended far too soon and I wish I’d booked for longer!

• Lucy (9/5): Amazing apartment - great value and absolute luxury - fabulous location. - As long as you can arrive when the reception desk is manned, then check in is easy and our host was really helpful with settling us into the apartment. The location was just a 10-15 min walk from the station and it was easy to use our maps app to help us. No need for water taxi if you are able to carry your bags over the many little bridges. The location was easy to use as a base to walk around the whole of venice and it was very quiet. The garden is a lovely space to sit in too. If there was a problem overnight, there would not be anyone immediately available to help in reception but this was not an actual issue on this occasion. However, the accommodation is clearly in great condition so i don't think there is going to be much going wrong with it. The only other negative (which could be viewed as a humerous problem) was trying to work out what switches turned off what lights - i really didn't get to the bottom of it and it took a few minutes each night to work it out as sometimes the switches turned things on and sometimes it switched them off. ...

Getting picked up by the motor boat taking us to Murano from the double doors within the Palazzo was a highlight as well as the private garden we had access to. We had a kitchen and living room and was definitely more space than we needed, but we aren't complaining about that! The views from our room were AMAZING! We were able to see the canal from our room but was still quiet and private. The location was great, and we were able to walk everywhere. We loved the outside garden! The staff were super friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again if we were to return to Venice! Nothing!

• Kiatnonthaphat (2/5): Disappointment - Good space and function We got scam by the hotel boat service. We texting to the hotel for the boat pickup from the parking lot and we went to the port that they told us with the driver already waiting. When we went there load the luggage’s to the boat paid the fee and on the way to the hotel, the driver said we must pay to him because he did not recieve a fee yet. So, we have to paid him again. Then when we arrive at the hotel they said this is not their driver the driver still waiting and we have to paid the third time so we fight until they surrender. This such a bad situation for us as Booking.com royal customer. Hope to see some feedback or compensation from CRM department or We will use AGODA from now on

• Amanda (10/5): The best stay on our trip! - The Palazzo Morosini is truly your palace in the city. I felt extremely comfortable and well cared for and the team made the experience incredible. The Murano glass experience that’s complimentary was extremely cool and would definitely recommend that visitors schedule in their time in Venice. There was nothing I did not like!

Key retrieval was seamless, and the availability of elevators made managing our luggage extremely convenient. The room itself exceeded our expectations — featuring high ceilings, a luxurious rainfall shower, integrated speakers throughout the apartment, beautiful views, and an exceptionally comfortable bed. The kitchenette was well-equipped with all the essentials, and the complimentary bottle of champagne was a thoughtful touch that made our stay even more special. • James (10/5): - Beautiful property in an amazing location. It had everything we needed for our stay and was cleaned and furnished to a high standard. Admittedly we stayed in winter so didn’t take full advantage of the available amenities, but the garden is a lovely addition (with beautiful cats!) and it’s incredibly convenient to get anywhere in the city. The staff were very accommodating and went above and beyond with recommendations and organising activities to make the most of our time in the city.

• Vicky (10/5): A perfect retreat in one of the world's most beautiful cities. - The small apartment was exceptional. It was stylish, functional and very clean and had everything we needed. There was a beautiful private garden on the canal just outside the door with soft music playing and plenty of seating along with 2 very friendly resident cats. The entrance to the apartment building was a colonnaded walkway with polished venetian marble flooring. The San Polo area was so convenient for getting to all parts of the city but it was a quiet residential area so it was a place to escape to away from the crowds in other parts of Venice. We will certainly be returning here in the future. I can't fault it.

• MENGYA (10/5): The perfect stay in Venice. - Spacious, spotless, and modern — we truly enjoyed our stay here. The staff at the reception greeted us warmly and showed us to the room, which made check-in smooth and easy. The location is quite convenient, about a 12-minute walk from the train station, and there’s a restaurant right next to the hotel. The room itself feels modern and comfortable. It’s a smart room where you can control the lights with a remote, which we really enjoyed. Overall, a pleasant stay and a great value in Venice — highly recommended.
