• Patrick (8/5): Confort et emplacement parfaits. - Grandes pièces avec des lits bien préparés. Isolation phonique optimale avec les autres appartements. Accessibilité à pied dans un quartier disposant de bon nombre de lieux de restauration. WC et douche dans la même pièce au vu du nombre de personnes.
• Paula (7/5): - Size of the rooms and number of beds. Bright windows. I asked if it was 3 bedrooms plus leaving room, hosted confirmed as yes, but it was 2 bedrooms and the other bed was in the living room. I asked specifically if any of the beds were in the leaving room, and they saod, no, all bedrooms. But no. I was disapointed. Fridge without light, poor running water in the kitchen, plates and cutlery uncompleted.

• LUCA (8/5): Una Vienna da scoprire. - Ottima posizione per visitare la città, appartamento grande,pulito e confortevole, adatto anche a famiglie con bambini, mezzi pubblici a pochissima distanza, zona servita e con diversi ottimi locali. Appartamento al 3° piano senza ascensore, quindi non facilmente usufruibile a chi ha problemi di mobilità, nella dotazione della cucina mancano le pentole, è presente la macchina per il caffè espresso ma sarebbe auspicabile lasciare 2/3 cialde giusto per capire di quale tipo sono per l'eventuale acquisto.

• Anna (6/5): Für den Preis ok - sauber aber renovierungsbedürftig - Preis ok, schon etwas älter und müsste renoviert werden. Keine Heizung im Vorraum! Dafür aber super Lage und sehr Sauber (was mir immer am wichtigsten ist). Keine Heizung im Vorraum. Es wurde vor der Ankunft nur auf 15 Grad geheizt- also doch recht kalt für Dezember und alle Fenster waren gekippt. Renovierungsbedürftig- fehlende oder hängende Kastentüren. Mikrowelle glaublich defekt.
• Xheni (8/5): - Posizione ottima, spazi comodi e ampi Piccoli dettagli come la polvere sotto il letto e nelle porte ma in generale non male. Porta del bagno con vetro non oscurato quindi ci siamo ingegnati legando asciugamani con elastici per non essere visti in corridoio.

Molto costoso per quello che offre, l'host non conosce l'inglese ed è difficilissimo comunicare. L'appartamento è al secondo piano in un palazzo vecchio senza ascensore e non è comunicato. Non è possibile lasciare le valigie da nessuna parte. Scrivono che lasciano a disposizione caffè e the ma non c'era nulla di quanto detto e la cucina non era troppo pulita.

• Francesco (9/5): Wir kommen wieder! - Sehr sehr geräumig (wir waren zu dritt, da war locker Platz für 3 weitere Gäste), richtig gute Ausstattung, perfekte Lage unweit von der Innenstadt. Plus: Eine schöne Bar direkt nebenan. Auf der anderen Straßenseite ist eine Kirche, um 7 wurde es SEHR laut; die Einrichtung ist ein wenig gewöhnungsbedürftig.
• Marupee (10/5): We arrived late at night but there wasn’t hassle to enter the property. The surrounding is very quiet and it’s very reco - Nearby the tourist attraction. It takes only 3 stations away to Stephanplatz( city center). The property is clean and it’s very comfirtable to stay at and convenient to walk around the areas. Nothing!

• Joseph (8/5): Very good - Excellent location in admittedly old building but appartment was of a very high standard with good facilities and large enough for five people - near schottentor UBahn Station only 15 minutes walk - plenty of nice restaurants nearby and very quiiet at night - vintage old vienna building which I like - olde worlde charm. Only one toilet and clear window to toilet was a slight issue but no big deal overall. Only one key which was also an issue but minor one - key code entry was old fashioned and was not liquid crystal display but old fashioned tumblerwhich future guests need to be aware of - you first have to slide down outer box sleeve first before entering code - a bit tricky to do because of old fashioned nature of box

• Glenn (9/5): Superb - Large and well looked after and a nice quiet location. We were only there for one night so suited us perfectly. It was perhaps a little dated, furniture-wise but that is a minor thing. It was still comfortable and clean.
• Sead (10/5): Excellent apartment in a great location - Excellent location close to the city center at walking distance and surrounded with many restaurants. Free parking on the street. Very clean apartment including all you can need (equipped kitchen, towels, wifi, cable TV...). Beds were comfortable, fresh linen. Worth the money Full glass door on the bathroom. Although the glass is blurry, you still can see people sitting on the toilette. It's not a deal breaker but would be nice to put a normal door

• Derek (8/5): Spacious apartment in a top location - Great location, easy walk or tram to Altstadt, lots of nearby eateries and supermarkets. Very comfortable for a family of 5, and the washing machine is good during an extended stay. Modern apartment within a rather old building but with lots of character. Quiet street apart from church bells. Hard to find with no signage apart from the building number. Church bells next door go off at 7am daily, noisy but good for getting the kids going in the morning.

The apartment is big, comfortable, bright and scrupulously clean. With satellite TV, good heating, super comfortable beds and pillows. Well-equipped kitchen, with Bosch Tassimo coffee maker and kettle. There was even olive oil, sugar and salt! Close and friendly hosts. All perfect. They should improve the decoration. But this is a detail, the apartment is comfortable

• Itamar (6/5): A very basic apartment for one night only - The location of the apartment is relatively close to the city center. The hostess was relatively available and helped us A very basic, simple and outdated apartment. The door to the bathroom is almost transparent, which is unpleasant. The bed is not comfortable. There is no elevator and we had to carry a lot of luggage up about 60 stairs.

• Alekseik (9/5): Spacious apartment on a quiet street - Quite spacious apartment on a quiet street. City center is in walkable distance, rathaus is about 10 minutes away by foot. There's an area with restaurants nearby, we could recommend Centimeter pub which is 5 minutes walk. In the apartment, there's everything needed, even the washing\drying machine. For an apartment, that can fit 10 people, if would be nice to have separate toilet and bathroom. Parking on the street is in the paid zone, but there are no signs for that. We were fined 36 eur for parking, but that could be about the same as paying for the paid parking.

• Derek (10/5): amazing - this is a no brainer, amazing place, easy to locate and the owner was fantastic. if you are unsure, select this place. nothing
• Fergal (8/5): Very pleasant -wish it had been for longer. - The apartment building, which isn't exactly inspiring itself, is in a lovely street in atmospheric Josefstadt. The windows look out on an old Trinitarian church associated with Schubert and Beethoven. Lots of great cafés in the neighbourhood, and it's ten minutes walk to the Ring Strasse. As far as I could make out, the television had no independent input - a smart phone was needed to provide a feed. Filter coffee and filter papers were provided, but no filter machine or custom funnel. There was also a capsule coffee machine, but no capsules. These are small quibbles. It's also important to know that the apartment works off a key lock-box system, the code for which is emailed on the day of arrival - I was expecting to be met, judging by Booking.com. In short, un-Smartphoned coffee addicts be warned.
