• Aleksei (9/5): Nice flat - Large apartment near the metro and supermarket. There are cooking utensils and a kitchen. Very ascetic. Enough for life, but not enough for comfort.
• Soroush (1/5): Einfach nur schrecklich! - Die Lage in der Nähe der U-Bahn Bildee sind nicht aktuell. Folgende Mängel sind in der Wohnung: - Abdunkelung in den Zimmern defekt - Boden extrem abgenützt - Wasserhahn im Bad defekt - untere Regalflächen im Bad extrem staubig - Schaumstoff der Matratze sichtbar - Flecken an der Decke - Router und Kabeln liegen im Wohnzimmer herum - Lampenschirm im Wohnzimmer defekt Leider eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung. Es wurde dann das Angebot gemacht, dass ich früher gehen kann. Habe es natürlich genützt und die Wohnung dann gleich verlassen.
• Engin (10/5): - Szuper helyen van, közel a metróállomáshoz, a sarkon egy Penny Market és sok büfé /étterem. Az apartman tágas, kényelmes, ritka az ekkora méretű szállás. Az ágy kényelmes és a kanapé sem volt kényelmetlen. Kávé volt bekészítve és pipereszappan. Apróságok, amin könnyen lehet segíteni. A folyékony kézmosó szappan flakonja és a tusfürdő a zuhanyzóban üres volt (valami megfeketedett folyadék jött belőle), illetve az ajtók, még a szekrényajtók is rettenetesen nyikorogtak.

• David (7/5): Renovierungsbedürftige Wohnung mit guter Lage und unkompliziertem Check-In. - Unkomplizierter Check In. Gute Lage neben der U-Bahn. Saubereres Apartment Keine Reaktion des Vermieters, ob ein früherer Check In möglich ist. Gebäudeeingang bis zum Lift nicht Barrierefrei (Stufen) Die Wohnung hat viele Mängel: Fehlende Glühbirne in der Stehlampe, Licht am Gang im 4.Stock funktioniert nicht, Badezimmer/WC kann nicht verschlossen werden, Fensterjalousien sind defekt und kann somit nicht abgedunkelt werden, der Abflussstopfen der Spüle funktioniert nicht, Teilweise schon sehr abgenützt und viele Spuren an den Wänden, Deckenlampe aufgerissen und fleckig, nicht die passende Bettwäsche für das Bett (Schaumstoff liegt frei) ....

• Domantas (9/5): Overall a cozy stay at superb location - Super location, spacious apartment A minor detail but the lamp shade and one window blind was broken, but it didnt really impact our stay. The only annoying thing was the AC kept making buzzing sounds when turned on which was not really pleasant during the night
