• Manuela (8/5): Sehr schöne Ausgangslage, um die Stadt zu erkunden - Straßenbahn, S-Bahn und Regionalbahn befinden sich nur wenige Laufminuten entfernt. Das Parken im Parkhaus war unproblematisch (EUR 9,99 für 24 Stunden), von Freitag (22 Uhr) bis Montag (9 Uhr) konnte das Auto kostenlos vor dem Haus parken. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben ausgestattet, die Schlüsselbox einfach zu bedienen. Der Gastgeber hat rechtzeitig alle notwendigen Informationen verständlich zur Verfügung gestellt und war jederzeit erreichbar.

• Frosini (7/5): Piccolo ma comodo - Appartamento pulito e comodissimo per i mezzi con supermercati nelle vicinanze. Bagno spazioso e con ripiani dove appoggiare le cose. La presenza della lavatrice per noi che eravamo in 4 è stata una comodità. Un po' piccolo per 4 persone con divano letto aperto non si apre del tutto la porta della stanza, ma in fondo noi ci tornavamo solo la sera per dormire. Parcheggio a pagamento con strisce bianche anche di fronte al palazzo, infatti noi abbiamo preso la multa 36 €, sarebbe stato gradito che il proprietario ci avesse avvisato, sarebbe utile metterlo nelle indicazioni della struttura e anche come fare per pagarlo.
• joanna (9/5): - Mieszkanie z pełnym umeblowaniem i udogodnieniami. Do użytku była kuchnia z piekarnikiem, ekspres do kawy, czajnik, lodówka, zmywarka, pralka, żelazko, suszarka do włosów, telewizor, wi-fi. W pokoju było jedno duże łóżko oraz rozkładana kanapa, duża szafa. Nie mam zastrzeżeń.

• Olha (10/5): - Nice clean comfortable apartment. Been to Vienna several times and I think I found a very nice apartment. I will stay here in the future.
• Simic (9/5): Great! - The apartment is awesome it has everything you need. We were there just for a short visit, so we didn't use much, but it was clean and comfortable and it always had hot water. Hosts were very polite and responsive! :) The hairdryer didn't work.

• Jovana (7/5): Good - Location is ok, you have u bahn near apartment and meteo and public transportation in Vienna is excellent. From aeroport is very easy to reach and it is in quite area like the most in Vienna probably:-) It is apartment with quite old furniture and it could be cleaner.
• Paweł___ (9/5): Nice place in quiet neighborhood to visit Wien. - Good place to visit Wien. Very good location near the S-Bahn! and U-Bahn. Quiet neighborhood. The apartment is very clean and has everything what is needed. The gas heater (we used it only for heating the water) starts in a bit strange way.

• Vildan (8/5): Very good - The location was perfect. Very easy access to train and tram. The ceiling of the house was quite high so even there was not much space, it felt spacious. The sofa bed can be a bed. It was perfect for our daughter to sleep. The facilities were Okay. having a washing machine and dishwasher was very helpful. There were also tablets for using them, we didnt have to buy. The place is quite close to Prater Area which is nice if you visit Vienna for touristic purposes. The markets and a big shopping centre (Millenum City) is very close for food and shopping. We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was very cold when we first got in. It is in the first floor and the bottom is a storage or a car park i think. That s make the floor quite cold. Having slippers would help. When we started the heating, the house got warm. The hot water in the shower was not so stable. The boiler was making so much noise. The switch of Light in the toilet was a bit wierd (there was a timer like in a oven). In the kitchen a ladle was missing. I would like to impress these small details to be improved. In overall, we enjoyed our stay in this small house. I would stay Here again, if i came to Vienne again ☺️
• Silvia (7/5): Simple but comfy - Simple but comfy. Great heating system, fast to get hot water I would have like curtains in the kitchen. The light of the WC was on way too long (on/off system was a bit strange). We closed the door so it was no problem. I missed a microwave.
• Soykan (7/5): Clean and tidy. - The room we stayed in was close to the center. Since you went with our children, the home environment was very suitable. The kitchen and bathroom were very clean. There is also a Turkish market nearby where you can shop. It is impossible to park your vehicles, so you need to find paid parking.

The host was kind enough to give us 2 hours late check out, since the apartment is not book on our departure date. We booked for 3 adults, and informed the host that 1 of us will use the sofa bed. When we arrived the sofa bed is not made. Had to do it myself. Chair at the dining area is good for 2 persons only. No other chair. We booked for 3 persons. Requested the host for extra chair, but says "no". Very inconvenient to eat standing at the kitchen area.

• Boris (8/5): Very good - Very good location, quite place. It's the average place, with pretty old furniture and facilities. After 5 minutes of shower, no more hot water. I stay 7 days and every morning and evening same problem. There is no hot water in the bathroom after 5 minutes of using.

Nothing extraordinary, that would stun you, but it is comfortable, solid, silent, warm (we were in Decemeber), and foremost clean. Clean bed linings and towels. Comfortable keys pick-up. (no need to appoint with owner). Perfect location in Vienna (close to Traisengasse railway station (literally 5 mins walk) and Dresdner Strasse U-Bahn station (maybe 7-10 mins walk). SPAR supermarket within 4 mins walk. Parking place within 5 mins walk.
