• Lucia (8/5): Muy cómodo - Apartamento luminoso, con cocina equipada y baño. Todo muy limpio y silencioso, no se oían ni los pasillos ni las otras habitaciones. Las instrucciones para acceder al alojamiento y recoger la llave son muy claras y sencillas. Dos persianas estaban rotas, pero al haber 3 más no nos supuso un problema. En el check out no puedes dejar las maletas en el hotel

• Ελευθερία (7/5): - Ήταν πραγματικά πεντακάθαρο και αρκετά ζεστό. Είναι τραγικό να στεγνώνετε, μέσα σε ένα δωματιάκι μέσα στην κρεβατοκάμαρα, πλυντήρια με σεντόνια και πετσέτες σε δωμάτιο που δεν έχει θέρμανση και παράθυρο, με αποτέλεσμα να μυρίζει μούχλα όλο το σπίτι και να έχει φουλ υγρασία. Απ' τα παράθυρα μπαίνει αρκετός κρύος αέρας, ενώ έχει χαλασμένα παντζούρια που δεν λειτουργούν. Καλό θα ήταν να έχετε πιο μεγάλες κουρτίνες για συσκότιση. Κατά την κράτηση ζήτησα πιστολάκι και ένα έξτρα μαξιλάρι για την μέση μου. Το έξτρα μαξιλάρι μετά από ανταλλαγή αρκετών εμαιλ, μου το έφεραν το τελευταίο βράδυ της διαμονής μου, που μπήκαν στο διαμέρισμα να το αφήσουν χωρίς να μας ενημερώσουν για αυτό!!! Επίσης, ένα φρεσκασρισμα στους τοίχους θα ήταν καλό.
• Annemarie (9/5): Følte os hurtigt hjemme i den fine lejlighed med fint køkken og bad. - Den store lyse lejlighed ligger centralt med ganske kort afstand til sporvogne og Ubahn. Kvarteret er et almindeligt beboelseskvarter. Lerchenfelderstrasse er en fin handelsgade og ejendommen ligger lige ved det gode og velassorterede Billa. Der mangler en lampe eller lign.ved nøgleboksen, som befandt sig i mørke bag en pille. Vi fandt det lidt underligt, at der var et dejligt stort walk in closet, som ikke kunne bruges til noget, da der hverken var bøjlestang, knager eller en bænk til kufferter.

• Karen (6/5): The apartment is nothing to write home about and I won't be choosing it again. - It was quite convenient. The key to the main front door to the building and the key to the apartment didn't work so well. Especially late in the evening, I didn't feel very safe trying to get into the building and the apartment because the key wasn't reliable. There was no laundry detergent in the apartment. I had to buy my own detergent to wash clothes.
• DAVIDE (6/5): - La posizione, il centro si raggiunge in 15-20 min con i mezzi molto frequenti, il silenzio, acqua calda ok, comfort termico dell'appartamento. Assistenza inesistente, all'arrivo trovato stendino biancheria pieno grondante di acqua, quindi ambiente molto umido e la situazione non é stata risolta. Pochi asciugamani e alcuni non perfettamente puliti e pochi. Copri wc danneggiato. Box contenente chiavi accesso appartamento facilmente apribile senza cidice, quindi non c'era sicurezza ma fortunatamente non é successo nulla
• Darja (7/5): - The location was great, easy to find, and right next to the accommodation there was a market, which was very convenient. However, when we first entered the accommodation, there was honestly a smell of mold. In the living room there were clothes hung on a wire to dry, which added an extra unpleasant smell. There was mold above the shower. Since we arrived after a long trip, we wanted to take a shower, but there were no dry towels, so we had to wait for them to dry. The kitchen did not have a coffee pot (cezve) for making coffee, and apart from dish soap, a sponge, and hand soap, there was nothing else. Overall, it felt very empty. Would I come back to the same place? I’m not sure. Did we have a great time in Vienna? Yes 😊
• Anna (6/5): Essendo quattro ragazzi giovani ci siamo adattati - La posizione centrale comoda a diverse attrazioni e mezzi di trasporto, temperatura in camera accogliente. Prezzo comunque in linea con quanto offerto. Scarsa reperibilità dello staff confusionari nelle indicazioni inviate via mail ante partenza. Al nostro arrivo c’era uno stendino con asciugamani e lenzuola ancora umidi e questo ha creato cattivo odore e condensa.

• Chiara (9/5): - L'appartamento era davvero carino ed accogliente. Molto luminoso e facile da creare (ad eccezione del bagno che non ha finestra). Nonostante fuori fosse molto freddo, all'interno abbiamo sempre trovato una temperatura ottimale. Nel bagno c'era una lavatrice, che non abbiamo usato ma avremmo potuto. Abbiamo trovato un bollitore ed un tostapane. C'erano tre pentole e due padelle, non molte ma sufficienti per noi. Il frigo aveva un piccolo spazio freezer. Non c'era né tovaglia né tovagliette. L'appartamento è situato sopra un supermercato ed a pochi metri da un altro. Vicinissimo alla fermata del tram, della metro e di autobus. La zona è tranquilla ed anche di sera sembra sicura. Abbiamo avuto accesso all'appartamento tramite una keybox, il numero di sera non si trova facilmente. Vi consiglio di farci luce con il telefono! Non c'era niente per pulire (scopa, paletta, panno spugna,...). Nella doccia c'era della muffa ed era rotta la testa della doccia quindi era complicato lavarsi. Non c'erano indicazioni su come smaltire la spazzatura che abbiamo dovuto tenere in stanza per tutta la durata del soggiorno

• Michele (9/5): Endereço diferente do informado no Booking - O apartamento é completo, com uma cozinha excelente e tem tudo para uma estadia mais prolongada. A localização informada no anúncio do Booking não é real. Embora o apartamento fique na mesma rua, o endereço correto é distante do que consta na plataforma e se você estiver com malas pesadas, como estávamos, por ser inverno, não dá pra ir a pé. O endereço correto foi informado por mensagem antes do check in, juntamente com outras informações, porém na correria da viagem não me atentei ao endereço correto e fomos para o endereço informado na plataforma. Já me hospedei em diversos países usando Booking e nunca havia ocorrido de constar um endereço na plataforma e a hospedagem ser em lugar diferente, por isso me surpreendi.

Pulizia a mala pena passabile (macchie sulle coperte e polvere specialmente dentro il termosifone). Non abbiamo trovato sapone per il corpo o shampoo (in bagno sul lavandino era presente soltanto un po’ di sapone per le mani) il che avrebbe potuto rendere disagevole la nostra prima notte se non avessi portato con me un po’ di docciaschiuma. Ho cercato anche nel mobile del bagno ma non ho visto nulla

• Annette (6/5): Nicht alles perfekt, aber gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. - Tolle Lage, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Schönes, lebhaftes Viertel (7./8. Bezirk), ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß zur Hofburg, dazu aber auch U- bzw. Straßenbahn direkt vor der Tür. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, auch in Küche und Bad. Die Küche ist ordentlich ausgestattet, genug Geschirr und Besteck, und auch etwas Kochgeschirr. Sogar Zewa und Backpapier gab es. Es fehlte nichts, um kleine Mahlzeiten zuzubereiten und danach das Geschirr auch abzuspülen. Handtücher bzw. Geschirrhandtücher waren vorhanden und sauber. Für die Lage an einer Durchgangsstraße mit Straßenbahn fanden wir es bei geschlossenen Fenstern nicht laut. Von den Nachbarn im Haus hörte man gar nichts. Bei den Waschbecken in Küche und Bad fehlten die Stöpsel. Bei zwei Fenstern war die Kurbel für die Rollläden abgebrochen, die Läden waren unten - damit war es recht dämmrig in der Wohnung. Es gab für den ganzen Raum zwei Deckenlampen. Uns fehlte eine Lampe über dem Tisch und Lampen am Bett bzw. Sofa.

• María (10/5): - El apartamento estaba muy bien ubicado. Muy limpio y con lo necesario para unos días en Viena. Si volvemos a la ciudad, volveremos a este apartamento No nos dejaron estropajo y tampoco había microondas. No son cosas imprescindibles, pero no hubiera estado mal que estuviera.

Am fost de mai mullte ori aici dar de data asta am găsit suportul de uscat rufe in camera cu lenjerie atarnata pe el. Cel mai groaznic e ca am căzut cu patul...am văzut ca e ca o barca dar am crezut ca e de la saltele. Soțul meu l a reparat pentru moment desi nu era cazul dar cred ca urmatorii care vor veni vor păți acelasi lucru in continuare. Prizele nu sunt lângă pat si nunau măcar un prelungitor pentru asta. Am venit foarte devreme in Viena si am cerut frumos daca e posibil un check in mai devreme de ora 15:00, mai ales ca ploua dar ne-au refuzat.

• Éva (7/5): - Központi helyen van, közvetlen egy Billa fölött, nem messze egy merőleges utcában lehet parkolni is (fizetős). A lakás tágas. Nincs légkondi, így nagyon meleg volt. A kisebbik szobában az egyik redőnyt nem lehetett felhúzni, így nehezen tudtunk szellőztetni. Nyitott ablaknál aludtunk, de nagyon zajos utca (villamos, áruszállító kamion, sok ember). Ha nincs meleg, akkor viszont ajánlom.

Contudo, é uma opção positiva. - Globalmente, o apartamento está bem situado, é espaçoso e satisfaz as necessidades de uma família de 4 pessoas. O apartamento precisa de modernizar um conjunto de elementos: as persianas são bastante antigas e algumas já nem funcionam; não possui ar condicionado, micro-ondas ou secador e a proteção da banheira, em plástico, é antiquada e pouco funcional.

Le fait de pouvoir laisser les bagages à partir de 11h30. La propreté est un désastre. Nous avons laissé nos bagages dans un appartement immonde, sommes revenus vers 18h et le ménage avait à peine été fait. Des larves dans les toilettes notamment. Nous avons dû aussi plier le linge (draps et serviettes) des précédents occupants (car le personnel n'a visiblement pas voulu le gérer). Tous les équipements annoncés n'étaient pas présents.

• Céline (8/5): Globalement bien - Nous avons apprécié l'appartement spacieux et lumineux ainsi que la proximité des transports. Un petit manque sur la propreté. Il nous a manqué un rideau occultant dans la chambre. Il nous a manqué aussi une table à repasser.
