• umberto (10/5): - Vienna è già di per sé una città magica, e questo appartamento ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più speciale. Ci siamo sentiti a casa fin dal primo momento! La posizione è semplicemente ideale: tutto raggiungibile a piedi o in pochi minuti. L'appartamento era impeccabilmente pulito, curato in ogni dettaglio, e l'arredamento caldo e confortevole ci ha fatto rilassare come se fossimo a casa nostra. Le notti poi sono state silenziose e riposanti — un lusso raro in una capitale europea così vivace. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è eccellente: difficile trovare di meglio a questi livelli. Torneremmo senza esitare e lo consigliamo di cuore a chiunque voglia vivere Vienna in modo autentico e confortevole! Se proprio devo essere pignola, consiglio di aggiungere qualcosa in cucina. Posizione buona - Ottima posizione Siamo stati senza energia elettrica dalle 20:30 di sera, fini alle 8 del mattino successivo, senza avere mai la possibilità di sentire qualcuno sella struttura, senza nemmeno che l’assistenza Booking riuscisse a contattare i proprietari! Siamo stati senza riscaldamento al freddo, senza luce e senza energia elettrica. La struttura ci ha cambiato casa, soltanto il giorno successivo, e dato un rimborso irrisorio (50€) in confronto alle notti perse e al disagio che abbiamo avuto!

• Jose Luis (7/5): Excelente ubicación con una extraña distribución de las camas - La ubicación es excelente. El piso está muy bien. Es grande y está cuidado. Las ventanas están bien y no hay ruidos. La distribución es rara y hay camas en sitios extraños. Por ejemplo, en el comedor, debajo de la ventana, hay una cama. Faltan detalles para poder usar las facilidades. Por ejemplo, detergente para la lavadora o bolsas de basura.

• Irene Susan (10/5): Lovely apartment near restaurants, grocery stores, public transit. Very helpful and responsive staff - The location was fantastic. There is not much we didn’t like. We like to put our feet up on an ottoman when sitting on a sofa. We would have liked an ottoman next to the sofa. Not a big issue.

• Valentin (10/5): Great expefor the money - Great space, location, nice and warm in winter, very quiet. Small things could do great for comfort like better pillows and actually working wifi. The wifi had signal, but most if the times it doesn’t connect to the internet.
• Gabriela (10/5): Un sejur placut 4 zile inainte de Craciun, atmosfera de sarbatoare si traditionalul Targ de Craciun - Locatie foarte buna, aproape de Stephanplatz (5 minute pe jos) si de Musikverein. Apartament modern, linistit, sentiment de siguranta, renovat cu gust, spatios, bucatarie echipata rezonabil, open space, terasa mica, intima, baie mare, dus spatios, pat confortabil. Din pacate, unele mici detalii ar putea fi imbunatatite, mai ales putina atentie din partea serviciului de curatenie si mentenanta. De ex. aparatul de prajit paine nu functiona, avand cablul ars (de la chiriasii anteriori) iar un prosop era rupt. Un alt mic disconfort a fost ora de check-out, 10 dimineata. Televizoarele erau functionale dar doar cu cateva canale TV in limba germana. O sugestie ar fi sa se specifice ce tip de espressor este pentru a putea cumpara dozele de cafea corespunzatoare.

• Nicholas (5/5): The apartment is reasonable, but overpriced and does not match the majority of photos on the website - The location was very good and it was safe/secure (although most residents did not shut the outer door) Very few photos from the website were from the specific apartment we booked. There was very limited furniture (e.g. no lounge suite, just 3 chairs), the ironing board was dirty, the sink in the bathtub did not work well and needed the plug to be pulled out to drain. Overall, the biggest disappointment was I chose this apartment for the photos knowing it was more expensive than others and I found out that the apartment I got was not the one from most of the photos (I assume they had multiple apartments available)
• Elsa (8/5): We paid 300 euros per night. That should be enough to heat the apartment - Location was great. The heating system is inadequate and not sufficient for the cold that was felt outside and that seems to be typical in Vienna during winter. The shower rail does not hold the shower head.

• JA1026 (10/5): Superb location, highly recommend - Great location, 5 min walk to Christmas markets and main ships. The apartment (were in apt 25) was huge, perfect for my family. Beds were very comfortable. Had a bit of confusion with self check-in as there were 2 emails with different instructions received, but we worked it out in the end, so keep an eye on this. There's a small lift, so no worries there There were 2 coffee machines in the kitchen but no coffee provided.

On the add for the apartment, it states it is a double bed and two single beds and a sofa bed. However the room with the two single beds was actually one single and one trundle/ sofa bed. Which I would prefer to know prior to booking.

• Ioanna (7/5): Κατάλυμα σε σούπερ τοποθεσία - Η τοποθεσία εκπληκτική. Στα 5-6 λεπτά από τον σταθμό του τρένου. Εύκολη πρόσβαση από το αεροδρόμιο. Σε μια γειτονιά που είχε τα πάντα , μαγαζιά , καφέ , εστιατόρια και σούπερ μάρκετ. Άνετο σπίτι, μεγάλο με 2 μπάνια . Και πάρα πολύ ζεστό. Οχι αρκετά καθαρό . Ο φούρνος και τα ταψιά απαράδεκτα. Και όχι αρκετά εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα . Η καφετιέρα δεν δούλευε και παρόλα που το αναφέραμε δεν μας εξυπηρέτησαν να μας δώσουν μια άλλη. Ούτε καν χαρτοπετσέτες δεν υπήρχαν. Το ιντερνετ δεν επαρκούσε για όλο το σπίτι.
• MICHALTS (10/5): דירה מקסימה, ממליצים! - המיקום מעולה, קרוב להרבה דברים מרכזיים ובמרחק הליכה קצר מתחב"צ. למרות שהוא מרכזי האזור שקט מאוד. היו מספיק מגבות ותוספת של כריות ושמיכות. הדירה נקיה ומרווחת מאוד. המיטות היו נוחות. האינטרנט מתנתק כל הזמן עד כדי כך שהעדפנו לא להשתמש בו. הזרם במקלחת היה חלש והמים לא התנקזו והציפו את המקלחון.
• Vasiliki (10/5): Τέλεια τοποθεσία!!! Πολύ άνετο σπίτι. - Ήταν ζεστό, σε άριστη τοποθεσία ,άνετο με όλα τα απαραίτητα. Αρκετά μεγάλο για τα χρήματα του, συνήθως δεν βρίσκεις αυτό το μέγεθος με αυτά τα χρήματα. Θα μπορούσε να έχει λίγο ποιο ευέλικτο check out, έστω 11 και λίγο ποιο πιο άνετα στρώματα ήταν λίγο σκληρά για τα δικά μου δεδομένα. Αυτά.

• Christine (8/5): - Hôtel très bien placé, calme et proche du centre ville. Propre et spacieux. Tout est bien pensé, la literie est confortable et les rangements nombreux. Le seul petit bémol c'est la salle de bains très petite et l'accès aux WC qui se trouvent dedans difficile. Sinon je recommande. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans cet établissement.

• Gabriela (10/5): Excellent location, in between Wien-Mitte Railways station and Stephan's Dom, a 10-min walk - The apartment is vary spacious, warm and cozy, and also very clean. The neighbourhood is filled with small antiques, fashion, and arts-and-craft shops, restaurants and food stores. The host was very kind to provide coffee capsules, tea bags and sugar for our 3-day stay. We recommend the apartment and we will certainly book again.

• Tanja (9/5): Schönes sehr stilles Appartement, allerbeste Lage, gute Ausstattung, werden gerne wiederkommen! - Lage war tipptopp, mittendrin innerhalb Altstadt Zentrum, alle Cafés, Geschäfte, Sehenswürdigkeiten und Museen zu Fuß zu erreichen! Das haben wir extrem geschätzt! Wasserkocher, Essgeschirr und Besteck alles vorhanden was schön war. Die durchgehende Matratze war auch toll ! Die Ofenheizung war ungewöhnlich und schwierig, hat geknackt und gerumpelt was nachts sehr gestört hat, wir haben sie in der 3. Nacht endlich ganz aus gestellt bekommen!

• Antonis (9/5): Excellent option - The instructions how to enter the flat was very clear and simple. Excellent location! Very clean and comfortable, with central heating and hot water. I liked everything excey that we had only one set of towels for 5 days, HOWEVER we were provided with two sets not only one, as soon as I requested for an extra one, the same day ! Might be a bit pricey but overall we faced no negative issues.
