• Christina (10/5): Bel appartement - Le calme, la propreté, le confort simple, la luminosité, l'équipement de la cuisinette, les 2 douches wc ( même si une m'a suffit ! ), les nombreuses lignes de tram à proximité. Bien sûr, ce n'est pas en plein Centre...mais on peut s'y rendre en transport en commun en 30 mn :)

• Reika (2/5): Great room, but a terrifying experience in a bad area - The room was very clean, and the check-in instructions and key access were easy to understand. Having an elevator was a big plus. The location is also very convenient, close to bus and tram stations. I had a very scary experience early in the morning when a man kept knocking on my door and rattling the handle. When I called the host, the response was very harsh. I was told that I was "overreacting" and that they would not cover other hotel costs because I was "staying at a cheap price." Being told this while I was shaking with fear was very stressful; they could have found a much better way to communicate. Eventually, they found me a room on another floor. Meeting the host in person was better than the phone call, but the initial response regarding my safety was disappointing.

• Aistė (9/5): almost like home - very clean, and comfy location was a bit of a disappointment - i didnt take into consideration that even short distances/wait times are a bit more exhausting in poor weather conditions (mid-winter), would choose smth closer to u-bahn, even if farther from the city centre, next time - even if just to read on the longer journey instead of stressing about the change of transport mid-way.

• Andrew (9/5): - I liked that the apartment had everything we needed. It was well equipped. The size of the apartment is great and it was clean. Communication with the host was great! The advertised washer was a selling point as I was traveling with 8 people for 12 days. There was no washer in the unit as advertised. There are two washers and one dryer for the whole apartment complex, and you can't use them past 10 pm, making it extremely difficult to wash clothes. Also, the elevator is super sensitive to debris/leaves, etc. On several occasions during our stay, the elevator would stop working because a leaf was sitting in front of the door. For my 84 year old dad, staying on the 6th floor, this was a challenge. Maybe leave instructions on what to do in case the elevator gets stuck. The location is far from ideal for people with mobility issues as it's a 10 minute walk to public transportation. Not an issue if you agree young and healthy.

Außerdem zu wenig Wasserdruck in den Duschen.

• Fabrizio (9/5): Mercatini di Natale a Vienna - Appartamento bellissimo (noi eravamo al numero 17), arredato con gusto, 2 grandi camere, pulitissimo, angolo cottura ben attrezzato e 2 bagni completi!!! Lo staff è stato gentilissimo nell'aiutarci a compilare il modulo che era in stanza e sono stati sempre reattivi. Istruzioni chiare per il check in. È un po' lontano dal centro, tra parte a piedi e mezzi pubblici ci vogliono circa 30 minuti per arrivare in centro. Questo è l'unico motivo percui non abbiamo dato 10! In ogni caso ci sono parecchi autobus e tram nelle vicinanze.

• Libor (9/5): - A good apartment for 3 adults. Two bathrooms, a kitchenette. Self check-in. 10- minute walk to tram stop. Delicious Balcan cuisine at Južni Merak restaurant just 200m away. We got info about the check-in at 14:00, check-in possible from 15:00. We'd have appreciated info earlier so that we didn't have to worry if everything is ok (bad experience from the past in other apartments). Just info on Booking that details are sent at 14:00 on the day of arrival would be sufficient. However, on Booking you are informed that someone meets you in person, but nobody communicates with you... The fan doesn't work in neither bathroom.

• Ragnedda (9/5): Confortevole e ottimo per spendere 4 notti a Vienna. - Lo spazio era ben organizzato, è confortevole permettendo di avere ognuno la propria privacy grazie ai due bagni e alla divisione con la porta scorrevole e le tende. I cuscini erano un po’ scomodi e piccoli. La cucina aveva quasi tutto il necessario tranne l’asciugamano per piatti e le pastiglie per la lavastoviglie.

Camera spațioasă si confortabilă cu tot ce ai nevoie.Sunt o persoana care nu doarme bine in vacanțe, dar aici atât patul cât și pernele au fost foarte confortabile. Era un plus daca aveam capsule de cafea ptr tot sejurul (3dimineti) nu doar 3capsule ptr 2 adulți și de asemenea daca găseam și ceai(nu doar un plic). Am cumpărat eu cate o cutie din fiecare și ce nu am consumat am lăsat acolo (in speranța că cei care vor venii după noise vor bucura de ele).

• Amadei (9/5): Relax e comodità a Vienna - Appartamento grande e molto pulito, comodissimi i due bagni. Piccola cucina dotata di tutto (per gli amanti del caffè, la macchinetta richiede delle cialde specifiche ma che si trovano in negozi specifici di Vienna). Il quartiere è molto molto tranquillo, circondato da molti supermercati (praticamente tutte le catene principali: lidl, eurospar, spar, Billa). Abbiamo chiesto di poter lasciare i bagagli prima del check in e la proprietaria è stata molto disponibile. La zona è servita da molte linee di bus e tram (ad una decina di minuti di camminata). A differenza di tanti altri appartamenti gestiti da host privati cucina è dotata di alcuni prodotti (sale, condimenti, detersivo piatti e lavastroviglie.....), quindi tutto molto utile L'annuncio parla di lavatrice al piano ma noi non l'abbiamo individuata, comunque non è servita e quindi per noi nessun problema.

• Marco (10/5): Ottimo lo consiglio - L'appartamento è nuovo pulito e completo di tutto ciò che è descritto. La padrona di casa è stata estremamente gentile e disponibile. La casa si trova a 5 minuti dalla fermata del tram che porta in centro in 15 minuti. Parcheggio gratuito in strada x la macchina e quartiere tranquillo con diversi supermercati vicini. Consiglio vivamente di rivolgersi a questa ragazza per non avere brutte sorprese. Niente in particolare
• Drack (9/5): - Gute Betreuung über Handykontakt. Vom Hauptbahnhof gut zu erreichen. Apartment alles vorhanden, was man für einen Kurzurlaub braucht. Unserem Wunsch nach Nachtkästchen, damit man den Partner in der Nacht nicht stört wurde rasch nachgekommen. Einchecken über Schlüsselbox unkompliziert. Hätten uns gefreut, wenn die Klimaanlage schon eingeschaltet gewesen wäre, da es schrecklich heiß an unserem Ankunftstag war. Hat gedauert bis es endlich angenehm war.

• Radek (10/5): - Polecam nocleg! Doskonały wybór w tej cenie i lokalizacji. Bardzo miła i pomocna osoba opiekująca się. Korzystajcie bez oporów. Winda, można dogadać się w sprawie parkingu za co specjalnie dzięki! Dzielnica jeszcze bezpieczna, ale od strony metra i kolei już nie wygląda tak różowo - raczej bardzo czarno! Trzeba zachować czujność. Głownie korzystalismy z tramwaju nr 1, około 700 metrów. Najlepsze rozwiązanie. Brak klimatyzacji, blok jest trochę gorący ;-) są dwa wentylatory.
