• Ana (9/5): Tranquilo y bien comunicado - Aunque no estaba céntrico, estaba muy cerca de las paradas del tranvía y del metro y bien comunicado con el centro de la ciudad. Llegamos antes de la hora indicada y Marija muy amablemente nos dio la llave enseguida. Las camas eran cómodas y el apartamento da a un patio con lo cual es bastante tranquilo El lavabo no tragaba bien el agua. No había ni bayeta ni estropajo ni escoba para mantenerlo limpio

• Elif (6/5): Uyumak içinse güzel - Resimde göründüğünden çok daha ufak bir ev. Yatakları çok rahattı. Oturma alanını kullanmadık ufak bir koltuk. Büyük bir banyosu var. Havlu eksiği yoktu. Dolapta ütü masası vs vardı eğer kullanacaksanız. Kettle var. Klima yok ama ev serindi zaten. Sigara içenler için balkon ideal. Uyumak için güzel bir evdi. Yol kenarında, tabak denilen yerden günlük tren bileti alarak tüm ulaşım araçlarını kullanabilirsiniz. Merkeze tramwayla yarım saat mesafede. Tren durağı hemen yanı başımızdaydı bu evin avantajı. Arabayla gelecekseniz mutlaka kapalı otoparka koyun yoksa ceza yersini. Mutfak malzemeleri bence yeterliydi, yemek yapmadık ufak bir tezgahı var. Çıkış saati 10. Uyuyakaldığımız için 10.30 da çıktık ev sahibi anlayış gösterdi. Yarı ödeme internetten, yarısı elden teslim ediliyor. Elden ücreti biz evde yokken eve girip aldı ev sahibi. Bu uygun olmadı. Diğer yorumlarda bulaşık süngeri eksiği defalarca yazılmış ve yine yoktu. Kahve ikramı resimlerde görünüyor ama yoktu. Şampuan yoktu. Bu ücrete daha fazla ikram ve konfor bekleniyor. Ev yaşamak için çok küçük hele çocuklar varsa ama uyumak için ideal
• Miran (8/5): - molto silenzioso, super comodo il balcone Cucina attrezzata pochissimo. Non abbiamo usato la lavastoviglie in quanto la signora che doveva pulire ha inserito stoviglie con cibo in tale situazione che alla fine del ciclo non era inutilizzabile.

• Agnieszka (4/5): - Blisko komunikacja miejska, sklep w pobliżu mieszkania. Na 4 osoby były tylko dwa kubki w tym jeszcze jeden wyszczerbiony, jedynie małe kubeczki do espresso, brak łyżeczek małych, łazienka nie posprzątana, pościel nie świeża. Było widać,że Pani która miała posprzątać apartament nie zrobiła tego. Komunikacja z Panią tylko wyłącznie w języku niemieckim, angielskiego nie znała.
• Human (8/5): War praktisch für unseren Zweck, aber sehr eng. - 2 Volle Betten. Ausstattung Küche. Sauberkeit war ok. Mit der Bahn war die Innenstadt in 7 Haltestellen zu erreichen. Viele Kleinigkeiten müssten mal renoviert werden. Im Bad ein Licht, dann der Unleimer am Waschtisch neben der Toilettw stand ab, und wir haben uns alle da ständig gestoßen. In der Küche die Brause hatte keinen Druck und das Wasser lief sehr langsam.
• Aleksejs (7/5): Just stay - The Host Lady was very friendly for supplying what we need due to extra person. Location is good. Tram and U-bahn just in 2 min walking distance. Small shops and caffee as well beside. It was very hot during our stay. There are no A/C in a room. So, we did not sleep almost.

• Ştefănescu (7/5): Decent and cozy for a short stay. - Clean and spacious, great for family and good public transportation connections, shops nearby. Nice balcony. There was an issue with the sink in the bathroom, it was leaking and the faucet in the kitchen was wobbly. Other than that it was okay.

• Vladimír (8/5): Good value for money fairly close to the city center. - Good location close to the city center. The apartment is small, but comfortable. You need to pay for parking in the street (except weekends), we knew it, that's okay. A little hassle to fill out all the forms online and then pay a portion of the price in cash. The beds are rather narrow for two people.
• Matyas (9/5): Nice flat at the Dresdner Straße - Good value for money ratio, close to the subway Blankets, pillows were not comfortable. Some devices (e.g. kitchen tap, washbasin in the bath) require maintenance.

• Kaia (9/5): Superb - Good location. Affordable. 2 rooms perfect for family. It was quite cold after long day outside because the heating did not work in beginning of November. Maybe heating period starts later in Vienna. So the radiators were cold at day and night.

• Dimitar (9/5): Holiday in Vienna - Cozy apartment equipped with everything you need. Parking space near the apartment. Easy to find location. Suitable for a family of four. Nice terrace equipped with chairs and table There was no air conditioning and it was stuffy. There were no mosquito nets.

• Kailey (7/5): Good - Close to public transport, spacious for two people, bathroom/shower was great We were not given instructions or a key to enter the building, by chance we were able to be let in by someone else. The beds were quite hard and uncomfortable

• Maeescalante (8/5): Very good - The location is great, different kinds of transportaions is super near. Lots of grocery stores. Direct train going to airport is just 4mins walk. Tram going to the center is just outside, metro and buses too.
• Leya (7/5): Comfortable stay in nice location close to public transport - Location was great, kitchen small but well equipped, washing machine very useful. Nice shower too. The main bed is on the floor with no space to walk around, so it’s a climb over the other person. Some maintenance required to taps. Coffee filter machine was supplied with 1 filter and no coffee.
• Kristine (6/5): Pleasant - The only thing I liked was the cozy environment and location! 😑 We arrived from the airport late at night, the shops were closed. We didn't find anything at home, neither coffee, nor tea, nor shampoos. There was 1 piece of toilet paper and it was used. When we wrote to the host about the paper, he told us that it is not a hotel and to buy it yourself😑 Instead of pillows, we found cut blankets, which were not comfortable to use as pillows! 🫤 to our mind, It is an inhospitable environment!

• Yevgen (9/5): Neat small apartments for a long stay in Vienna. Big plus - close to the metro - Small apartment, close to the metro. Clean, there is a balcony, a kitchen, nice photo wallpaper. The girl who cleans the rooms turned out to be very nice and pleasant. We were able to leave our things and pick up the keys ahead of check-in. The elevator is very small and can only be used by one or two people at a time with suitcases.

• Samantha (1/5): Avoid this establishment - We booked this hotel at least a few week in advance for our trip. We were going to take a train to Vienna, however the train was cancelled last minute and we found another train leaving later but we would arrive within check in hours. Unfortunately this train was too cancelled last minute. The next train to arrive in Vienna was not going to arrive until 3 am. I messaged the property to know my situation and they let me know I could reach out to one of their managers Marija. I was luckily able to find a flix bus what could have us arrive just before midnight. I also put a request in for a late check in between 23:00-00:00, which was approved not too long later. I messaged Marija letting her know we will not be arriving at 3 am but instead closer to midnight and apologizing for missing her calls earlier in the day (I did not realize she was calling me) the conversation was far from helpful. Marija told me I should have used common sense to know I had a hotel booking and a number from Austria is calling the was probably them, she also mentioned she waited at the apartment for my arrival and I was rude to not show up on time, lastly, she ended the conversation with “check in ends at 22:00” and when asked what I will do for the evening to sleep she stated that I could check-in in the morning. Leaving us to scour the internet to find somewhere to stay for the night.

• Mogens (3/5): Poor - Location and nearby supermarkets and public transport Apartment was very basic with few amenities. Kitchen was poorly equipped. We arrived during the summer and the apartment was extremely hot. No aircon, no ventilation and not even a simple fan. When opening the windows, there was a lot of noise from the neighbors and smoke entering the apartment from people smoking on the balconies next to us.
• Jan (8/5): Very good - Apartment as described, well connected, close to U6, S7 stations / direct train from the airport /, tram 2. Near the shops BILLA, SPARE. Quiet, nice balcony overlooking the inner courtyard. I recommend.
