• CHARALAMPOS (10/5): - Πολύ άνετο και ευρύχωρο διαμέρισμα. Σε ήσυχη περιοχή ακριβώς δίπλα στη στάση του μετρό που σε πάει απευθείας στο κέντρο. Ζητήσαμε να αφήσουμε τις αποσκευές μας νωρίτερα από την ώρα check-in και επειδή ήταν διαθέσιμο μας άφησαν να μπούμε.

• Petra (10/5): - Very calm neighbourhood, U-Bahn, tram and bus are very close, all reachable in minutes. There I also enough grocery shops, bakeries and few restaurants around.The flat was very clean, spacious and very well equipped with dishes and kitchen tools. Beds are very comfy. A pleasant bonus was abundance of coffee capsules and dishwasher pods. I can only genuinely recommend this accommodation.
• Marta (9/5): Apartamento limpio y bien equipado - El apartamento estaba muy limpio, está muy bien equipado con todo lo que puedas necesitar, incluso jabón de ducha como en un hotel. Además te dejan todo lo que puedas necesitar para fregar, cápsulas de café, sal, pimienta, etc. Está muy bien comunicado con el centro con una estación a unos minutos andando, la de tren también. La calle es tranquila. Las camas son super cómodas y se descansa muy bien. Sin duda, volvería, muy buen apartamento. El proceso de entrada es fácil y el dueño envía las instrucciones con tiempo, cero estrés... Todo estuvo perfecto.

• Alican (7/5): Good value for price outside the old city center - Easy access from the street, clean and well maintained property including coffee machine, safe box, washing machine and a dishwasher. Comfortable beds and clean sheets. The metro station is only 1 min walking distance. Nothing luxurious, no extra pillows, neighbourhood is not the safest spot especially at night due to a lot of drunk people walking around the metro stations.

• Mark Dermul (9/5): Good location, fully equipped. - Good location, next to metro with lots of shops and restaurants in the direct vicinity. The appartment was very clean and fully equipped for our stay. It was rather hot weather, which also meant it was hot inside, but there was no way to lower the temperature as the systems was 'locked', so we could not turn it down. Other than that, everything was fine!

• Anamaria (10/5): Comfortable and pleasant stay in a well-equipped and quiet apartment. - We had a pleasant stay and were satisfied with the apartment. It was comfortable for our group size and located in a quiet area, which made our stay relaxing. The apartment was well-equipped and had everything we needed, including a hair dryer, kitchenette, coffee machine, clean towels, and fresh bed linen. There was also a washing machine available, which was a nice addition. There are a few things that could be improved. The drainage in the shower and bathroom sink was not working properly, as water tended to accumulate, which made showering uncomfortable. The coffee machine was not very clean. Also, the area under the pull-out sofa (which was prepared as a bed) had not been cleaned. One additional point is that there was noticeable noise from the upstairs neighbours during the night (around 4 a.m.), which woke us up. We understand this may be outside the host’s control, but it did affect our rest. Overall, a good stay, but with some room improvement.

Inventar schon sehr alt und teilweise abgenutzt. Kein Toaster. Kein Besen um zwischendurch den Boden zukehren. Mülltrennung und Entsorgung nur beschränkt möglich.

• Весела (8/5): Clean and comfortable apartment close to metro station and the centre of the city - The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Close to metro station, shops, cafes etc. On my opinion, there was some problem with the heating system. The system was set to 23 degrees, besides in the bedroom was cold at night. The building is old and we heard every movement from the apartment above us. One important disadvantage for us was the apartment plan. We were told there are two separate rooms /correct/ and we are going to sleep in one room and the child is going to sleep in another /incorrect/. What was the surprise when we saw the three beds are in one room...very unpleasant.

O Bernd foi atencioso e sempre respondeu prontamente quando tivemos dúvidas quanto à acomodação. Poderia ter um azeite para cozinhar :)

• JOSE DANIEL (1/5): Dueño/ anfitrion entra en el apartamento sin previo aviso . Mucho cuidado (intereses no claros) - Ubicacion aceptable, aunque no centrico. Mucho cuidado! Esto ya esta denunciado. Durante mi estancia encontré que mis cosas habian sido "tocadas" y supe que habían entrado en mi habitación. Escribí al dueño del apartamento vía booking y no me respondió. Busqué su contacto por whatsapp y él admitió que habia entrado sin permiso, pero que era para dar un mejor servicio: cambiar papel higienico, basura, etc. Sin embargo su respuesta es contraria a la realidad, porque entró y no hizo nada de eso, hice fotos y no cambió ni toallas, todas en el suelo, ni papel higienico, ni la bolsa de basura del cuarto de baño. Sin embargo percibimos que algunas de nuestras cosas habian sido tocadas. el ultimo dia me crucé a las 8 de la mañana con el anfitrion y estaba en la puerta de mi apartamento con una toalla con extraña actitud, ni saludó , y al vernos con actitud nerviosa salió rapido del pasillo. Entrar dentro de un apartamento alquilado sin avisar previamente, está dentro del delito penal pues en el perfil del apartamento de booking no ofrece ese servicio que el anfitrion me ha respondido,. Hay valoraciones de otros clientes que cuentan la misma historia que yo, parece que algunos como yo lo han pillado que ha entrado en su habitación sin avisar sin saber el por qué ni estar justificado claramente. Adjunto fotos para demostrar que lo dijo el dueño es falso, al decir que entró para revisar papel higienico, basura,etc. Pero no cambió nada de eso. No recomiendo este hotel, se cuela en tu habitacion y si lo pillas te cuenta una pelicula, cuidado con las intenciones de esto, es ilegal ,yo tengo mi propia conclusion y esto esta denunciado. No volveria ni loco a este sitio.

• Sofia (9/5): - Está muito bem localizado, perto de supermercados e restaurantes. Mesmo ao lado do metro que leva para o centro. Tinham muitas cápsulas de café, o que foi simpático. Não é que não goste, mas sim umas sugestões: para estadias de uma semana, como a nossa, dava jeito ter uma vassoura e esfregona para orientar algumas coisas. Principalmente porque tínhamos crianças. Apenas havia uma pequena vassoura de mão, o que não é prático. É em mais de x dias, podiam pensar em trocar as toalhas.

• Raya (10/5): Cozy appartment near metro station. - The place is wonderful! Check in is a breeze, appartment is clean, spacious, it has beautiful high ceilings and windows. The location is perfect - a metro station very close by, the concert hall is 10 minutes away on foot, so it's perfect if you are visiting for a concert :) The place has all necessary amenities. Beds were just wonderful, even the pillows were heavenly. Overall I am very very happy. A big plus was the peace and quiet, we couldn't hear the neighbors at all, although a family with a small child was staying in the appartment next door. Neighbourhood is very nice, there are lots of restaurants nearby. Everything was perfect.

Westbahnhof 10 min zu Fuß entfernt. Sehr gute Dusche. Wenn die Apartments im ersten Stock belegt sind, hört man unten die Schritte. Aber man ist ja da meiste Zeit unterwegs.

• Paweł (10/5): - Very clean and well-equipped property with plenty of space. Comfortable beds, great bathroom, all appliances in working order. There's really nothing to complain about. The host provides delicious coffee capsules for the easy-to-use coffee machine, sugar, and salt. One of the best places to stay. It's clear they care about their guests. Excellent communication with the host, friendly and courteous service, check-in with a code, and a great location close to the tram, metro, and mini markets. I recommend it. no cons!

Good couple of grocery shops, a chemist plus a couple of eating places also close by. Apartment was clean, comfortable and warm enough as it was freezing (-2 to 2) whilst we were there. Nothing liked it all - would have been good if there was a toaster and a fan (to help circulate the air a bit) but no complaints!!
• Felix (8/5): Schöne und preiswerte Wohnung in guter Lage! - Super Lage, sehr ruhig in einer Seitenstraße. kleine feine Wohnung! Minimal in die Jahre gekommen aber alles gut. Kein Schlüssel sondern PIN für die Türe. Praktisch wenn man mit mehreren Personen da ist. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und keine Beschwerden. Ubahn direkt vor der Haustüre. Checkout bis 10 Uhr ist sehr früh.

• Anna (10/5): - Zdjęcia zdecydowanie oddają przestronność i wyposażenie apartamentu. Łóżka były bardzo wygodne, pościel pachniała świeżością. Bardzo dobrze wyposażona kuchnia i łazienka. W pobliżu nożna znaleźć kilka sklepów spożywczych oraz stację metra (zejście na tej samej ulicy).
