• MARIA (10/5): - The apartment is spacious and Cosy, very warm wich is very important during autumn in Vienna. It had hot water every hour of the day. There is a bus station just around the corner. It is perfect for a family of 4!

Достатня кількість якісного туалетного паперу і миючих засобів. Просторі кімнати. Біла, чиста постільна білизна. Вишуканий інтер'єр. Канали комунікації з господарями не спрацювали. Хто має мало досвіду проживання в хостелах може стикнутися з труднощами отримання ключів. Пізнє заселення 15.00
• Karin (8/5): - Wohnung sauber, schön eingerichtet, super Anbindung zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (zur Straßenbahn Haltestelle 1 min, 15 min Fahrt bis ins Zentrum, Schottentor). Supermarkt und kleines Cafe zum schnellen Frühstück schräg gegenüber, Küche gut ausgestattet, Restaurant fußläufig. Offensichtlich wurde auf Kritik reagiert, entgegen alter Bewertungen war die Tür von innen verschließbar, es gab Verdunkelungsvorhänge im Schlafzimmer, Geschirr war sauber, Spülmaschinentabs und zwei Geschirrtücher vorhanden... Bei der Lage der Wohnung nicht so laut wie erwartet, wir konnten bei gekipptem Fenster gut schlafen. Guter Kontakt zu Vermieter.

• Anna (10/5): Exceptional - It's a very clean, quiet and spacious flat. It's placed on the ground floor, so there's no view, but we were outside most of our stay anyway. What I loved was a fully equipped kitchen, which made it possible to cook our own dinners and a supermarket (Eurospar) just 50 metres away. The bed in the bedroom is great, the sofa in the living-room rather for children (its shape makes it more comfortable for shorter people :) ) The kids loved the hammock and the hanging armchair naturally :) We came by plane and used public transport. There is a 42 tram line in close proximity that takes you to the Schottentor (10 stops, about 20-25 minutes) and from there you can go sightseeing (Votivkirche is there with Hop-on bus stop) either on foot or change to the underground (U2). And if you go to Czartoryskigasse bus stop, there is a bus that takes you directly to Schoenbrunn Castle (about 25-30minutes). In other words, it's not exactly a city centre place, but the traffic is not heavy and we liked it this way. I think that the best recommendation is my children's (8, 12 and 17-year olds) opinion, that now it's "our Austrian flat" :)

• Tomas (1/5): Very very bad - In room was broken glass piece on floor that could cut my leg if i dont seen it. Beding had big brown spot on it with bad smell. Overall not cleaned dusts everywere. Also there was ants in living room near wall.

• Anna (10/5): Perfect apartments for staying. - I really liked how the apartment looks: clean, comfortable. The design of the apartment is just wow, the guest will see a very interesting idea of planning the bedroom. The apartment smells really good, which was nice. We were in these apartments in the summer, worried that it would be very hot inside. However, the temperature in the apartment was great, it wasn't hot or stuffy. -
• Sophie (10/5): Chic, minimal, well equipped apartment with style - The apartment is brilliant, parking lot around the corner and huge spar. The rooms were immaculate and very spacious, huge living area and equipped kitchen. Loved the minimal design and the bathroom was a great size, close enough too city Center with help of a lime scooter! Not problems with check in and keys, overall a really nice city pad. Nothing, it was perfect.

Everything there whar you need for your stay and the garage included and not far away was of course great. Unfortunately when we arrived the flat was full of dog hair. The floors in every room and the whole couch. If this hadn't been my review would be better.

Also the bathroom was very clean and the shower very big. very silent apartment nothing especial here. Unfortunately there were work in progress on the tram lines in front of the building and therefore it was a bit tedious to get there by car.

• Sahin (9/5): I highly, warmly recommend! - We only stayed in the accommodation late at night, overnight and early in the morning, i.e. for far too short a time, about 10 hours. We were just on a layover in Vienna. We still had a rental car as well, because it cost less than the public ones would have paid and we easily got from the airport directly to the accommodation. It was great that the accommodation also included a parking space nearby. A really good addition! It would have been nice to spend a week in the apartment! So spacious, beautifully decorated and well equipped! If you arrive after dark, the stairwell in the apartment building may seem a bit inhospitable. The location of the apartment on the first floor, at street level, seemed a bit uncomfortable. This is only because I am "allergic" to the lower layers (childhood "traumas").
• Georgia (8/5): Very good - The apartament is spacious and warm, the beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. The garage is very close but the instructions and photo provided were a bit confusing to me. I would updare the instructions and mention clearly that the garage is in the same building as the Spar supermarket, otherwise you can go round in circles.
• Victor (9/5): Seems too good to be true but it is. - It’s even nicer in person than in the pictures, it’s unbelievable nice and good. I believe they forget to refill the hand soap so I needed to get soap from the shower but it was a minor detail, besides that everything was perfect, incredible.
• Dan (9/5): Superb - The loft/hammock was so unique and relaxing. The hanging pod chair was just as amazing. Quality appliances throughout and modern furnishings. Very spacious and very inspirational setup. The lounge was SO comfy and great lighting. The walk to the car park was the only downside where we had to carry our luggage a few hundred metres to the hotel room, although we do understand that parking can be challenging in Vienna. It was still secure undercover parking nonetheless.

It is must have in the Vienna! The dish washer was not working and we were not informed about this by the owner… owner claims he did not know about it IMHO there was a heavy smoker there before the place become rental place, and there is this specific smell in apartment

We visited during a very hot day but the apartment kept a perfect temperature so I recommend it as perfect for sommer time also. The owner are very kind and respond very quickly to any question. The self check in, check out instructions are very clear. Our cat and our daughter loved the beautiful room with the swing hanging chair and loft. We would definitely like to come back and we totally recommend it. As our cat would say simply purrfect 🐈 ! 🙂
• Edvinas (8/5): Very good - The connection by public transport was very good, very clean and big appartment for big family, parking is free, wi-fi super good, big TV. Kitchen equipment is excellent, includind coffee for free as a gift. The big shop Eurospar is few steps from appartments. We missed equipment for drying clothes and towels, kitchen is dark and must be enlightened with electric bulb all day long. And the main problem is damaged mattress of the sofa in the living room, so one of the family members ( if there are 4 members in family) will spend night not very comfortably...:)

Posibility of earlier check-in...the apartment is not so big that it can’t be cleaned from 10am till 14pm or 15pm for example. There was a smell of cigarettes at the entrance although is a non smoking facility.

• Krisztina (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice apartment, everything is exactly as stated in the description and photos: with brand new furniture. Good location, close to tram station and it takes about 20 mins to get into the city center. Parking is also a big advantage, the garage is a few minutes walk from the apartment building. It is perfect for a family, the kids were enjoying the relax place in the bedroom. We did not meet the owners in person, but they are very kind and ready to help. We would definitely come back.

• Petra (10/5): Spacious cool apartment - The apartment is very spacious and it has a clean minimalistic vibe to it. It's comfy and has everything you might need for your stay. The bathroom is clean and there was a bunch of extra stuffs you could need like a lot of extra toilet paper, extra towels and extra covers for bed. The location is awsome as it is superclose to the tram station and Ubhan station is just a couple of minutes away. Also the store is less than a minute away from the apartment. The host was always available and they made us feel welcomed and safe. The only problem were pillows for sleeping as they were bad and empty.

• Gyura (10/5): Exceptional - We had the most amazing time. The apartment is located close to a tram station and a SPAR. It is aprox 30min from the center of the city. The apartment itself is furnished with brand new furniture and equipment, clean, tidy, warm and welcoming. One separate room and the living room both have their own TV, but there is a coffee machine, a microwave, a toster, a hairdryer. And most importantly, it is on the ground floor so easy to access with large suitcases. Parking also available. Owners ready to help and answering all of our questions. Simply amazing.

Apartman is beautiful and perfectly furnished, it has everything you might need. Host is helpfull and kind, quick to reply. The fridge is not working very well, it freeze everything.
