- Karoline (5/5): Dachwohnung „in die Jahre gekommen“ - Leider waren wir enttäuscht von der Sauberkeit und dem Zustand des Apartments. Die Dachfenster waren voll von Staub von außen, die Jalousien waren kaputt, der Duschvorhang war dreckig und beschädigt, ebenso wie die Verschattungsinstallationen auf der Terrasse. Das war aber nur ein ästhetisches Problem, da wir die Wohnung im Januar gemietet hatten. Insgesamt entspricht der Zustand des Apartments, was Pflege und Sauberkeit betrifft, nicht mehr ganz den Fotos der Anzeige. Es ist „in die Jahre gekommen“. Das Apartment liegt in der Dresdner Straße. Im Vorderhaus ist ein Table Dance Laden untergebracht. Da die Wohnung im Hinterhaus (Stiege 2) liegt, hat uns das aber nicht gestört. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Dachterrasse ist sicher auch schön im Sommer, wenn sie hergerichtet ist. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet.

- Ewa (9/5): Great time with great people - The overall experience was superb! The location is excellent, with a tram stop very close by, making it easy to reach every part of the city. The key collection was seamless and hassle-free, and the communication with the host was fantastic (super contact!). The apartment is equipped with all the amenities and comforts needed for a great time. It is a lovely flat, and while it may require a little minor renovation, this did not detract from our enjoyment. The parking space in the garage was a huge plus, and having shops nearby was very convenient. We are very satisfied and would like to extend our thanks to the host! We might even book this place again in the future! Nothing to say.

- petrus_0707 (10/5): Wonderful - A spacious, clean apartment, fully equipped and furnished kitchen. Comfortable beds, and a cold bottle of HUGO in the fridge. The parking space is very tight. Advice for those who have an SUV. I have a Passat B8 variant and there is barely room left to squeeze into the car.

- Khmil (10/5): - Bardzo miła i serdeczna gospodyni, zawsze pomocna. Apartamenty są piękne, czyste i przestronne, położone w centrum miasta. Wszędzie można było dojść spacerem, co było ogromnym udogodnieniem. Pobyt był naprawdę świetny — chętnie wrócimy ponownie! Polecam!!!

Hermosa terraza pero descuidada No nos gustó que había cosas personales del anfitrión por todo el departamento. Encontrarnos con un tender con toallas y sabanas de los huéspedes anteriores en medio del living comedor. Que a pesar de tener una hermosa terraza este tan descuidada Una pena ya que el departamento es muy confortable en otros aspectos

Il panorama e la disponibilità dell'host che ci ha prenotato anche un ristorante su nostra richiesta. Scarsa pulizia dell'appartamento che sembrava vissuto (alimenti aperti, vari oggetti personali sparsi per casa). La casa si presenta molto più trascurata delle foto:la maggior parte dei mobili sono rotti.Il tavolo del terrazzo non è usufruibile perchè è marcio e ha una gamba rotta.Peccato perchè potrebbe essere molto bello!

L'appartamento è un attico molto luminoso che necessita di un pochino di manutenzione in più, ma per soggiornarci qualche giorno è perfetto. 😊 Aspetti positivi: - Posizione eccellente: La struttura si trova in una zona ben collegata con i mezzi pubblici, in zona inoltre ci sono supermercati a pochi metri di distanza. - posto auto gratuito in garage - Host cordiale e disponibile: Andy è stato sempre gentile, pronto a fornire indicazioni e consigli utili e a venirci incontro per il late check out. - Comfort della camera: Letto comodissimo e bagno funzionale, silenziosità notturna garantita. -Splendido terrazzo da cui si gode una bella vista -Wifi con buon segnale -Struttura pet friendly Arredi datati in alcune aree: Sebbene funzionali, alcuni mobili avrebbero bisogno di un rinnovo. - Dmitry (10/5): An excellent place for the whole family! - A very attentive host. He stayed in touch with us from the moment of booking until our departure from his wonderful apartment. We hardly had any questions because he explained every detail thoroughly from the start—where to find the keys, where the parking spot was, how to enter the apartment, how to connect to the home internet, etc. We truly enjoyed staying in this beautiful house, not far from the city center, for a very reasonable price! Everything was perfect!

The screenshot is in the added photos. I also didn’t like that freshly washed bed linen from previous guests was dried right in the apartment. Because of this, the humidity was very high and there was a smell of washing powder.
