• Karin (9/5): Sehr gut für einen günstigen Preis. - Sehr gute Lage, ruhiger Innenhof, bequeme Betten. Gute Ausstattung, Gastgeber sehr hilfsbereit.
• Alina (10/5): - It has everything we needed. The flat is clean and warm. The neighborhood is very quiet. There are supermarket, market and metro station near the apartment. The owner met us and told us about apartment and places to eat nearby.
• Miryam (9/5): This is the perfect place to stay long in Vienna. - The property had everything you need and more. Silent, comfortable, complete in all ways, near supermarkets, subway and the Schönbrunn. The only thing missing: the elevator key. This information is important if you travel with kids with stroller, luggages and/or people with mobility issues.

• edith stella ceccherini (10/5): Perfetto cio che cercavo, turismo e tango visto che ero a una maratona di tango li vicino - Posizione vicino a metro U3 e autobus tram quindi comoda da raggiungere qualsiasi meta, ristorante di fronte ottimo e vicino a supermarket e vari negozi, Hostes e stato gentilissimo e premuroso piccolo appartamento caldo e pulito, e silenzioso, con tutto quello che poteva servire, pentole bicchieri e piatti e un minimo di sale zucchero olio e cialde per caffe un poco di tutto. Tutto perfetto, anche rassodamento glutei per arrivare a piedi al 2 piano di scale, sappiate che ci sono tanti scalini antichi che ti aspettano
• Ulrike (10/5): Perfekt, eine 12 von 10! - Perfekte Lage, alles, was man braucht, in der Nähe. Sehr sauber, netter Vermieter. Alles vorhanden. Waschtrockner hat leider 3 Tage vor Abreise seinen Dienst quittiert, ansonsten war es perfekt. ÖPNV, Supermarkt, Bäcker, Drogerie und Apotheke schnell zu erreichen. Kleine Restaurants in der Nähe, das "Jagetsberger" sogar in der gleichen Straße (absolute Empfehlung, aber besser vorher reservieren, vor allem am Freitag). Wir kommen gern wieder :-)! Da eine Geschirrspülmaschine vorhanden ist, wären ein paar weitere Tassen und Teller sehr hilfreich. Aber das ist Jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau. Und vielleicht ein Brötchenmesser :-)?
• Sandra (9/5): Eine schöne Wohnung auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt in Wien - Eine schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage, unweit von Schönbrunn und nur ein paar Minuten Fussweg zur U-Bahn Station, von wo aus man in kürzester Zeit in die Innenstadt kommt. Betten sind bequem. Rollos zum Verdunkeln waren super. Klimagerät war auch vorhanden. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und äußerst hilfsbereit.

• Francesco (9/5): - Possibilità di accesso autonomo, anche se con qualche difficoltà. Vicinanza della struttura alla metro. Appartamento silenzioso e dotato di tantissime opportunità (lavatrice con asciugatrice, lavastoviglie, ferro da stiro...). Letti comodi (attenzione sono due singoli accostati). La struttura interna del palazzo ha bisogno di una profonda ristrutturazione che trasmette senso di trascuratezza: non è responsabilità dell'host, ovviamente, ma l'impatto può destare perplessità. Il ventilatore a disposizione era pieno di polvere. Pur essendo complessivamente molto pulito, alcune stoviglie e elettrodomestici da cucina davano impressione di una pulizia sommaria.
• Radu (9/5): Decent stay. I give it a 9, because it's not an 8.5. - I agree with all the reviews from those who have stayed at the property, minus the cleanliness. Don't think it's dirty, but no detail was insisted on. For us, cleanliness is an 8. The cleaning is quite superficial. I'm not sure it was done by a professional company. There are quite a few spaces untouched by cleaning! For example, corners with cobwebs, dust under beds and furniture, toilet bowl with dirty marks. More towels, more cutlery and crockery. It is very important that the host takes into account the time that the guests spend in the property.

• Bernadette (7/5): Great place to stay if you are real comfortable with climbing stairs. - The location was only 3 blocks from major subway route that took us everywhere we needed to go, and had easy access to airport train. The place was very clean and quiet. Hot water for showers were great. Host got back to us very quickly with answers to our questions There were a lot of stairs to get up to apartment, which was quite difficult with larger luggage. And the host could have an info sheet about thinks like “how to turn on stairway/hall lighting”, and “what is recyclable”, …things foreigners might not know. Also, a fan for cooling place at night would be nice.

• Małgorzata (10/5): A great place to stay at - A true home away from home: comfortable, equipped with everything one might need, and very conveniently located. The neighbourhood is quiet and there is a bus stop, a tram stop, and the underground station nearby, so it is easy to get to all the places in Vienna you want to see. Schönbrunn is within a walking distance. The apartment was also easy to reach from the airport by public transport. The owner is a caring parson and his instructions on how to get inside were excellent.

• Felix (10/5): Exceptional - We had an excellent week-long stay in this apartment. It was fantastic - super comfortable, well furnished and provisioned, and clean. The location is just a few mins walk to the underground. Reinhard was a great host and super helpful and responsive. We thoroughly recommend this apartment and will definitely want to stay there again.

The location is so convenient - shops, metro station around the corner. The apparent is super clean and had everything needed, including a washing machine with a dryer. The beds are super comfortable, a good mattres. We liked everything ♥️

• Jthonestly (9/5): perfectly adequate allround - quiet, conveniently located 2 1/2 blocks from johnstrasse u3 line, billa and eurospar supermarkets closeby. nice restaurants near. the apartment is simply but well equipped. the host reinhard is great. the only drawback is being on the 2nd floor without elevator. no frills but a solid experience. no elevator. some issues with the hot water.
• Amili (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is really perfect I, it is excellently equipped and thought was given through to all the smallest details, the apartment has almost everything, very comfortable, I definitely recommend it!!! The location is quiet, there is very good transportation to the city center, The owner of the apartment is always patient and happy to help, the apartment is close to a shopping area, everything is there, and also close to the market, there is a very good Chinese restaurant very close, there is also a good bakery shop very close, a few small things that are missing: the apartment is on a high floor without an elevator, I It didn't bother me, and the owner of the apartment helped me carry the suitcase and it was an important help, one small thing missing should maybe be added to the curtains, also the black curtains, for those who are sensitive to light it can be a little disturbing, and some who is senstiv ,There was a problem with the shower and it fell, down but I'm sure it will be fixed. In conclusion, 10 out of 10!!!! One of the best apartments in booking in Vienna!!!

He also made a presentation with the files describing all the details about the house and its surroundings during check-in. The location was also very good. 3 minutes walk from Johnstrasse metro stop.

• Halil (10/5): Exceptional - Reinhard is the best host you can meet. My wife forgot her purse at the apartment and he brought it to the airport at 7 a.m. in the morning. Once again we would like to thank him. Beside that, he was very kind, helpful and friendly. He replied our messages immediately and solve the problems we met.

• Jessica (8/5): Warm, comfortable and clean - The apartment is very nice and pretty well equipped. It was also spotlessly clean. I was there in November and really appreciated the warm heating, which was easy to use and effective. The apartment is just a couple of minutes from the U-Bahn stop, which is handy. The big windows let in lots of light but the apartment isn't particularly overlooked, which is nice. I found it really hard to find the apartment, as there is no sign outside and the building number was covered up with scaffolding (which I wasn't warned about). I was wandering the streets after 10pm for about half an hour before I managed to call the owner and he came outside to find me. The wifi didn't work for most of my stay, which was a bit annoying as I wanted to work in the apartment. The TV in the next apartment was also too loud at night, but apart from that it was pretty quiet - no traffic noise or nearby pubs for example.
