The only thing that bothered me was the building as it is a bit hidden and for a women traveling alone I didn't feel safe approaching it during the night. But thats personal so overall I think its great. The property meets the expextations and matches the pictures.

• Majcizmajci (10/5): Beautiful apartment with a great location - Very nicely decorated, cozy, well maintained and clean. I also loved the location - right next to a botanical garden and very close to other main monuments. There are also very nice restaurants nearby and different methods of public transport. Nothing special.
• Lenne Liisa (10/5): Great place to stay for a short trip! - Property was clean, well-located and very near to the city centre. Had everything one could want for a short trip. The heating was on full power, so it was quite hot especially during the night. Since the tram line is in front of the house, it was a bit noisy but nothing can be done in regards that.

• YunHuan (8/5): Generally good experience. - Very nice apartment : well located, clean and tidy. It was quite noisy early in the morning due to the facade towards the street, and also it’d nicer to have a anti-light curtain. The blanket was somehow too thin for the winter.
• Christelle (7/5): - Petit appartement confortable avec accès a une petite cuisine équipée et grande pièce à vivre avec bureau, lit, table et canapé. Bien situé, proche des transports en commun et du centre ville. L'hôte est très réactif et extrêmement gentil et serviable. Malheureusement, le tuyau de la douche fuyait, ce qui envoie de l'eau un peu partout et réduit la pression. La boîte pour récupérer les clefs n'est pas très visible et est placée (pour raison de sécurité) assez haut, cela a été difficile pour moi d'y accéder à cause de ma petite taille. Cependant l'hôte est très réactif et m'a guidée pour récupérer les clefs.

• Natascia (9/5): - Struttura pulita, luminosa e calda. Host disponibile. Museo Belvedere a 10 minuti a piedi. Tram per il centro e treno per l'aeroporto a 2 minuti a piedi dall'appartamento. Consigliato, ci ritornerei.
• Liviu (8/5): Good location, good for a one night stay - The apartment is at a good location, easily accessible by tram. We stayed 2 days in Vienna, so we needed to crash only one night. For this purpose the apartment was a good pick for us, actually its price per value ratio was good for us. The only downside for us was that we're tall, and the mattress was lower than the bed ending which was kind of unconfmy for our feet.

• ZHAOQING (8/5): - 地点在市中心很方便，步行可以去歌剧院打卡。房间宽敞明亮，前往机场也方便，可以坐地铁S7。房间内的咖啡很难喝，建议别喝了。房东是个合情合理的人，有什么可以跟他商量。我们第一天晚上9点多才抵达，本来要我们第二天10点退房，经他允许让我们延长到12点，不过我们11点多一点就退房了 如果不用那么早退房更好
• Ari (10/5): Simply great - Clean, spacious, staff was really nice over text. Didn't have any problems with the late check in either, instructions were clear. The only negative thing was that the shower head tube was damaged so it sprayed sideways, but it's definitely not a problem that should inflict on the rating, it's just maintenance, guests come and go so yeah, pretty much nothing bad.

We stay in this apartment because we need to catch an early morning flight from the airport. Its a perfect location to do so. Recommended for those looking for a night in the city before early flight from the Vienna Airport. The photos matched the presentation from the web, nothing less. nothing that I can think of.

Der Abfluss im Badezimmer Waschbecken war voll mit Haaren, das war eklig. Ich bin keine Mäkeltante und habe es mit Klopapier weggemacht. Bitte immer nach solchen " Kleinigkeiten schauen..

• Jasminka (9/5): - The apartment is perfect, especially old furniture. I suggest to keep care on cleaning entrance to apartment . The hall was really dirty, lot of bird and cat faeces. We live animals but this gives bad picture. Apartment at all.

• Federico (9/5): Ottimo - Tutto è andato bene; l’appartamento era molto pulito e tranquillo, nonostante affacciasse su una strada con passaggio di tram. Il palazzo non si presentava proprio benissimo, ma comunque nell’appartamento era tutto a posto. Forse avrei messo un asciugamano in più a disposizione.

• Olga (6/5): Good location - Great location, great shower and bed, good space Was very warm for some reason (heating was off), had to sleep with open window. The street is very noisy so it was difficult to get a good night sleep.

• Natasha (1/5): Too hot to handle - Do not go here if you want a pleasant stay! The apartment was so ridiculously hot at night we could not sleep. The facilities say there is a fan, there isn't. The host also has terrible service, on our arrival day we were not sent the information on how to get into the apartment complex, so we wandered around lost for over an hour. Thanks to a lovely stranger who called the host for us, we would have slept on the streets. The host also said they would drop off a fan to the apartment when we asked where it was, they did not and we had another sleepless 30 degree night in the apartment, where we slept on the wooden floor as it was cooler. There was also a cockroach in my pillow which was filthy. All in all the service was terrible, the host was hard to contact and untrustworthy, and the apartment was nightmarish to stay in. Not worth the money or the hassle.

• Jacob (6/5): Buy new curtains - The apartment is a good size, with a lovely view out the window and large desk for working. The shower has great pressure. Tram stops nearby. The curtains are so thin they don't block any light. As a consequence I woke up very early every morning, even with an eye mask. Based on this alone I would not stay here again. It would also be good to have some teabags and coffee in the room.

• Jose (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is just superb, fully equipped, even energy drinks on the fridge! Every single detail is completely looked after. Location fantastic, 5 minutes away by tramp from the historic centre. 2 tramp stops next to the place plus an underground stop as well. Supermarkets, and a few restaurants in the same street... Everything was perfect.

The main train station and Belvedere palace were at walking distance while we took the tram/subway to the other attractions (we could walk if we had more time in Vienna). The kitchen tools were a bit worn out and the people on the streets were very too noisy throughout the night.
