• Antoniya (6/5): It is suitable for a short stay. - The apartment is in a very good location, within walking distance of Prater Park and only a few tram stops from the city center. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The apartment itself is old but renovated. It is clean, and all necessary amenities are available. The apartment overlooks a railway line, so it is very noisy. If the weather is warm and you need to keep the window open, it can be quite unpleasant. There is no air conditioning, and there was no Wi-Fi password or information provided. Sometimes, after flushing the toilet, the water keeps running. The most unpleasant part of the stay was that on the last day there was no hot water, which was a terrible experience.

• Daniel (8/5): Einfach und geräumig - gut geeignet für einen Kurzaufenthalt - Einfache, zentral gelegene Wohnung, hell und geräumig. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt ist das Notwendige vorhanden, sofern man nichts Grosses kochen will. Der Zugang zur Wohnung hat problemlos geklappt. Es wäre gut, gleich vor Ort die Zugangsdaten zum WLAN vorzufinden, damit man nicht nachfragen muss.

• Ollé González (6/5): Buena estancia - El apartamento es tal como se describe, tuvimos una estancia cómoda, la zona no es la mejor de la ciudad pero por el precio que pagamos vale la pena para uno o dos días.

• Muehl (8/5): Empfehlenswert - Es war alles was man so braucht vorhanden und hat funktioniert. Das Bett war äußerst bequem und die Bettwäsche frisch und sauber. Die Wohnung war modern und gut gelegen. Straßenbahnlinien gleich ums Eck, Lebensmittelgeschäfte und Restaurants auch gleich in der Nähe. Preis/Leistung war sehr gut. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten wären zu Reparieren, zB Taster der Klospülung fehlt(funktioniert trotzdem). Wunsch: die Eingangstüre sollte von innen zusätzlich verriegelbar sein.
• Elke (6/5): Trotz einiger Defizite haben wir hier gerne gewohnt - Haltestellen der Tram-Linien O (OHHH, nicht Null ;)) und 1 in unmittelbarer Nähe, U4 ca. 5-10 Min. Fußweg. Mit diesen Linien kommt man so ziemlich überall hin, was wichtig ist (HBF, Innenstadt). Ein Spar-Markt befindet sich ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe. Es gibt einen kleinen Fahrstuhl - Tipp: dieser funktioniert nur mit dem goldfarbenen Schlüssel! Einsteigen, Schlüssel einstecken, Stockwerk auswählen, Schlüssel nach rechts drehen und erst herausziehen, wenn sich die Türe wieder öffnet. Das Hundertwasser-Haus ist fußläufig erreichbar. Das Bett war bequem und die Wohnung im Großen und Ganzen sauber und ansprechend. Es lohnt sich durchaus auch mal, das Viertel zu durchstreifen. Es gibt hier einige kleinere Geschäfte, Gasthäuser und schöne Gründerzeithäuser zu entdecken. a) Lärm: Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der S-Bahnlinie. Bei geschlossenem Fenster (wie jetzt im Winter) ist das erträglich, Ohrstöpsel für Empfindliche nachts dennoch ratsam. Im Sommer bei geöffnetem Fenster könnte es jedoch laut werden. b) WC: Die Toilette könnte ein Update vertragen. Es müffelt etwas und die Spülung hängt öfter, so dass Wasser dann dauerhaft durchläuft. c) Küchenausstattung: Lediglich einen Topf und eine verkratzte - und daher unbrauchbare - Teflon-Pfanne fand ich etwas dürftig. Schade auch, dass es lediglich eine Kapsel-Maschine für Kaffee gab. Wir haben uns dann mit löslichem Kaffee beholfen, denn es gibt wenigstens einen Wasserkocher. Frühstück bekommt man also noch hin, sonstige Selbstverpflegung (Kochen) eher Fehlanzeige, es sei denn, man macht sich nur eine Dosensuppe o.ä. warm. d) Waschmaschine: Die Schublade war total verklebt mit Waschmittelresten. Und dass man Schublade und Luke offenstehen lassen sollte, hat durchaus gute Gründe...e) Schlüsselübergabe: Diese scheiterte zunächst, da uns mehrfach eine falsche Nummer für das Zahlenschloss des Schlüsselkastens mitgeteilt wurde. Da wir (Dank Deutsche Bahn) etwas verspätet ankamen und es ausgesprochen kalt war, befürchteten wir schon, niemanden mehr zu erreichen. Glücklicherweise wurden wir aber relativ schnell zurückgerufen. Allerdings wurde uns dann noch das falsche Stockwerk benannt. 4 statt 3. Man sollte sein Vermietungsobjekt schon kennen...

• Oriana (10/5): Perfecta estancia en Viena - La ubicación del piso estuvo muy bien, el piso contaba con todo lo que buscábamos. Tuvimos un pequeño percance con la puerta de la entrada porque no podíamos abrirla, le escribimos al anfitrión y tardo nada en llamarnos y darnos solución, así que muy contentos.

На кухні наявність всіх необхідний речей для готування їжі. Не підписані ключі, який до квартири, який до під'їзду, який до ліфта. Відсутність кавових капсул до кавомашини, чаю ітд. Не особливо відремонтаванна ванна кімната та туалет.

• Anastasiia (10/5): Nice flat to feel atmosphere of real Vienna - Excellent location! 5 min walk from the museum if Hundredwasser, 7 min walk from his village. 5 min walk from the canal where we could walk with our cat. A lot of trams and buses stop nearby. But sometimes we walked to the centre of the city in 25-30 min. Even in hot days the flat remained cool. Very spacious flat! Pet friendly. No microwave. Very little toilet paper left when we arrived.

There is everything near (tram, super market, cafes, restaurants, pharmacy). The apartment is perfect, exactly as it seems in the photos and even bigger. It's very clean and the temperature is perfect. The bed is very comfortable. The only problem that we faced was that the toilet tank didn't always stop.

• Dirk (8/5): Pleasant stay for a night - All required information provided beforehand. Nicely furnished. Walking distance from Wien Mitte. Apartment is right next to train tracks but noise did not bother. Don't be irritated by slightly seedy staircase and hallway, the apartment is nice, spacious and clean. Restaurants and supermarket nearby.
• Valentin (7/5): Noisy place. - Large enough room, good location for a short stay in Vienna. Not absolutely clean, the kitchen is almost unusable, just outside the window there is a fast railway track. Very noisy.

• Yuliia (10/5): Great stay in a beautiful place - One of the best stays I've ever had. The guidelined were sent on time and containing clear instructions. I easily found the location and the place. The apartment even exceeded expectations: it was spacious, clean and really comfortable. Despite of the fact that there are trains passing by the apartment, it was quiet inside and it didn't bother at all. Convenient connection to the city centre and CAT trains to airport.

• Katarzyna (10/5): Exceptional - - Very spacious - Located near a tram stop and not far from subway/S-Bahn stations - Quiet despite a train line just outside - An electric kettle would have been useful - The lift was difficult to operate as it required a key and was pretty small - Related to the above, we were asked to leave the keys inside the apartment when leaving, which was problematic because we couldn't then use the lift for getting the bags down

• Colin (10/5): Just an outstanding value. - Huge, clean place conveniently located—the 0 and the 1 street cars are right around the corner. The managers are very friendly and helpful. The elevator to the unit is a bit small, but I really didn’t mind using the stairs.
• Csaba (9/5): we really like the apartment, it was very stylish and beautiful! - it was vwry clean and comfortable. the train is going next to the building but the apartment is still quiet! :) we would have been very happy to have a hair dryer or to be able to drink a coffee in the morning.
