• Anja (7/5): Voor een kort verblijf prima appartement.goeie host die snel reageert - Goeie locatie net buiten het centrum dicht bij de U bahn Simpel ingericht is prima maar moet wat onderhoud aan gebeuren qua douchedeur, gordijnen en vloer bij de koelkast
• Peter (8/5): - Huge apartment, clean, functional, warm and airy. Nice cooking hob and fridge-freezer. Comfy bed, nice big bathroom. Very close to metro and supermarket Area seems a bit soleless and run-down, but that could apply to many areas away from the centre of Vienna.
• Vladimir (9/5): An exceptionally good apartment in an excellent location - The building is located in an excellent location, near the metro station, the building is spotlessly clean and has all the necessary facilities. An exceptional apartment for two, all praise for the hosts
• Ioana (10/5): Exceptional - Nicely furnished studio apartment equipped with everything one might need for a trip in Vienna. The location is good, with easy access to both the metro and busses, as well as a few grocery stores in the area (which you should check the timetable of as during the weekends most shops are actually closed). The room had a comfortable bed which very comfortably fit two, an oven, an electric stove, as well as enough pots pans and cutlery to be able to cook if you so desire. There was no air conditioning so im not sure about the comfort in summer, but the building had central heating so there was no issue of hot water and heating when we went in winter. The people managing the place were very nice and helpful in our interactions. The check in/ out is with a lockbox so no need to meet up with anyone. Overall we felt it was great value for money Ps: everytime you turn off/on the lights the colour of the light changes which ive never seen before and found quite interesting The entire building seems to be used as short term rental apartments so neighbors might be very loud, but this isnt really something in their control.
• Shravan (7/5): Hot and Noisy - Spacious and provided with all facilities required except AC It was very hot and humid in the apartment although it was cool outside. AC is not available and even fan was not provided. Opening windows did not help. It’s on the main road so there is constant noise from the road and construction around the property. Will not recommend if you are a light sleeper.
