Kitchen was stocked up well and coffee pods & creamer supplied. Subway was slightly loud and could hear a club opposite at night. Shower could not regulate temperature so it was cold at times.
• Maxime (10/5): Un séjour parfait - Super séjour a Vienne chez Sophienne Apartments. A quelques dizaines de mètres de la station de métro Nubdorfer Strabe pour aller vers l'aéroport et du Tram 37/38 pour rejoindre lhyper centre de Vienne, l'emplacement était exceptionnel. L'appartement en lui même est propre, spacieux, bien décoré et super bien équipé avec une Terasse calme et agréable donnant sur la cours intérieur des immeubles. La communication avec Sophienne Apartments était parfaite et nous avons pu rentrer dans notre logement 1h30 avant l'heure prévue. On recommande fortement c'était génial ! Un peu trop chaud dans l'appartement.

The apartment was equipped with everything needed, including basic seasonings and olive oil — something I always appreciate in apartments with a kitchen. • KUHN (8/5): Logement très agréable et idéalement situé pour visiter Vienne , très bon rapport qualité prix. Très bonnne communicatio - Nous avons apprécié la situation de l’appartement à côté de la station de métro, ainsi que la proximité de petits commerces. Bien que donnant sur l’avenue très passante, l’isolation phonique est parfaite lorsque les fenêtres sont fermées. L’appartement était très propre, et bien équipé, la literie confortable. La déco est sobre et reposante. La communication a été parfaite, et le personnel très réactif face à mes questions et demandes. Le parking à moins de 10minutes à pied est à un prix très abordable, de 9€ par 24h. Je mettrais toutefois deux petits bémols. Il a fait assez chaud pendant notre séjour, et comme l’avenue est très bruyante , il est impossible d’ouvrir une fenêtre, et la clim n’était pas encore activée. Nous avons aussi été surpris l’exiguïté de la chambre, impossible de contourner le lit par le coté, ce qui rendait l’accès et le lever assez sportif pour des seniors comme nous. Je suppose que ce n’est pas le cas dans tous les appartements ? Si je devais revenir, je demanderais un appartement côté cour, avec une chambre un peu plus spacieuse.

There was a full kitchen which made the stay even more comfortable. n/a. I could not find something wrong with the apartment. Host was nice and let me in earlier. The apartment was clean. The wifi was a bit off some times - but this was just momentarily. All in all good.
• Zora (9/5): - Úžasné ubytování na metru,zdá se být trochu z ruky, ale v centru jste do 20ti minut, navíc kousek odsud jezdí tramvaj do Grinzingu, takže ideální výchozí bod pro návštěvu místních vinic. Ubytování je plně automatizované - žádné klíče, jen kód na vstup a od pokoje. A hlavně krásně čisto a zařízeno (bylo tu opravdu vše, včetně různých typů skleniček). Moc příjemný apartmán, byli jsme ve 4.patře a měli výhled na nadzemku, hluk z ulice téměř žádný. Dům má menší vnitoblok, který jsme nevyužili, ale zaujal nás. Postele moc neřeším, ale tady na té se nespalo moc dobře a je to jediná naše výtka. Postel byla příliš měkká až do ní člověk zapadl- v kombinaci s tím, že nebyla moc široká, to pak znamenalo, že citlivější spáči se moc nevyspí.

• Natnaree (6/5): - Clean and new. The location is near U-Bahn and Straßenbahn, very convenient. The owner is nice. Noisy at night, as it is located on the main street, which stays busy all night due to construction work and traffic. People kept honking their horns and revving their engines as if they were in a race. They also played loud music with the windows open. Ambulances were also driving past throughout the night. It is also directly opposite a nightclub, which was extremely noisy at night, with drunk people screaming and yelling. The windows are soundproof, but the room becomes far too hot if they are kept closed. The sleep quality was really bad, as I could not sleep at all. I stayed up all night just opening and closing the windows.

Gute Beschreibung vorab bezüglich Parkmöglichkeit und unkomplizierter Zugang. Gut ausgestattete Küche, Wohn- und Essbereich. Direkter Zugang zu U-Bahn und Straßenbahn gegenüber. Gute Fenster die den Straßenlärm draußen lassen.

We don’t mind walking and takes anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour to get everywhere, if you don’t like walking the train is just outside the front door. The property was gorgeous and felt very safe. Sophie was very attentive and helpful. Even gave us a later check out when we requested. Would highly recommend to anyone. Everything was spotless.

• Jakob (10/5): Gepflegte, toll ausgestattete Unterkunft - Ich war im Rahmen einer Geschäftsreise für eine dreitägige Schulung in Wien und habe mich in den Sophienne Apartments sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Apartment war modern, sauber und angenehm ruhig, sodass ich mich nach den intensiven Schulungstagen bestens erholen konnte. Besonders positiv waren das bequeme Bett, die gute Ausstattung und die unkomplizierte Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Dadurch konnte ich jeden Tag ausgeruht und konzentriert an der Schulung teilnehmen. Für Geschäftsreisen absolut empfehlenswert – ich komme gerne wieder. Während meines Aufenthaltes gab es keine Beanstandungen.

The area immediately around the apartments felt safe but there were very few restaurants, bars etc. The toilet had a slightly unpleasant smell, the plumbing may need attention.

• Christine (8/5): Fantastic location, stately apartment and clean - Very clean, excellent location, right opposite the metro. Lots of lovely venues, restaurants and bars in the vincinity. The only point is a double duvet but that’s preference.
• Marcos (10/5): Maravilhoso - O apartamento é simplesmente maravilhoso - claro, limpo, espaçoso, seguro, silencioso e com tudo o que você precisa para preparar as suas refeições. O metrô fica em frente ao prédio, o que facilita o deslocamento para os pontos turísticos e para pegar o trem para outros destinos. A uma curta distância você pode pegar o bonde e tem dois supermercados. O procedimento de check-in foi simples - as informações foram enviadas com antecedência. Em resumo - excelente escolha para quem quer ficar bem hospedado em Viena e não se importa de pegar trem e bonde para fazer os seus passeios. Tivemos um problema com o boiler que parou de esquentar - entramos em contato com a administração e eles foram atenciosos e resolveram o problema. Entretanto, acreditamos que um boiler de capacidade maior atenderia melhor uma família com 4 pessoas. Apesar do problema do boiler, gostamos de tudo e nos hospedaríamos novamente no apartamento.

Bardzo ładny widok z balkonu, suszarka i żelazko na wagę złota :) Przydałby się kocyk na chłodniejsze wieczory do posiedzenia na balkonie i nawet ręczny spieniacz do mleka, ale to już moje kaprysy :)

Absolut sauber, neuwertig, geräumig, komfortabel, tolles Bett, voll ausgestattete Küche, man hat Privatsphäre und es ist alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird. Trotz der lauten, 4 spurigen Straße, an der das Haus gelegen ist, hört man im Hinterhof nichts außer Vogelgezwitscher. Und mit der U6 vor der Türe ist man mobil. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt!

• Valentin Tarziu (10/5): ​Perfect stay: Spotlessly clean and very quiet - Everything was top-notch! We especially liked the impeccable cleanliness of the entire apartment and the spotless bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a washing machine, which was a huge plus. Despite being very close to public transport (with quick access to sights and the airport), the room was very quiet as the windows face the inner courtyard. We also enjoyed the small balcony. Lastly, the communication with the management was fast and effective; they were very attentive to all our needs. Everything was perfect; I really have nothing to complain about. The experience met all our expectations.

Напротив апартаментов есть клуб, который немного слышно в пятницу и субботу, но нам это спать не мешало. Было бы здорово, если бы был полотенцесушитель.

The apartment was spacious, bright, and very clean, in a great location right opposite the metro and not far from affordable parking. Communication with the host was pleasant and very helpful. We would definitely recommend this place!

• Angeles (8/5): Excelente opción de alojamiento en Viena - Todo muy nuevo y muy limpio. En una zona buena, aunque algo alejada del centro pero bien comunicada, el metro está justo enfrente. Las camas y las almohadas no eran muy cómodas, muy blandas para mi gusto.

• Luminita (7/5): - The staff is extraordinary, very helpful and quick to respond. Very easy access upon arrival, we had all information beforehand and we could check in immediately, even before 3 o'clock. Clean room, decent accomodation, very bright, with natural light. Location is ok, since Vienna has extraordinary public transportation and you can move quickly from one place to the next. The bed is not comfortable at all, pillows are awful. The bathroom does not have natural ventilation, it smelled badly when we arrived. Since the room faces a busy street when opening the windows to air it, a lot of smell from exhaust gets inside. Noisy with windows open, but ok with windows closed. The rating is mostly based on the fact that the bed is so uncomfortable, as well as the pillows, do not allow a good rest, plus the bathroom smell. The rest is quite manageable and very decent.
• Tania (10/5): Aufwiedersehen Wien - Die Einrichtung ist sehr schön, modern und die Wohnung sehr sauber!!! Die Wohnung hinten raus in den Hof total ruhig, kein Strassenlärm zu hören!!! Es hat zwei Strassen weiter (5 Gehminuten) einen Hofer, ideal für einen Lebensmitteleinkauf und die Pizzeria Vero, gleich an der Strassenecke ist super fein! Obwohl die U6 gleich gegenüber ist, hatten wir jeweils mehr als 30Min für die Fahrt in die Innen Stadt oder mussten mehrmals umsteigen für verschiedene Besuche von Musen oder den Naschmarkt

Zimmer Hofseitig mit Balkon ist perfekt, im Zimmer Strassenseitig hört man den Lärm der beiden Lokale gegenüber ein bisschen. Wir kommen wieder gerne Kann so bleiben, alles perfekt

• Cornelia (10/5): - Es ist eine perfekt ausgestattete, neue Wohnung mit sehr guter Anbindung zur Stadtmitte und ganz Wien. Die Betten sind komfortabel, der Service und die Kommunikation werden perfekt, es war trotz einer befahrenen Straße sehr ruhig. Man fühlt sich in dem modern eingerichteten und geräumigen Appartment sehr wohl.
• InGiF (9/5): Perfekt👌 - Wir waren über Ostern wieder in Wien und haben uns ganz bewusst erneut für diese Unterkunft entschieden – mittlerweile schon zum dritten Mal. Das spricht eigentlich schon für sich 😊 Die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar: Sowohl zu Fuß als auch mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln kommt man schnell überall hin. Besonders praktisch ist die U4-Haltestelle direkt gegenüber – so ist man im Handumdrehen im Zentrum (bei unserem letzten Besuch war die Haltestelle wegen Baustelle gesperrt - war aber kein Problem, da die nächste Straßenbahn zu Fuß in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen ist) Der Check-in war jedes Mal völlig unkompliziert und angenehm. Die Apartments sind sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet – es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Wir buchen immer ein Apartment mit Balkon zum Innenhof, was ich absolut empfehlen kann: herrlich ruhig und perfekt zum Entspannen nach einem Tag in der Stadt. Ein besonderes Plus sind die Betten – super bequem, sodass man richtig gut schlafen kann. Ich komme immer wieder gerne hierher – klare Empfehlung!
