The interior is old and could use some extra attention (the wooden floor is very old, the surface of the planchet in front of the bathroom mirror is cracked, there are rust spots on the bathroom radiator)

- Jessica (7/5): For the value of the money its really good. Perfect travel lenghts with the metro only beeing 3min away. - The location is really good. The heat stopped working and the owner cane to repair it on the same day which was really good!! I think its not really made for 6people since the pull out couch is rather small. But for 5people it would be enough.

The common areas of the building are not well maintained. There was hair on the walls of the shower and it was very noisy at night.

Across the street you have sushi,pizza, shawarma flafel.. excellent prices. 2 big pizza 🍕 slice 3 euro . Order sushi 3 rolls (6\6\9) 11 euro! We had the inner side so all is quiet. Just had an issue with the hot water . Shower 🚿 was to tricky to get some ..
- Pir (7/5): Good - Easy access to Metro. Near City center. Nearby mosque. The staff was polite and very responsive. No Tv in the appartment. Quite old building. Sometimes in night there is no light on corridor of main building and i had to turn on my mobile flash light. The staff speaks russian and u have to translate that in English - But they are very polite and try to help
