• David (7/5): Aparthotel ben situat i confortable però li cal manteniment. - Ben situat, planta baixa, llit confortable. Es pot cuinar. Falta manteniment: Una làmpara del llit no funcionava. Al menjador hi falta llum. La porta de vidre del pati està espatllada i no tanca bé. Les cadires del menjador tenen els ferros del seient trencats i es claven al asseure's.

• Yolanda (8/5): Cómodo y cercano al centro. - El apartamento es suficientemente amplio para una pareja. Está bien distribuido: salón-cocina, baño, comedor. La estancia era agradable. Muy cercano al centro y con mucho servicio de transporte público alrededor. Unicamente señalar que las sillas no eran adecuadas para sentarse, la ropa se enganchaba en el asiento. La idea de pintar la zona del baño de negro es elegante, pero debería repasarse la pintura. Personalmente eché de menos algún espejo más grande.

В близост има супермаркет и ресторант с традиционна кухня. Доволни сме и от близостта на Дунав канал, тъй като е приятно място за разходка. Бихме го посетили отново! Няма такова.
• Raquel (10/5): Muy buena ubicación y apartamento muy bonito - Este alojamiento está a 20min andando con niños, y si vas sin niños menos aún. El paseo es muy bueno, porque bordea el canal y es un parque verde muy bonito. Sino puedes coger los tranvías desde Schwedenplatz y te deja a 1 min andando. El apartamento está muy bien para 2 adultos y 2 niños, la cama es grande y en ella hemos dormido un adulto y dos niñas y en el sofá cama, menos cómodo, un adulto. No ha hecho frío, pero quizá en otra epoca del año tendrán la calefacción mas alta. No ha hecho falta porque nos ha hecho buena temperatura. Estaba limpio, utensilios suficientes para el desayuno, nevera amplia y todo lo necesario. Había alguna telaraña, pero al tener los techos altos, es algo normal. Quizá añadir algo mas de luz potente en el baño ayudaria. Nada mas que decir.

Es fehlen Kleiderbügel... Hat aber zwei Kühlschränke. Die Stühle sind scharfkantig und können die Hosen aufreissen. Im Bad war der entlüfter extrem staubig und im Schlafzimmer hatte es Kellerasseln. • Patrick (9/5): Very lovely stay, and it was a great city, and definitely recommend Vienna. - It was a pin code on the door, making it very easy to get in. The apartment was very nice, providing a great open room. I was very good beds and great facilities. It was very nice with the floor heating, and while it is just outside the center, it is an easy 10 minute walk into the city. It was relatively easy to find, the google maps did give the wrong address the first time, but it was the street next door, so no issue finding the apartment.

• Pinto (6/5): Bom para passar uns dias - O alojamento tinha todas as condições básicas como luz, água quente e bom aquecimento . A localização era boa e perto do centro, portanto sugiro alojamentos nesta zona caso queiram estar perto do centro, mas não no meio da confusão. Para além disso, têm a 10min a pé um supermercado Spar ou Billy, caso queiram fazer uma ou outra refeição em casa . A limpeza foi o que mais me incomodou, tivemos de colocar a louça toda na máquina de lavar antes de a utilizar . Claramente, a casa não tinha sido bem limpa , havia pó, teia de aranha na cozinha ( visível a qualquer um) . Acho uma falta de cuidado não terem isto em atenção , uma vez que é o mínimo dos mínimos

• Elżbieta (8/5): Jest ok - Ciekawy nietypowy apartament, ma dużo uroku. Świetna lokalizacja, dla lubiących spacery poniżej pół godziny na nogach do centrum. Dla nielubiących metro w pobliżu. To był rodzinny wypad, więc nie stanowiło to problemu, ale w przypadku pobytu ze znajomymi łazienka i toaleta mało intymne. (Szklana przeźroczysta ściana pomiędzy sypialnią a łazienką). I mogłoby być czyściej.

• Francesco (6/5): Ottima posiziona ma scarsa pulizia - La posizione della camera è strategica, collegata benissimo. L'arredo è moderno e molto particolare. A poche centinaia di metri ci sono la fermata del tram e la fermata della metro, una farmacia ed un bar. La pulizia della camera. I mobili non erano puliti, abbiamo trovato uno stecchino per la pulizia dei denti sotto la porta, c'erano ragnatele vecchie dappertutto, le lenzuola erano sporche di cioccolata o chissà cosa.

• Esmeralda (4/5): - Lo único que nos gustó fue la ubicación, barrio tranquilo, supermercado cerca, tranvía a 1 min que conecta con el centro. A destacar la falta de limpieza, que es inexistente, polvo por todas partes, ducha sucia, pelos en el lavabo, cal en las paredes de la ducha, arañas y telarañas. El apartamento, aunque nos hospedamos 2 adultos y dos niños, no es para esa capacidad, es una oferta engañosa, no dispone de menaje para cuatro, ni sillas suficientes, el sofa cama no era confortable. El patio esta muy sucio Espero que tomen nota, no puedo recomendar su apartamento en esas condiciones, no solo es poner una foto bonita, al alojarse el huésped espera algo más. No me gusta hacer este tipo de reseñas, es muy incómodo para mí

La ubicación de la ducha dentro de la habitación es un tanto "curiosa", no muy cómoda, a nuestro modo de ver. Sólo dos sillas en la mesa de la cocina cuando es un apartamento para 4 personas, pero te puedes organizar más o menos con otras sillas del baño, por ejemplo.

• Marketa (9/5): Superb - The apartment is very beautiful, in a quiet street, close to the public transport. The entrance directly from the street feels a bit odd at first, but we got used to it. The only things we missed was some shelf or something to hang towels on in the bathroom, and a knife in the kitchen.
• Sinai (9/5): Superb - The apartment is at a great location, close to the tram and the subway, several supermarkets, and generally in a lovely quite neighborhood that is really close to the tourist center of Vienna (you can enjoy the walk on a sunny day). In terms of facilities and comfort, everything was clean and working well, the beds are really comfortable, and having a TV is really nice (we logged in to our Netflix account). The kitchen is simple and provided everything we needed, we cooked several meals and having a dishwasher and an espresso machine is a lovely bonus. The apartment is spacious, with lots of room and sitting space. It's arranged in a somewhat strange way (one double bed in the 'living room' and another in the kitchen dining area) but it really didn't bother us, we needed to work for several hours a day and the apartment provided a great space for it. The apartment is right on the street, but there were really good curtains so you can either enjoy the sun or more privacy. Definitely recommend. Maybe the one thing we would have loved would have been some more dishes, just a couple of salad bowls and a vegetable peeler, and some other stuff. But really all the basic stuff are there - plates and bowls of several sizes, glasses, wine glasses, coffee cups, pots and pans, etc. so it's a minor thing.

The kitchen adequately decorated . The shower needed some maintenance next to its floor . Position pretty good though not so near the centre on foot .
• Olga (2/5): I truly do not recommend this place to anyone! - Rating: 2/10 Title: Very disappointing experience — not recommended I booked 3 nights here for my birthday trip to Vienna, expecting a pleasant stay and good communication with the hotel. Unfortunately, it turned into a nightmare: 1. After 11 PM, there was only cold water — we arrived late and only one person managed to take a proper shower. Completely unacceptable. 2. No air conditioning, and the small bathroom radiator stops working after 11 PM as well. I’ve traveled a lot and never experienced anything like this — and I’m a travel blogger. 3. No champagne glasses in the room — we came to celebrate, and this felt like such a letdown. 4. The blankets were feather-filled, uncomfortable, and separated — not suitable for a couple. 5. Location is much farther from the city center than expected. No supermarkets or convenience stores nearby. 6. The room door opens directly to the street, which feels very unsafe and unpleasant. 7. Very poor lighting at the entrance to the room — it’s extremely dark and unwelcoming. 8. If the curtains are open, you’re completely visible from outside — no privacy at all. 9. All concerns were met with a simple “sorry, goodbye” — no real attempt to help. I truly do not recommend this place to anyone
• Natalie (10/5): Excellent - The apartment is in an excellent location, very quiet and close to the center, metro station U4 or tram. It was clean, comfortable bed, with facilities exactly as needed without being loaded with unnecessary stuff. It has an exit to a small courtyard in the back. The entrance is right in the room. I recommend bringing shoes for the room as the floor can be too cold. Check in was easy with a code sent 2 days in advance. Check out was convenient until 11:00 a.m. The host was kind and sent all the necessary information in advance. If we return, we will definitely choose this apartment.

• Kadri (9/5): Relaxed stay in Rossauer Lände - The flat is in a very good location near the U4 (underground line) station Rossauer Lände. The location made our logistics very easy as the Landstrasse - Wien Mitte station (main station to reach the airport) was just 3 stations away. It`s perfect for travellers who either arrive late/leave early and/or want to skip changing the lines. Besides that many important sights of Vienna can easily be reached with the same U4 line (MAK, Karlsplatz, Opera, Ringstrasse, Schönbrunn Palace etc). Although we arrived quite late on a weekday, we found several nice places to eat after 20:00. The area is peaceful, safe and green. The apartment has 2 spacious rooms, each with a large bed for 2 people and an open kitchen with a dining-table. We chose to stay in the room opening to the courtyard and therefore didn`t hear any noise from the street. It felt very private and peaceful. The communication with the host was fast and easy. One morning we didn`t have warm water, but after informing the host, it was fixed very fast. It seemed to be a general plumbing issue of the building. A tip for the host: It would be good to add couple of hooks for wet towels in the bathroom and a cutting-board for the kitchen. :) Thank you for hosting us!

Quiet and peaceful neighborhood, and it felt quite safe during the whole stay. Spacious and comfortable apartment with all the needed facilities. TV is available. Good Wi-Fi connection. Great communication with the owner and assistants, everyone was so helpful and quick to response. No keys to the apartment, just a unique code, hence, it’s much easier for a group to live in the place. You should mind the fact that there are no carpets all over the place, hence, I recommend you to bring a pair of slippers or something to walk in around. We didn’t notice it before arrival really so had to work it out wearing extra socks around. Also, as there are no keys, it felt a bit uncomfortable leaving all the belongings in the place (such as move can be justified, but I got anxious about it one time).

• Liliana (9/5): Quickly feels like home - This was a wonderful place to stay at Wien, we had a wonderful time in this apartment and if I visited, I’d love to choose it again. Design of the flat is minimalistic but stylish, I really liked the look. It’s easy find, location is rather close to the main attractions and couple of minutes away from the tram D that goes to the train station and also metro. Bed was comfy, everything was really clean and well designed. As my friend snorred loudly,so I even appreciated that the doors that separate two rooms are quite good at keeping the accounting in tact. There’s nespresso coffee maker too. Place is very spacious with very high ceilings what makes the whole space very Viennese in style. It’s nice vibe there. The standard was rather higher and the flat felt quite new or well-kept without any problems really. Logging in and finding it was also very easy and all the instructions sent have been idiot-proof. Some basic equipment was missing in a way as if the designer never spent a night there. For example there was a pot to cook pasta, but no sieve to help you to remove water. The cups were there but only 4 same size Ikea standard cups, all of them were too big for the nespresso machine and there was no espresso size cups available. 2 capsules for coffee but no tea at all what was about disappointing when you arrive too late to drink caffeine but it’s cold outside and all the shops are closed to buy any tea. I would also appreciate more capsules , at least one per day. Also no towel holders in the bathroom. Little details that are easy to fix. Generally that was quite excellent location for Vien, if you are couple of friends or two couples , you’ll definitely enjoy this location, it’s very easy and pleasant one for longer stay in Vienna.
• Mariia (9/5): Very good impression especially considering that I had an emergency to book it and move in same day! - Very fast support and instructions, support is available any time and easy to reach out The apartment is super close to the river and to metro and in general to the city centre Easy to get in Also if you come early you can even park a car right nearby In addition, perfectly working wifi It's very clean in the house And the area is also not loud I would have replaced the shower glass doors, feels a bit unsafe :) And the red dresser in the other room as it's too noisy when you open it to get a hairdryer The rest is excellent!

Only passcode keyboard to open the apartment. No possibility to close the flat from inside with key. Not very secure. Also no possibility to open the windows on front side of the building. Only the door but we didn’t want to open the door to the street because we didn’t feel it is safe solution. no A/C and no possibility to open windows so the apartment is very hot. No hot water in the day we arrived but they fixed it in one hour. Also on 3rd day in the evening no hot water they fixed it at 7am. The toilet is in the bedroom only separated with door which are not able to be closed completely. Only one small mirror and poor wifi Very little kitchen equipment for example only 2 glasses and no wine glass.
