• Ana Marin Bort (8/5): - Apartamento muy nuevo. Bien ubicado cerca de la parada de tranvía que te lleva directamente al centro y a muchas de las atracciones turísticas. Tambien está muy cerca de un supermercado. La cocina está equipada con lo necesario. Me gustó que estuviera separada la zona del wc y de la ducha. Para los 5 que nos alojamos fue muy práctico. Los sofás cama eran un poco incómodos al ser los colchones muy blandos. Almohadas muy blandas también.

• Marina (10/5): Totul a fost la superlativ. - Este foarte spatios, confortabil si are toate facilitatile de care ai nevoie. Locatia este superba, amplasat intr-un cartier nou, linistit si foarte frumos. Un avantaj al apartamentului este ca se afla foarte aproape de transportul in comun ( 5 minute pana la statia de tramvai si 10 minute pana la cea mai apropriata statie de metrou), totodata la coltul blocului se afla INTERSPAR, care este benefic pentru cumparaturi. Ne-a placut mult si cu siguranta vom reveni! Totul a fost in regula.

• Leoncia (10/5): Все супер было для нашей комании в 5 человек - Все очень понравилось. расположение великолепное, рядом магазины. Нас было 5 человек и места хватило всем. Очень комфортные кровати, Было тепло, комфортно и уютно. есть балкончик великолепный на котором было приятно проводить вечера. Очень удобно, что есть стиральная машинка, посудомоечная машина. Не хватило лишь большой миски дополнительно (тарелок и столовых приборов и чашек - достаточно).. кастрюля большая и сковородки есть.. но вот салат дополнительно для нашей большой компании замешать было негде - но это была мелочь - так как в остальном все было здорово Все понравилось, удобно добираться, удобно было спать - поэтому ничего плохого сказать не могу - так как всем всё понарвилось

• Christina (6/5): Ok, aber nicht "Deluxe" - Die Lage war für uns gut (nahe der Verwandtschaft, die wir besucht haben), aber eher weit weg von touristischen Zielen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ein Park direkt vor der Haustür! Die Ausstattung ist nicht gerade "Deluxe", es gibt viel zu wenig Geschirr und Besteck! Die Sauberkeit ist verbesserungswürdig.
• Iwona (10/5): Bardzo czysty apartament - Bardzo czysty i duży apartament w nowym budownictwie. W mieszkaniu są rolety (co ważne przy oświetlonej ulicy) i darmowe Wifi. W sąsiednim bloku jest sklep spożywczy i drogeria. Blisko do przystanku, z którego co kilka minut odjeżdża tramwaj do centrum miasta. Wymeldowanie: wystarczy wyjść i zatrzasnąć drzwi.

• Ani (10/5): Our stay was amazing, and we would definitely stay here again! - The apartment was very clean, bright, spacious, and cozy. The location was excellent – with convenient public transport, close to the central station, and just a few stops from the city center. It had everything we needed and was very well equipped. We highly recommend it!
• Yulido (8/5): Generally normal stay. - It was quite okay, enough space for a family of 3-4 people. It was warm, you can turn the heaters on and of. Lokation is close to a central station and a big supermarket. There is a big playground and motorikpark nearby which I appreciate much. In general, this is about location there. Indeed, I would appreciate it better if kitchen had bigger amount of kitchenware. Not really enough bowls and cooking staff. And also I noticed some chipped plates.window blinds don't work properly. Also I found someone's hairband and a bottle of water under a sofa. And, by the way, bad smell from pipes in shower is still there. Maybe this issue is unsolvable, Idk. I would also appreciate much a little stool or a stepladder for the youngest guests in bathroom at least. I missed also some working zone, a desk, as sometimes I need to work remotely. There were not enough sockets for me. to sum up, it is not the cheapest flat I rent, and I expected it to have a little more individual touch. Not 100% value for money. It was a bit plane for me, and I hate non-working window blinds, and, please, replace chipped dishes.
• Crnjak (10/5): Great - Very warm and nice place, we were group of 5 people and we had just enough space for everything, for me the bed is really nice I had a nice sleep. In that area you have everything you need, they let us use a garage also. I was only missing an ashtray on the balcony but everything else was good and the host is nice

• Laura (9/5): Superb - the apartment was new and in good conditions and clean one light on a side of the bed in the chamber was not working, and the other was vey low. a chair in the room would have been helpful. but overall it was very nice and comfortable.
• John (8/5): A nice, well located flat - A well situated flat, next to a park and a supermarket. The flat was spacious and the owners were flexible given that our train was severely delayed. It was also close to the train station and a tram stop that went into the centre of the city. It could have done with air conditioning, but not an issue if you’re used to the hot weather in the summer or visit at a cooler time of the year. We had to be out by 9, another hour would have been better. All minor points.
• Piotr (6/5): Pleasant - Good location, clean apartment with a nice balcony Very difficult communication with the owner. He doesn’t answer at all or it takes him full 24 hours to reply on totally simple topics like check in or leaving the keys. Also he doesn’t bother to pick up the phone. The host was more than 30 minutes late for the scheduled check in.
• Jessi (4/5): Disappointing - Good location. Easy to get to city centre via tram. Host was nice. Modern apartment, clean, and tidy. No Aircon or fans for accommodation in the middle of summer is poor. This is only a 1 bedroom with 3 people on pull out sofas in living room. Curtains may as well not be there as they do nothing to block out light. Hard to sleep with windows open, but had to sleep like this as no fans or a/c.

• Ezgi (10/5): So comfortable - Near train station, beautiful neighborhood with nature, beds are comfortable and enough for 5 person stay. Shower and toilet are clean. There is a spar market next to the building so you can shop easily. If you go on a walk you can find good places to eat something without need a transportation. Going to center, belvedere and etc. was easy. Host was really helpful every question that I ask.
• Julia (9/5): Superb - The flat is in a great location. It takes 10 min to go to the nearby metro station. The host is really communicative and responds quickly. The appearance of the flat is the same as is written in the offer. One suggestion which I can prompt is leaving some coffee or tea bags in a cupboard.

Great place to stay for couple of days. - Georgi, who give us the keys was very kind, we slightly changed our time of arrival and he was cooperative and flexible. He also arranged a parking for couple of days. The apartment was very clean, easly accessible (1st floor and a lift). The beds were not 100% comfortable for us, but it is very personal preference. Grocery store was 2 minute away. Trams, buses in close proximity (5-10 min walk). It was perfect for our family.

We wanted to sleep longer. - A delightful apartment, fully equipped for comfortable living, in a nice new neighborhood, just a 10-minute walk from the subway. On our next visit to Vienna, we would like to stay in this apartment again.

The location is good , as It is very close to public transport -there is a tram next to the building and a metro station in about 10 minutes away. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were wide and very warm during our stay in January. I strongly recommend this place!

• Sergiu (9/5): Superb - The apartment is spacious, silent, located in a walking distance from the main train station and a supermarket around the corner. We would prefer a somehow tougher bed mattress 😉. And it seems to be something wrong with the ventilation in the shower room, there was an unpleasant smell of sewage during its operation.

• Seungyeon (10/5): Perfect place to stay - Perfect place to stay, good location near by mart(interspar) and 2 station to Vienna central station by tram. Hotel was so clean and well furnished. The accommodation was satisfactory, but there were something that would have been perfect if improved. I sent messages through Booking.com, but I was worried because the host's response was sometimes delayed. It would also be nice to have a wine opener.

• Szatanik (9/5): Superb - Very pretty apartment in amazing neighborhood. Really calm and relaxing area, ideal for walking with pets and picnics. Close to the lovely bakery, supermarket, subway and tram. Everything in one place, you can walk 20 minutes and see Belvedere or 10 minutes to the main street with lot of shops and restaurants.

• Στεφανοσ (7/5): Vienna is dreamlike! - The location was excellent and especially for the children as in a very short distance there was a huge park with playground and plenty of space to play. On the plus side there was a supermarket across the road. - The person who gave us the keys and showed us the house did not speak English. - The owner never answered why the netflix wasn't working. - The WiFi signal was only in the living room. - There was nothing for breakfast or for personal cleaning like bath soap. - If we stayed 5 days the owner didn't change our towels and sheets.
• Katya (10/5): Excellent experience in Vienna - The flat is very clean and spacious. It can accommodate up to 5 persons. The kitchen has all the amenities to make various meals. Good communication with the owner. Excellent location- the tram and metro station are very close to it and you can reach the city center and the city sightseeing quickly. Good value for the money. We would surely choose it again next time we visit Vienna! Nothing
• Georgi (10/5): Exceptional - I recently had the pleasure of staying in an absolutely wonderful apartment in Vienna, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment I stepped through the door, I felt immediately at home. The apartment was spacious, bright, and beautifully decorated. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient base from which to explore Vienna. It truly exceeded all of my expectations, and I can't wait to return! P.S. There is a cutting board :)

• Paweł (8/5): Great place to stay with some basics to improve - - Quite big place - Clean - Great location - Good value for money Missing some basic stuff like oil for frying, tea, pepper, wooden spoons. Also no soap in the toilet and too little toilet paper, A frying pan was very worn out.

• Vitaliibasenko (8/5): Apartment in beautiful area - Nice flat, but with some small nuances. Georgi was really friendly and told about the peculiarities of being in Vienna. The apartment is located in a convenient and beautiful area. In the flat, we didn't find a cutting board, table rag, and some other small important things like a corkscrew. We needed to pay extra 10 euro for a parking place in garage because in front of building parking places were busy. On the second day, I found, that maybe I could park the car near Lidl which is 2 minutes away.
