• Kristen (10/5): A perfect place to "live" in Vienna for two days - This was a lovely, spacious apartment just a short walk from the train station. We loved the location and how easy it was to get around. The apartment itself was roomy, very clean, and comfortable. We especially liked the little balcony/sitting area. I was with my husband and teen sons and they all loved this apartment and felt comfortable there. The host was kind and helpful.

There were also coffee machine with capsules for each person. Everything was excellent. Right in front of the building is metro and tram station which is also big plus. Big recommendation for staying when in Vienna.

• Friedrun (9/5): Un très bon séjour - C'est un appartement spacieux, propre et très bien situé pour atteindre rapidement en transports en commun tous les lieux touristiques. Lorsque les fenêtres sont ouvertes, on entend la route - mais c'est très bien isolé avec les fenêtres fermées.

Muy caro para estar pasando frío y no dormir bien - La situación está fenomenal porque tienes justo debajo la parada del tranvía que te lleva a la zona centro y pasa por el palacio Belvedere. El apartamento es espacioso y muy completo porque tiene de todo. Hubo un detalle que no nos gustó. No teníamos forma de ajustar la calefacción porque se ve que la controlan remotamente, y el toallero lo tienen puesto para que no funcione, con el inconveniente que tiene el frío que hace en Viena y no poder secar las toallas. La cama está hundida y no descansas bien, y las Almohadas te dejan dolor de cuello de lo finas que son.

• Galina (10/5): - 10 von 10. Alles besser als top! 100%-ige Weiterempfehlung. Sehr bequeme Betten und Kissen, sehr gemütlich, außerordentlich sauber. Die Haltestelle Straßenbahn D direkt vor der Tür. Die Innenstadt ist schnell zu erreichen. 2 Haltestellen bis zum Schloß Belvedere. Sehr angenehmer Vermieter. Danke!

Schlüsselübergabe, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wirklich toll und zu empfehlen. Das Schlafsofa ist nicht ganz so optimal; etwas weich und im Sommer ist das Kunstleder etwas unangenehm, wenn man an die Lehne kommt, die nicht bezogen ist mit einem Spannbetttuch.

This is more of a complaint against Booking.com . 2 months ago I realized I needed to stay another night and contacted the host as instructed. I cleared it with The host who said I needed to go through Booking.com It had to be requested online… more than once… but it was never acknowledged except after recompleting it online a few times, I finally saw my added night on line. Still no direct email to me. Nothing from the host either. In the end, we did not get the added night as the host booked someone else in.

The bed for me was too soft and could have had a double doona cover rather than a single. Could hear the traffic if bedroom window open. Couldn't find any English speaking channel on the TV, but got to learn some German instead.
• Digebazu (9/5): Perfekt für längeren Aufenthalt. - Waren 3 Wochen in der schönen Ferienwohnung. Sehr gut ausgestattet. Mehr als genügend Kleiderschränke. Grosses Bad, separates WC. Wäsche- Handtuchwechsel wöchentlich. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern perfekt schallisoliert. (Klimaanlage, geräuschlos, nicht regulierbar ?, in dem Super-September allerdings zu warm). Super Lage, direkt am Bahnhof, bis zur U- und S-Bahn 9 Minuten zu laufen. Tram in 3 Minuten erreichbar (Richtung Belvedere, Karlsplatz, Rathaus). Parkplatz in Tiefgarage. TV In Wohnzimmer kompliziert, haben es aufgegeben. TV in Schlafzimmer unbrauchbar, nur USB (was das wohl soll ?).
• Michael (9/5): Lovely accommodation in a very convenient location. - The location was perfect for connecting with train and tram transport. The accommodation was very comfortable had everything you need for a self catering apartment. We contacted Alex about a minor issue and he responded very quickly. The fan was alright but air conditioning would have made the apartment perfect, especially as the weather was very warm.

• Hiroyuki (10/5): - 担当者が時間通りに建物の入り口に来てくれた。部屋の中で説明をする際も、こちらが日本人だったせいか、わざわざ靴を脱いで部屋の中に入ってくれた。部屋は広くてきれいで、特に清潔さは群を抜いていた。夜も周囲は静かで、よく眠れた。 建物の入り口が、表と裏のそれぞれにあった。そのため、カギの受け渡し時にどちらの入り口の前で待っていればよいか、わからなかった。

'Air con/cooling system' didn't quiet cool place down enough in 35 degree heat but there was a fan which made a huge difference for sleeping.

• Lucía (10/5): Siete días de turismo inmejorable - Es un apartamento nuevo al que no le falta ninguna comodidad. Tiene una terraza con sus sillones y mesa para poderla disfrutar. Cerca de la estación central, metro y tranvía, facilita todo tipo de viaje. Recomiendo bajarse la aplicación Wien mobil, facilita los desplazamientos al mejor precio. Solamente deben reponer la única sartén que tienen pues se agarra todo.

• Martin (10/5): Arsenal Apartments Hauptbahnhof Wien - Die Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos. Jemand hat mich, vor dem vereinbarten Zeitpunkt erwartet, denn ich rief etwa zwei Stunden vorher an. Das Apartment kenne ich bereits, da ich es schon einmal gemietet habe. Die klimatisierte Wohnung übernahm ich in einem sehr guten Reinigungszustand. Preis-/ Leistung sind für Wien auch sehr gut. Die Grösse und die Raumaufteilung gefallen mir sehr. Sie ist sehr geräumig und hat viele Einbauschränke. Die Küchenausstattung ist praktisch und gut. Nespresso-Kaffeemaschiene, Teekocher und Toaster sind vorhanden. Den Hauptbahnhof und den Südtirolerplatz, mit U-Bahn-Anschluss, erreicht man in wenigen Gehminuten. Die Wohnung würde ich wieder mieten. Besten Dank an die Vermieter für diese gute Angebot.

• 수원선생 (10/5): 비엔나 중앙역 부근의 훌륭한 아파트 - 매우 좋은 아파트입니다. 비엔나 중앙역에 매우 가깝고 트램과 지하철에 모두 연결성이 좋습니다. 시내 중심가나 관광지에 접근이 용이하며 집 주변은 상당히 조용합니다. 아파트는 매우 깨끗하고 시설이 잘 갖춰져 있습니다. 침대도 매우 편했고 환기도 좋고 특별히 흠잡을 곳이 없는 아파트입니다. 다음에 비엔나에 또 가게 되면 다시 숙박할 예정입니다. 주소지로 되어 있는 곳이 실제 아파트에 들어가는 입구가 아닙니다. 구글에서 주소지 검색한 곳에 도착해 있었더니 안내해 주시는 분이 그쪽으로 와서 다른 입구를 안내해 주셨습니다. 아파트가 있는 건물이 매우 크고 출입구가 여러개가 있어서 처음에 조금 헷갈리는 부분이 있습니다. 그 외 청소 도구가 없는 것 같은데.. 진공청소기 같은 것이 비치되어 있으면 좋을 것 같았습니다.

• Elena (10/5): Excellent location very clean and comfortable stay!!! - Excellent location. Hoho bus, train station, super market and restaurants 4 min walk! Very clean, spacious and comfortable! Will stay again in the future. The cool system (ac) not sufficient for 36 degree wether! But I imagine it’s a rare phenomenon in this area. Unfortunately with climate change I am afraid it will be a problem in the future!
