• Valeria (9/5): Perfetto, esattamente In linea con ció che prometteva. - Ottima posizione, nel giro di 100 metri si trovavano farie fermate della metro per spostarsi nei punti di interesse e in centro. Super attenti ai bambini. Il bagno si trova nella parte della casa con il tetto spiovente, farsi una doccia veloce non è comodissimo per persone alte..ma ne eravamo già a conoscenza perche si capiva dalle foto dell appartamentoz

• Petra (10/5): - Sehr schöne Wohnung, sehr freundliche Vermieterin, gut gelegen. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar, ein günstiges Parkhaus ist nur wenige Fußminuten entfernt. Trotz guter Lage sehr ruhig.

• Laura (10/5): Perfecta - El piso está como si fueses a vivir en él, tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia perfecta. No está en el centro pero andando es un paseo. La cama es cómoda y está decorado al más mínimo detalle. Te dejan zapatillas de casa, snacks y cervezas de bienvenida, hay café, infusiones, azúcar, sal, aceite…En el baño también hay cosas para la higiene íntima femenina y pinturas y libros para los más peques en la habitación. No pudo recibirnos nadie porque llegamos tarde pero estuvieron pendientes de nosotros en todo momento. Al hacer el check out pudimos dejar las maletas en un trastero en el mismo edificio. El edificio es muy antiguo y las zonas comunes necesitan una reforma urgente. La ducha es incómoda, habría que poner una cortina o mampara para evitar mojar el suelo.

Небольшая кухня, но и на ней есть абсолютно все что может понадобится. Как указано в других отзывах, не очень удобно принимать душ. Очень жаль что нет стиральной машины.
• Karsta (9/5): Entspannter, zentrumsnaher Urlaub in Wien - Super ausgestattete Dachgeschosswohnung, es hat nichts gefehlt. Besonders die Klimaanlage hat uns bei über 30 Grad gute Dienste geleistet und der Aufzug war auch sehr nützlich. Parken ist leider vor dem Haus bzw. in den Straßen nicht möglich, Strafzettel werden schnell verteilt. Es muss ein in der Nähe gelegenes Parkhaus (8€/Tag) genutzt werden.

Brilliant location, tram stop 10 metres, supermarket and excellent Gasthaus across the square, easy walk to historic town centre, Prater park and Mitte transport hub. Good facilities except bath/shower. Bath/shower inadequate. Impossible to stand in bath to shower because of low roof truss. No plug, so impossible to have a bath. No shower screen or curtain, so floor flooded every time. All windows are skylights, so no view out except sky and rooftops.

Extremely clean and nicely decorated. Yasmina was a lovely host, she was welcoming and helpful with suggestions. We loved the apartment and would stay here again! Only downside is the shower which is difficult to stand up in due to sloped ceiling. This didn’t affect our stay and we’d happily stay here again.

• Emily (10/5): Wonderful apartment, lovely host! - My husband and I stayed with our 1-year-old son for 2 nights while we explored Vienna. The apartment is the perfect place to stay, Yasmina is a wonderful host and had thought of everything! All the essentials were provided - tea/coffee, shampoo/conditioner etc. Yasmina even provided baby wash and shampoo for our son, along with a snack, night light and stuffed animals to keep him entertained! The apartment was really comfortable and had everything we needed. It was a short walk to Stadtpark which was a beautiful place to explore and great for families. The trams are literally round the corner and can get you all over the city. We would definitely stay again! Thank you Yasmina for being so welcoming ☺️ N/A

• Jirkasat (10/5): Stylish and comfortable appartment in the heart of the city. You have to love it! - Beautiful appartment and exceptionally nice host Yasmina. We travelled with (almost) 2yo boy, the appartment was all set for him: a cot, with fluffy toys, night lamp, special napkins, his own towl, shampoo and hand soap. The appartment is very stylish but comfy. Yasmina was very helpful and caring, ready to help or give an advice. Location is also superb, is just between the inner city and Prater, ideal!

Great atmosphere, perfect service and an amazing friendly owner. Perfectly clean, very quiet, everything is working, nothing is broken, an extremely comfy bed. What can be better than a nice bath after a trip or a hard day! Love the place! Will surely come again!

The location is great - only 20-30 minute walk to all main sights of interest. The interior design is well thought-through, to the smallest details of practicality and beauty. This place definitely has character. The beds are comfortable; the rooms are spacious; and there is everything you need in the kitchen. The owner is hospitable, helpful, and caring. As a bonus for those who will drive to Vienna or rent a vehicle while in the city, there is an affordable parking garage within an 8-minute walking distance. There was nothing that we did not like in this apartment. We only wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be returning here, one day, to enjoy the beautiful city of Vienna Thank you for your hospitality and care!
• Svitlana (10/5): Exceptional - We had only one day to stay in Vienna and I wanted to make the most of it. I spent about 2 hours looking through different offers and there was always something missing in every and each of them. When I saw Ruhiges Dachgeschoss City Apartment, I got absolutely delighted as everything looked perfect and, you know what, it turned out to be even more than I had expected!!! The tram stop is just 2 minutes walk from the apartment, 20 minutes tram #0 journey from/to the Central railway station, about the same time (tram #1) to the city centre; nice place to have breakfast in the same building or just round the corner; 'Spar' supermarket just opposite the tram #0 stop. The apartment has ABSOLUTELY everything a traveller might need for a comfortable stay from a coffee machine, huge refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, etc., even olive oil and vinegar to shampoo+conditioner+shower gel set and a bathtub for a relaxing spa hour after a long day. Everything is new and chosen with a good taste and intention to make your stay unforgettable!!! The owners are very friendly and hospitable. We were coming from Graz by an early morning train which arrived in Vienna at 8:00 and we had two suitcases we wanted to drop somewhere. The landlady suggested leaving our luggage at her place (the same building) and when our apartment was prepared for us, they would kindly move it there. So we went straight from the railway station to the location, dropped off our luggage, had a nice breakfast in the Menta café, got on the tram and already in 20 minutes walked around Hofburg. We had a nice lunch at the Museum cafe in the centre with one of the best Sacher cakes (2 types) and Apple strudel, and a nourishing dinner of baked chicken with fresh vegetable salad which we prepared at home after a quick shopping at the Spar supermarket.
