Freundlich, zuvorkommend, wunderbar. Es gab ein bisschen wenig Geschirr - das war aber lösbar. Die Räume werden leider nicht richtig dunkel - also das nächste Mal vielleicht die Schlafbrille mitnehmen. :)

- jean-michel (7/5): Super emplacement très bien desservi par les trams, juste un peu trop cher. - l'appartement venait d'être refait, je pense qu'il n'était pas totalement terminé, meuble et électro ménager entièrement neuf, dommage il manquait quelques produits ménagers. L'emplacement est très bien situé, en 10mn on se retrouve au centre ville en prenant les trams qui se trouve à 5mn à pied de l'hébergement. le ligne de toilette, pour 7 jours il aurait du être doublé ou changer. prévoir plus de produit ménager pour les machines, la vaisselle et le ménage.

- Rolando (5/5): - Lucas was Great. Wasn’t the best place I’ve ever been to, wasn’t the worst: but it was missing the small necessities. In the kitchen, no coffee or tea nor condiments, no starter bottled water (however the water is very drinkable right from the faucet in Vienna) no paper towel, no nonstick omelette/frying pan (we lost half our scrambled eggs sticking to the pan). In the bathroom, there wasn’t a bar of soap or liquid body soap, no shampoo or conditioner, even if it’s a small size. Only liquid hand soap by the bathroom sink. We intentionally rented this place so that we could use the washer and dryer after traveling for 10 days, there was only one detergent pod available for one load. Also, there wasn’t any clear instructions on what settings to put the washer and dryer combo in, which would’ve been helpful. Towels were old (not white like they probably once were) and very rough. Pro: very clean, and Lucas, the gentleman that let us into the building and explained everything to us, was the best!! Lucas did offer to give us more pods for the washing machine. I feel I can say this because I have my own vacation rental and I supply them with all the above and invest in new towels every 4-6 months.

Muy buena calefacción, cocina muy bien equipada y lo mejor una lavadora que para nosotros fue muy útil ya que llevamos tiempo viajando. Un poco alejada del centro, normalmente estamos acostumbrado a caminar y esta vez nos tomo cerca de 40 minutos. Son embargo una vez ahí puedes visitar lo mas importante de Viena como la catedral, la opera, museos, etc.

Another interesting point is the kindness of Lukas who received us and showed us everything in the apartment.I will certainly go back to this apartment and highly recommend it to people visiting vienne. - Rike (10/5): Wonderful spacious and well-equipped apartment in residential Vienna neighborhood - I stayed in Apartment 5, and it was wonderful. Very spacious and clean. Strong, speedy internet. Comfortable bed and couch. Excellent washer and oven. Plenty of hot water and strong water pressure in the shower. A large supermarket 2 blocks away. Multiple transit stops within 3-5 minutes walk. 15 minute walk to Hbf. Extremely quiet and peaceful. The property manager, Lukas, was so kind and always available. The neighborhood is residential, so you need to take transit to get to most of the sites and restaurants and such, but not a big deal.

Karl the apartment service man greeted us at midnight when we arrived and was pleasant and helpful. We were 4 adults and there's only one queen bed and one single bed so that meant one of us had to sleep on the couch in the living room (which wasn't mentioned in the site). Not fun for 5 nights.... The heating in the apartment was uncontrollable and even though it was freezing cold outside and snowing we had to open the window inorder to cool down the space.

- Willian (8/5): Muy bien ubicado, el anfritrion muy colaborador, tiene cosas por mejorar pero es razonable de acuerdo a lo que se paga - La ubicacion es excelente El segundo cuarto era algo pequeño, no cerraba la puerta del cuarto ; había mucho frío en este mismo cuarto y me tocó meter otro calentador, por último las camas pequeñas son algo frágiles

- Eleanna (10/5): - Very nice apartment in Vienna. Location is great, only a few minutes from the bus stop and metro station. The apartment was very clean and cozy, it had elevator and washing machine which was perfect as we were traveling with babies. Very helpful host too!. Overall it helped make our stay in Vienna as relaxing as possible and would stay there again in a future visit. -

- John (7/5): - Firstly the apartment was not the one shown in the pictures on Booking.com but it was a spacious apartment on the 3rd floor. Maybe the owner has several in the same block. It was comfortable and had everything we needed including a washing machine although there were some issues. The towels supplied were threadbare and the internet was flakey. The kitchen was dark so needed a light on all the time. The apartment is about a 15 minute walk from the station and say 45 minutes from the area around the Opera house, etc.
- Tatjana (9/5): - Очень удачное расположение. До линии метро U1 минут 10-12 пешком, таким образом дорога до Wien Therme занимает 25 минут. В пешей доступности несколько продуктовых супермаркетов. Рядом парк с детской площадкой, до парка Scheu с еще более прекрасной плошадкой 16 минут пешком. На кухне все необхолимое: соль, сахар, моющие средства. Кожаный диван: на нем очень неудобно спать, простыня все время соскальзывает. Довольно холодный туалет.
- Miha (3/5): - The appartment is very dated, especially kitchen and all furniture (30+ years old). The pictures of the appartment are very misleading; first they are photoshopped and secondly they are a mix od the actual appartment and some other (much much bettet) appartment.
- JMRCB (8/5): Living local - Lovely interaction with the key holder who showed us around the apartment, and was available from the moment we arrived. Spacious apartment with two bedrooms, one bathroom, a dining/living space, and a lovely outdoor area. Quiet, residential street (for the most part, see last sentence of "didn't like" section). Close to two different tram lines. Supermarket within walking distance. Big, well-equipped kitchen which we cooked breakfast in every morning before venturing out for the day. We ran out of loo paper on the Sunday and couldn't source any more from the supermarket (as it is closed on a Sunday). The air conditioning remotes had been removed from the property, so we couldn't use air con in late Summer. As a result, we had to open windows for some reprieve, however, overnight, we were kept up with all manner of sexy noises. Oh my.

- Joanjui (9/5): - Room is very spacious and clean. Kitchen is also well equipped. There is elevator in the apartment which is convenient. Landlord is friendly. We like this apartment and have good time here. Definitely recommend... there is only one bottle of cleanser in the bathroom, we are not sure what it is. Suggest to put shower gel/shampoo in the bathroom.
- jihyeon (10/5): - 부모님고 한국에서 긴 비행시간을 마치고 비오는날 아침에 도착했는데 우산을 빌려주고 짐을 맡아주었으며, 주변을 둘러본 후 체크인 시간 전에 편하게 머무를 공간을 제공해 주었습니다 너무 감사했어요! 관광지와의 거리가 걷기에는 멀엇지만 트램과지하철을 이용하면 좋아요!

- Rasmus (9/5): - Stor og veludstyret lejlighed. Særdeles hyggeligt og roligt kvarter med masser af gode lokale restauranter, indkøb og caféer med morgenmad. Tæt på hovedbanegården. Ind og ud tjekning forgik super effektivt, meget venlig vært. Sengen er lidt for hård i forhold til vores smag.
- Peter (8/5): Loved our visit to Vienna and very glad we chose to stay here. - We were greeted very warmly by the host Lukas and he took time to explain local amenities & transport links to us. It’s well located too, only 10 minutes walk to nearest tram stops which will get you into the city centre quickly. Public transport is excellent. Schloss Belvedere only 2 stops away. There’s a spacious bright living room. TV & WiFi both very good. The neighbourhood is very quiet. The kitchen was pretty dark but then we did experience some gloomy wet weather during our stay. Good to have a washing machine but note that it’s half size and will only take small loads. Although there was a clothes airer, drying clothes took some time.
