• Anne (6/5): - Emplacement idéal pour se rendre au centre en métro. Très rapide Télévision qui ne fonctionne pas, aucune chaine. Un rafraîchissement des murs de l'appartement serait souhaitable. Poêle pour la inutilisable car toute rayées. Immeuble tres moyen mais calme

• Christos (8/5): Great location, good price! All the essentials are there. It could be much better with a lil' effort - If you're not too picky, this place is fine. I mean, it could be much better with a lil' effort that the owner doesn't seem to show (i.e. Broken shower door, broken window knob, lack of cleaning supplies that we had to buy for a week long stay. Better cleaning under the furniture. Stuff that could be easily fixed to keep the customer happy). On the other hand, the facilities have got positives, like the boiler that takes off in no time. It's old school, but it did the job faster than I've ever seen. Overall, for us two friends it worked great. With its great location and the good price, this apartment helped make our trip a better experience. All the essentials are there. The only thing that could be a big issue for some, there's no elevator and it's on the last floor (3rd).

The house is on 3 floor so for elderly not the wise choice to make.the house The house has no air-conditioning, there should at least be a fan.there was no coffee sachet even kept. There is no key for the downstairs gate which made it so scary for us to enter around 11 pm

• Schachinger (8/5): - Freundlicher Vermieter, sehr unkompliziert. Sehr gute Erreichbarkeit mit der U-Bahn, Nähe zum Ernst-Happel Stadion. Würden wieder kommen. Fliesen im Bad und Dusche renovierungsbedürftig. Dritte Decke für Schlafcouch haben wir nicht gefunden.
• Eva-Maria (3/5): - Gute Lage zum Stadion Fußleisten haben gefehlt, Verdeckung von Küche lag unter dem Bett. Küche hat auch schon bessere Zeiten erlebt. Türtresor ging fast nicht auf, dass wir nicht rein kamen.

• Yevhen (2/5): I categorically do not recommend this apartment for living, it does not correspond to its price or description, and the - Only location The apartment had a terrible smell, the walls were covered in some kind of stain, the furniture was in terrible condition, probably from the last century, the dishwasher didn't work and was all dirty, the washing machine hadn't been checked, there was no wifi, the shower door was broken, there was a lamp with exposed electrical wires in the shower - which creates a danger for the residents, the floor was falling apart, as if it was under repair, there was an old black cobweb hanging on the ceiling. The owner of the apartment never answered all my questions, neither during the stay nor after...

• Sasa (4/5): Shit came out of the shower. - The location is great, the apartment is clean, the bed is comfortable. Shit was coming out of the shower cabin, the toilet was clogged all day, we spent money and time on some stuff to unclog the toiliet... it was disgusting. Tv didnt work.

• Hadi (7/5): A bit less than i expected, but fine over all. - The flat is spacious and had all the amenities. A dishwasher, a washing machine, a coffee machine and more. It was clean. Although the person from the staff didn't speak german, she was very nice and we could communicate well in english The building itself is in very bad shape inside and out. The neighbors were loud and the whole flat seemed sketchy.

• Milos (8/5): Very good - Good location near the metro station. A couple of stores nearby. The heating work great. The sofa beds was a bit uncomfortable but for a short weekend its fine. In the check in instruction it says to ring a number but that number is not on the intercom, we foud it by process of elimination but someone can ring on the wrong number by mistake.
• Sergiu (7/5): Nice and warm - It was warm and nice The stresat door didn't open, the heater was turning itself on ant off the whole time and started to be annoying, the programs on the TV didn't work and the window above the door was unnecessary, because the staircase light shined the whole night through it
