• Daniel (7/5): Soggiorno abbastanza accogliente vicino al centro, check in facile, staff disponibile, unici piccoli problemi riscontrat - Struttura vicina al centro e a due passi dalla metro, abbastanza spaziosa, pulita, riscaldata. Doccia intasata, letto matrimoniale creato con due letti singoli, scomodo continuava ad aprirsi in mezzo, biancheria per il letto incompleta, presente solo due piumini anche quelli singoli senza lenzuola.
• Abeni (8/5): - Materasso molto comodo, stanza pulita e moderna, posizione ottima a due passi dalla metro (collegata molto bene al centro) Prezzo un pochino alto , ma dato il periodo natalizio comprensibile rispetto al resto dell’anno

• Andreea (9/5): Very convenient - Very close to the metro, lovely area overall We had a bit of a situation with the key, but the staff was prompt and helpful. Would advise getting extra towels if you stay longer.

• Sophie Tauscher (10/5): - Es ist ne tolle Lage. Direkt daneben ist ne shoppingmaile. Die u1 geht fast vor der Haustür. Es gibt nen lift. Es ist überraschend ruhig. Und es war alles in der Wohnung was man braucht... Sogar Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett, Waschmaschine und Wäscheständer. War ne tolle woche.
• Georgi (9/5): 9/10. Would stay there again. - Very clean and comfortable. Bus, subway and train stations surround the place. Self check in worked well. Lots of utilities the bath had small leak and there was water in the bathroom for a while after you take a shower. bed cover had a hole in it. The two single mattresses split from each other during the night

• Cristina Baggio (7/5): No lo recomiendo - La ubicacion El Edificio y el mal momento que pasamos cuando llegamos un vecino nos ayudo y se comunicaba con el anfitrion y el nos coloco la clave para entrar ...o sea el sabia el numero ....menos mal que no paso nada pero nos sentimos muy inseguros ....
• Ibai (8/5): - El apartamento era cómodo y completo, tenía lo básico para cocinar y estaba bien comunicado, cerca de la parada de metro Keplerplatz, a pocos minutos andando de la estación central y supermercado Lidl cerca. La ducha se atascaba y había polvo en algunas superficies como en el cabecero de la cama o en el baño. Sugerimos pongan un escurridor para dejar la vajilla después de fregar.

• Beata (7/5): - Es gibt U-Bahn in der Nähe, viele Geschäfte, türkische Lädchen mit reifen Obst, leckerer Döner in der Nähe, als auch Supermärkte. Die Bettwäsche war schön sauber, die Handtücher auch. Leider ist direkt in der ganzen Straße eine große Baustelle, bereits um 6 Uhr fangen laute Arbeiten an. In der Unterkunft gibt es keine Klimaanlage. Man muss bei den heißen Tagen bei offenem Fenster schlafen, man hört aber sehr das Nachtleben auf der Straße. In der Dusche läuft das Wasser sehr langsam ab, der Abfluss müsste tiefer frei gemacht werden.

• Sunny (7/5): Lack of professionalism takes it away from well located and well maintained properly - Location, facilities except WIFI Lack of professionalism, WIFI and TV didn't work at all throughout duration of my stay, they never bothered to fix it during my 5 night stay at the property.
• Teresa (4/5): A lot of problems and no solutions - The location was very good. Very close to public transports, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. I arrived on Wednesday and the shower was clogged, the bed cover was ripped, there was no Internet ant the TV didn't work. I contacted the host that same day and every day after that. The answer was always the same "I'm going to contact my team". I insisted so someone was at the apartment to fix the shower on Friday. Nothing else was fixed. I spent 5 days and 5 nights at the apartment with no Internet or TV. This might be okay if you are lucky to have good weather and just need a place to sleep, but we got very bad weather while we were there so being in an apartment with no Internet or TV was not pleasant at all.

• Gaini (3/5): Poor - There was an outstanding matter regarding a reimbursement for a reservation made through Booking platform. Regrettably, despite the assurance and my timely provision of banking details three month ago, I have not yet received the reimbursement as of today, April 9. So the property may have a problem with a payment options and could charge you for extra money.
• Monica (9/5): Would go there again. - The place is very cozy and nice. Very clean and plenty of towels. Host is very kind and open to answer all of our questions. There were some coffee pods and tea waiting for us. Location was beautiful too, very close to the metro station that takes you to the city centre. Plenty of markets nearby, but be advised, they close at 20.00 and are closed on Sundays. Shower drainage was clogged.
• Delvina (5/5): Passable - I paid 70 eur extra just to have Cleaning services ( I did not know I had to pay extra , I was charged and did not now for what I had to pay extra, it turned out I had to pay more for cleaning services ... ) .. , but did not recieve that , no one came to clean in 6 days !! Location was good, the room was comftortable , but would not likely visit it again.

• Zahiu (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was as in the pictures, wonderful, the only thing that was unpleasant was the detergents and a perfume in the bathroom that were missing otherwise everything is wonderful, perfect location! The lack of detergents for cleaning and care was disturbing

• Giovana (9/5): Superb - Location, cleaness. The apartment was absolutely beautiful and perfect. The double mattress kept moving during the night. It was better to have just one bigger mattress.
• Piotr (9/5): Superb - Apartment is renovated and very clean. Just round the corner of metro station. Very easy check out. To get the room key you need to go to OTHER district with 2 metro lines to get there (is very far away). You should definitely pay attention to it, when you arrive very late.
• Ana (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment was very comfortable and had all the amenities we could need. Close to supermarkets, some landmarks and the underground, was a good location to stay in and easily accessible from nearby public transportation. We received a message saying to go to the apartment address and ring a button to be let in. That message did not specify which button, and had also no codes to enter the apartment itself. We managed to get in the building because a neighbour let us in, we tried to contact the customer service a couple of times before they answered us. We also had to wait the whole afternoon for the code to access the keys to the building, so we just stayed inside. When we got there, there was WiFi, but is requested authentication, which would lead us to an error page. We spent the whole stay using our mobile data. The TV also did not work without the internet properly on, since it was asking for a connection.
• Gustavo (2/5): A terrible experience - the apartment is quite renovated It was my worst check in experience. They told me that I got to arrive until 9 pm with the reception. If not I’d be charged. So I rush and arrived 8:40. Nobody was in the reception. I spent 1 hour in the street calling them and buzzing. No answer. Then booking told me they message me in my inbox saying that I had to pick up the key in a box. i did it and there was a note indicating the apartment addresses. it wasn’t where expected, it was far away. And finally there was no internet service in the apartment. I’ve called them 3 days in a row to fix it and no answer.
• Janez (9/5): Memorable and welcoming due to the friendly team and great apartment. - The apartment was located in 10th bezirk, not far away from the centre of the city. It was quiet, not loud and there are a lot of connections if one uses the city's public transport. Lots of shops too. The fact that I had to wlak from the bus station to collect the keys to the apartment, which is aroud 3,5 kilometers and the check-in at 14 hours. These could be made a little more flexible.
• Aly (7/5): Good - Great location for longer stay, with supermarkets and public transport nearby. Very clean appartment. For a longer stay, the supplied towels, kitchen linen (we were advised to use kitchen paper) and garbage bag (1), is a bit scanty, scarse. Some trouble with keys, sewer and wifi have been solved during our stay
