• Reini (9/5): - Lo amplio del apartamento y tiene casi todo lo necesario solo hace falta mas vasos y algunos que sean de plastico cuando se hospedan familia con niños Las instalaciones del edificio estaba muy sucio creo que estan remodelando. Y La ubicacion esta bastante lejos de lo que describe del centro. Pero pudimos entender el metro y todo fue genial.
• Paul (8/5): - Location is good, walking distance to metro. A few supermarkets and takeaway around the corner. The apartment is spacious. Kitchen has most of the stuff you need to cook. The sofa bed mattress has lots of stains, it needs a proper clean. Will be better to have a microwave.

• Helen (8/5): Great apartment in good location - The flat is in a very good position, had a lot of space and was extremely clean. Those managing the property, were brilliant. We also appreciated the fact that there were dishwasher tablets available. The WiFi was good and easy to connect to. The sofa bed could do with a mattress protector and it would have been great to have had a 'tide you over' selection of coffee, tea etc. It would have been good to know that there were poor views (internal courtyard It came as a bit of a surprise. Please put a mirror in the toilet, by the sink.

• Sarah (10/5): Ideal for a couple or family of 4 with a fantastic location for public transport to discover Vienna. - Size and location were great. Family of 4 (two teenage girls) and the apartment was perfect. Underground station and tram stop super close. Some lovely cafes and restaurants close by too. If you are looking to spend more time in the property, there is ample supply of cooking facilities and seating. Very safe neighbourhood to wander at night. For what we wanted, there was absolutely nothing we didn’t like. Due to the apartment being on ground level, but at the back of the building, it doesn’t get as much natural light but it does mean it is very quiet.

• Ioana (9/5): Nice apartment in a great location - The apartment is very large, and it has comfortable beds and pillows. It has everything you might need during your stay and the location is great, it's a 20 minutes walk from the center. We would choose this apartment again, honestly. This isn't at all the properties fault, and it's not something major but the building is under renovation and workers were outside the windows early in the morning, before 8 and we could hear them.

I sent out twice but the system didn't process correctly so I almost couldn't get the check in instructions on time. Another thing is NO microwave! Missed spatula and chief's knife.

Clean , spacious Needs privacy curtains for the living room area as we used the sofa bed but there are only sheer curtains so you can see people using the back entrance in the courtyard. Also the courtyard contains rows of garbage bins so not so pleasing to the eye.

The house has many holes on the wall, the windows for one bedroom and the living room open to the yard stores garbage bins, can’t open windows as smell terrible. Too many celling lights. It has total 102 ceiling lights just very uncomfortable.
• Anna (9/5): Spacious and well-equipped apartment within a short walk to the city center - The location is super: it was not far from the city center, yet quiet and allowed us some walking time. There is a beautiful park nearby, where it was such a pleasure to run in the morning! The apartment is very spacious and very well equipped, impeccably clean. 2 toilets was a great advantage. The owner was very friendly and easy to communicate, the checkin and checkout process were also very easy. Overall it was a great stay and I would definitely recommend! There were some tiny issues in the apartment, like crack in the toilet, little hole in the wall, the noise when closing the doors, etc. , but it is complaining at a higher level. Altogether it didn’t spoil anything, all was great

• Ali (9/5): Clean and bright convenient apartment - Spacious, clean, bright apartment near the city centre. One train stop or 15 minutes walk to the centre. Situated in an old building the apartment is new inside with facilities for cooking and washing. There is a bathroom with toilet and shower and a second bathroom with a toilet. Hall area has a coat and shoe stand. There are 2 double bedrooms and a double sofa bed. Perfect apartment for our family holiday. The outer door of the apartment building is unlocked however the area is safe and quiet so it didn't bother us. The apartment has a secure door with a key box outside. There are a lot of lights in the main living room so we used side lights mainly. The apartment looks onto a courtyard where bins are stored and there was a lot of noise at 6am when they were taking the bins out.

• Arantzazu (9/5): Very nice for short stays - Easy to take the keys and leave them back. Very big apartment. Comfy beds. The location is great. The apartment has barely natural light despite the big windows. This was not an issue for us since we were out all the time anyway. The checkin was with a third company that kept asking me to do the checkin when I had already done it. That was annoying but I would still recommend the apartment. There were too little towels and kitchen appliances. There was no knife to cut bread for instance. Good that it had a nice coffee machine and dishwasher.
• Nils (6/5): If you need "clean space" in a well-connected location, it delivers. - The apartment is, indeed, "spacious". It was also clean. Great location. The location's address on Booking.com is somewhat ambiguous; "14 Glockengasse 4" does actually mean apartment No. 4 in Glockengasse 14 (and Apartment #4 is actually the first apartment on ground floor, not on first or second - ask me how I found out). The email with the instructions how to get the key to the apartment is sent rather late; if you aren't prepared to receive it on the mobile phone - some people still don't do that, remember - it required four attempts and three more successful phone calls to even find the right door inside the building. Some process optimization seems in order. Three remote controls for ACs, but only one with working batteries (two, if you steal the batteries from the TV remote). The LED light arrays on all ceilings are modern and dispel the dark; a homely atmosphere they create not.

• Piron (4/5): Urgently refurbishing nead ! - the facility was poor cleaned Not enough kitchen pods, cutleries or dishes . Also the walls were dirty covered with spiders claw, and it was an old refrigerator left to the location uncleaned, bed smelling. the entrance was disappointing not attractive for short staying for an apartment hotel. More investment will be recommend.

The apartment is very good equiped, the living room is big and confortable The apartment was not realy clean. The walls have foot prints and are dirty, there are some spider webs, the stove is dirty, the floors were not clean.
