• Jasmina (10/5): Nice, comfy apartment with a good location - I use booking very often and I must say that this was my best stay in my life. The room is so well organized and spacey, and it has some nice calm energy, I felt like home. I was staying there almost 3 weeks. No matter that it is studio, it is big and they equiped it with everything. Plus, the bus is in front of your door. Thank you /

• Adele (4/5): La struttura ha buone potenzialità ma troppe cose da rivedere per offrire un buon servizio - Ampia camera da letto La zona. In effetti è fuori dal centro quindi per spostarsi bisogna prendere mezzi pubblici o taxi. Riscaldamento: non sufficiente per la camera! Troppo freddo Acqua calda: eravamo in 3 e non siamo riusciti a fare la doccia per mancanza di acqua calda. Il letto non era pronto al nostro arrivo.
• Karen Paisley (9/5): A perfect location and very comfortable - What a lovely quiet and open apartment. It's located less than 10 minutes from a tram and train station with quick access to the centre of Vienna. There's a bus stop literally at the door of the apartment. And Hofer is a minute away. The bed was spotlessly clean, the heating worked very well. The windows opened ! The sofa was so comfortable I fell asleep a few times. The kitchen was as described with a kettle, hob, pots, cutlery and crockery. The washing machine has quick wash options and there's a drying rack. Yes the shower is in the kitchen/entrance corridor, but this is clearly stated in the description. I felt very safe in both the apartment and the surrounding area. The apartment is up 75 stairs but there is a small passenger lift. Would I stay here again. Yes without any hesitation. If i think really hard.... absolutely nothing come to mind.

• Celina (8/5): Danke für die schöne und gemütliche Unterkunft - Modern aufgerüstet Wohnung in einem älteren Gebäude. Fahrstuhl vorhanden. Check in unkompliziert. Sehr sauber und Bett bequem. Ausreichende Kücheneinrichtung und eine nespresso Maschine neben Wasserkocher und Kochplatte vorhanden. Großer Kühlschrank. Guter Föhn. Gewöhnungsbedürftig ist die Dusche in der Küche, trotzdem ist Privatsphäre gegeben, aber der Wasserdruck ist einfach nicht vorhanden. Kurzes abduschen ist möglich, aber das Haare waschen gerade für Frauen mit langen Haaren gestaltet sich mehr aus schwierig.

• Ari (6/5): Vienna, beautiful city to visit - Easy place to visit Vienna city. The shower was in the kitchen next to the cooking place. Quite poor equipment for making dinner etc. No microwave oven. The pictures in the Booking pages gives you a better view then the apartment in reality is.

• HELENA (6/5): Al límite pero bien - La tranquilidad del barrio. La cama estaba bien. Tenía plancha. Los vecinos fueron amables. Visto como estaba el edificio la verdad es que el apartamento estaba razonablemente limpio. Había neverita y un fogoncito. Estaba bien conectado por transporte público. Hay lavadora. La cocina no tenía microondas ni ningún producto (aceite, sal...). La ducha está en la cocina. El váter no funcionaba bien (la cisterna se encallaba). El edificio estaba tremendamente sucio. La puerta no me daba mucha confianza. El congelador de la nevera estaba lleno de hielo (creo que inservible), el estropajo era minúsculo. No había sartenes.

• Nikola (5/5): If you do not mind a bit lower cleanliness, and shower in the middle of the kitchen fully open to all residents,then it - Macro location is good. Parking is available on weekdays. Relatively cheaper than average apartments in Vienna. Room (one and only) is big and full of sunlight. Self check-in. Clear instructions from owner. Cleanliness is low by our standards (bed sheets smell fresh but have stains, used water bottle in fridge, used milk cardboard in trash and so). Shower is in the middle of the kitchen, so you must look pictures of apartment carefully before booking (not convenient if you travel with older kids or so). Also all other parts of bathroom, except toilet closet are also in the kitchen, so it is not convenient to wash hands after you use toilet. Building it self have pretty spooky hallways (should be noticed if you’re traveling alone, or coming in late hours).

• Jana (8/5): - Location was handy, close to the supermarket, easy to access by public transport, close to the river. I really liked the house, historical building with external galleries and an authentic old elevator. Apartment was nicely furnished. The main room was big, with beautiful wooden windows. the rest was a bit squeezed (shower in the corridor together with the kitchen desk) but no problem for a single traveler. It was fully equipped (IKEA) with new furniture and kitchen utensils, I did not miss anything. Aircon would be handy during hot summer days

• Roseanna (8/5): Good apartment outside of the city - Great interior and spacious apartment with TV and kitchenette. Very clean and neatly presented! General location was ok, the city isn’t on your doorstep but there is a tram stop at the end of the road which takes around 15/20 mins. The shower went cold very quickly and the taps are dangerously hot in the sink - be careful!

• Jaqueline (1/5): Scary. Terrifying!! - I DIDN'T LIKE ANYTHING. IT WAS SCARY SINCE I ARRIVED. Scary!!! Building, hallways and elevator: dirty. Public in the building: horrifying. Apartment: terrible impression, with the smell of cigarettes and a clothesline stretched out at the front door with wet towels and sheets. I've never seen a bathroom in 3 parts: the toilet in a tiny, closed and dirty space. There wasn't enough toilet paper for 3 people. The shower stall was literally in the kitchen area for everyone to see. Bathroom sink inside the kitchen. Room: dirty, floor was sinking and the main light wouldn't stop flashing. Mattress and pillows were bad. My family and I were forced to sleep there for 1 night because there was no availability elsewhere. We booked for the following days and left in the morning without taking a shower because it was such a terrible experience. The owner was supposed to reimburse us for what I paid in advance.

• Boyan (7/5): Good - location,near magazine and railway station The entrance of the building is dark and dirty and the shower cabin is in the kitchen if you are a family no problem.
• Tomeu (6/5): Pleasant - Great location. Strong smell of cigarette at the flat. Bad soundproofing so neighbors were heard until very late at night.

Warm water, cozy bed, tv, wifi At the first day it has some strange smell, but on the other day everything was well

• Monica (8/5): Very good - The room was spacious enough for 3 adults and the beds are comfortable. The kitchenette part is well equipped with everything you need. Location is near bus stations and you can get anywhere in Viena using the excellent public transport. It did not bother us because we were family, but the description should say it more clear: kitchenette and bathroom (except toilet) is in the same room. Again, for us it was not a problem, but it might be weird to take a shower while somebody is preparing a meal or a coffee in the same room.

• Svetlana (1/5): Disappointed - In front the entrance door was two bags with garbage. Inside the apartment wasn't same like on the pictures. Wasn't very clean, and it was smelling very bad inside. Next to the door i found vet bed linen. Also kitchen and bathroom are on the same part of the room. Not separate from each other. I didn't like this apartment. I pay for it but i didn't sleep there, i found the other one on the end.

• Amy (3/5): Nothing like the photos. Would not recommend. - Good links to public transport. Does not look like the pictures at all! The bathroom and kitchen are the same room which I have never seen before and would have liked to know before booking. The front door was also not very secure and the building itself was in complete need of repair. There were blocked and mouldy water fountains that were covered in flies and cigarette butts everywhere. It is the only place where we have considered boarding up the door with furniture while we slept.

The rest of the sheets were still wet and drying. - we saw some bugs in the kitchen
