E (8/5): Very pleasant and comfortable - Really close to tram/bus stop. Quiet, pleasant neighbourhood. Close to Spar shop which sells freshly made filled rolls! Liked the balcony outside the flat which looked over gardens.
Shanette (8/5): It served its purpose for a few days - It was not too far to the street car station and about 30 minutes to Schloß Schönbrunn. There is a fabulous restaurant right across the street where the food was outstanding. The building has no elevator which nade it very hard to haul two heavy suitcases up and down two flights of stairs. Every apartment we rented before provided coffee pods. This place did not and there were no instructions as to which pods to use in that coffee maker so we spent a lot of time researching and in the end we got the wrong pods anyway. That was a big drawback for us coffee drinkers. It is spacious and was clean. I took the photos as we were leaving. We all forgot to take pictures when we arrived. There were no coffee pods or instructions which pods to get for that coffee maker. There is no elevator in the building. We had a lot of trouble with the card for the indoor garage. It was not working.

Everything regarding the host or the property we liked. However, since we are not EU residents I know we had 72h for the host to check us in, and I don’t think the host understood us regarding that. We’re about to find out once we cross the border. :D Just a bit stress, that’s all.

Radu (10/5): Comfortable & Well-Equipped Stay in Vienna with Great Parking - The apartment features a spacious living room with an open kitchen and two comfortable bedrooms. It includes a bathroom with a shower and WC, along with an additional separate WC, making it ideal for two adults and two kids. The apartment is well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, and the parking facilities were excellent.

Cathaline (9/5): Good location and great apartment - Location was great, with tram line going straight to city center and also very quiet. The apartment was well equipped. Kitchen plastic cutting boards can be discarded, it was in really bad condition. Under both beds there was huge amounts of dust, our guess is that it wasn’t vacuumed.
Andres (9/5): Big apartment, well connected - Very nice and ample apartment. It was well-equipped in general. I loved it had separated toilette and bathroom, each with their own washbasin. Close to several tram stops and subway. Plenty of plugs. The beds were ok. The host acommodated us staying until a bit later, that was very useful since I had to work that morning, so thanks! Maintenance could be a bit better, for example the main door handle was a bit faulty, and the main bedroom wasn't well aligned and couldn't get totally closed without using some doorstop. I guess some other guest wasn't too careful and they haven't repaired it yet (it wasn't nothing terrible, just thinking on what could improve). Not fault of the apartment of course, but the neighborhood was quite boring and it was around 20-30 min by tram to go to the interesting areas, but to be honest Vienna in general has bad nightlife and at least it had good transit connections. And to be fair, there was one bar we loved close to it (Schwarzer Rabe, really recommend it!)
Ammar (10/5): Exeptional - All the best for host, communication and organization on great level. Apartment with two bedrooms is clean and modern. We have been there (4 people/ two couples) for three nights and eveyrhing was great/ as we agreed with host. 5-6 minutes walk to metro/uban (U3 line, which is very good connection with center and all important area) Also if you are coming with car you will have free parking/garage for one car which is amazing considering restricted parking area in Vienna. Also 5 minutes walk from apartment you have parking spot for 7EUR/day if you are coming with more than 1 car. Markets (Lidl, Spar) are 5-6 minutes walk as well. All in all, 10 from me! /

Milan (10/5): For every recommendation - We had a very pleasant stay. We were provided with free parking in the nearest public garage (7 minutes away). The beds are comfortable and warm, and the pillows are the right size and firmness, which is very rare. The metro and tram stations are a few minutes away, as are the shops and restaurants. The bathroom is large and clean. We rarely use the kitchen but it is new and fully equipped. Looking for a fault is nitpicking: the toilet on the first floor does not have a sink, the shower cabin does not have any soap/shampoo holder
Jenny (10/5): My family had a pleasant stay. - The property owner was very responsive and helpful. This location is a bit further out from the city centre. It is however close to public transport and relatively easy to get to all the attractions.

Wayne (5/5): Passable - The apartment is will equipped and spacious. The property needs maintenance. We had to contact for assistance as the front door lock was stuck which was stressful. Another time the front door button , despite several attempts would not let us in the building because of some unknown temporary problem. The front door handle is missing 2 bolts. A power point in the kitchen is not attached to the wall. The toilet seat is loose. One bedroom door will not latch. Some floor tiles outside the apartment are damaged. Fix these issues and the apartment is at least 4 stars. The apartment is on the first floor with no lift so you need to be happy to carry luggage up and down stairs. No parking was available on site so but we were at least offered free parking 5 minute's walk away.
Stefan (9/5): Beautiful apartment for a short stay. We will use it each time we return to visit Vienna. - We arrived very late, around 23:00 so we were quite happy that nobody had to stay awake to hand us the key. There are like 7-8 rooms at this location, it is difficult to assess exactly what you will get from the Booking pictures. We got room no. 8. Location is in a pretty regular neighborhood. Restaurant across street, couple of garages, small shops. quiet area. About 20 minutes by tram 2 to city center and by bus 10a to Schonbrunn Castle. About 40 min from airport by Uber. Billa grocery is just around the corner. View - in ap 8 the view is towards a closed back garden. There is a narrow walkable terrace with a table for 2 and chairs. Perfect for a morning coffee in warmer season. Appartment is modernly furnished, VERY nicely accessorized, clearly by somebody with experience and good taste. Very clean and no dust storing rugs. Just the nice wooden floor. Kitchen has all that is needed for cooking. Rooms are not as large as in pictures, but large enough for a stay. Main bathroom very generous. Towels very good quality, hotel grade. The Xmas accessories were an added nice touch. A few cosmetic suggestions to turn very good into perfect :). 1. Might be good to consider providing a small quantity of complimentary shower gel & shampoo as airport security makes it difficult to bring with. And shops were closed already. 2. No tray in the shower cabin to store the gel & shampoo when having a shower. 3. While installing a small sink can be costly - to be considered in a future refurbish, a hand sanitizer dispenser could be installed in the small bathroom on the first floor. Otherwise, one needs to go downstairs to wash their hands. 4. The stairs are beautiful but can be a bit slippery during winter when wearing socks. Some self-adhesive anti slip tape will solve the trick.

Dan (10/5): Nice Vienna Visit - Located in a quiet neighborhood with restaurants close by. While being a bit far from the town center the metro and tram stops are close by and run regularly. Grocery stores and shops are close by. The apartment has plenty of room with good amenities. One needs to bring toiletries but other cleaning supplies provided. The bathroom is large with a toilet and a second sink separate. The shower pressure was excellent with hot water supply enough for four people.

This level of service is commendable, and I would like to thank him very much. The apartment is well-equipped with all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Guests can expect a clean environment and a fully furnished kitchen. Enjoy a convenient location in the Ottakring neighborhood. The city center is just a 20–25-minute journey away by U3 subway or tram number 2. You can also reach the stunning Schönbrunn Palace in only 15 minutes by taking line number 10, which is a short 7-minute walk from your doorstep. The area boasts a variety of restaurants and shops for your convenience. Please note that there is ongoing construction in the immediate vicinity of the apartment, which may result in noise disturbances during daylight hours. While the extent of the noise may vary, guests who prefer early morning departures are likely to experience minimal impact. Additionally, the apartment is not equipped with air conditioning, which may be a consideration for stays during the warmer months, particularly August.

Monica (9/5): Overall, a comfortable and good stay - The location is quite close to town, with tram stops within short walking distance. Billa supermarket is also just down the road and there is a local restaurant right opposite the apt which we had dinner in for the the last night. The apt was clean and well equipped, and parking garage was a plus. The kitchen is a little small and there is no proper dining room. We had to eat breakfast in the larger bedroom which has a dining table and chairs, but that was not a big issue. Construction along the roads just outside the apt.
Richard (8/5): Couples trip to Vienna. - Clean apartment with good facilities. It's very near the number 2 tram stop, which takes you directly into town. Close to local shops and cafes.
Alicia (9/5): I will certainly come back to this property should it be available for my next stay in Vienna - I am an easy person. I liked the comfort and cleanliness. There are works being done just in the building and yard next door, and the front door remains open all the time. I think you could just tell the visitors in advance, at least until that building is finished.
Jenny (10/5): A happy hassle-free stay in a modern well-appointed apartment. - The apartment was extremely well appointed with an almost new kitchen that enabled us to cook our own meals. A supermarket was within a 8-10 minute walk. We caught a #2 tramcar into the city - the stop was about 2 minutes from the apartment. We used the washing machine that was a bonus. A private outside area would have been nice to use if the weather had been warmer. There is a fabulous local restaurant directly opposite the apartment. Great food, great reviews. Had a delicious meal there the first night. The cost of the apartment was quite high.

Petya (9/5): Superb - Appartment is what sparkling clean should be. Garage is just next to the building front door. Rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable. It is located 5-10 mins from Ottaking metro station, which make it 20 mins with metro from city center. It is quite place and I highly recommend it for family stay
Simion (10/5): Exceptional - The flat was well equipped, we could Cook, wash dishes and do the laundry. The neighbourhood was Nice and we were near to tram station to get fast to the city center. I felt good here, totally recommend it. Parking was included, the host is very nice and helpful

Petar (10/5): Exceptional place - This was the best apartment we have ever been in. It was super clean and has everything you need. We also had a garage just next to the apartment which was very useful. To get to the center was also easy cause the tram station is 1min away literly. Definitely recommend. Thanks to the owner! :)
Helen (10/5): Exceptional - Christoph was unbelievable, communicated very quickly to all my questions. He was extremely helpful. We took u3 for most of our outings and it was about 10 minutes away. The place seems a great distance from Vienna sites but you have a choice of metro, tram or bus. One day we took bus 10a and it took us right to schonbrunn palace. The apartment is quite large. Having the toilet and shower separate is another bonus. Workman started work very early in the morning. No coffee! Or toiletries. Climbing the stairs to second level but with no elevator, I had no choice.

Zorica (10/5): A beautiful stay in a beautiful appartment in Vienna - The appartment is amazing! It is extremly clean, comfortable, and it has absolutely everything you need, even a washing mashine, which was so convinient especially because we were on the road a few days before and already had a load of laundry to be washed. Everything is new, modern and super maintained. The location is excellent, near the tram, bus and metro station. The neighbourhood is calm and nice. We had a parking spot in the garage included in the price, something really exclusive, which we never had before. We noticed construction work on the surrounding buildings, but it didn’t affect us in any way, there was no noise in the morning or evening. Everything was great

Khaldoun (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is clean and exceptional. The location is close to everything, especially halal Arabic restaurants. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary. A TV in every room and in the kitchen as well. Modern furniture and decor and everything is new. The apartment owner was very nice and easy to communicate with, and he answered any inquiries or questions within minutes. Receiving the apartment was very smooth and fast as well. I highly recommend it because it is irreplaceable. Our gratitude to the owner of the apartment for his kindness. Nothing
Jenny (9/5): Family friendly, Enjoyable, Historic, Classical and Eventful - It felt like a cosy apartment in the city. You could really make yourself at home. I also like that it wasn’t in the city center but in a more quiet neighborhood. Nothing I could think of.

The parking was 6 minutes away by walk, but it was quite doable. We parked in the front to unload the luggages and then drove the car to the parking garage

Our host, Christoph was very kind to let us use the garage after we checked out so that we can put our luggages in the car inside a secured carpark while we took the train to downtown. Nothing. :-)
