• Tommaso (8/5): - Posizione ottima, a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro. Appartamento molto grande, dotato di tutti i comfort. Abbiamo trovato addirittura shampoo, balsamo, bagnoschiuma e dentifricio i tutti i bagni (6 o 7, non ricordo bene). Eravamo un gruppo di 11 persone e tutti hanno trovato la loro sistemazione e tutto ciò di cui avevano bisogno. Unico neo è la mancanza di posto auto associato al l’appartamento o convenzione con i parcheggi a pagamento limitrofi.

• Sabrina (8/5): Top Lage als große Gruppe oder Familie zur Städtetour - Lage der Ferienwohnung perfekt im Zentrum. Sehr große Wohnung mit viel Stauraum / Schränke und Kleiderbügel. Ausstattung Bad sogar mit Zahnpasta, Haarpflegeprodukte. Sehr viele Handtücher vorhanden. WLAN nicht in jedem Zimmer gleich gut (im Wohnzimmer aber top). Wenig Fenster (je nach Zimmer), daher kaum Möglichkeit die gesamte Wohnung gut durchzulüften.

• Linda (8/5): Christmas markets 2025 - The apartment is in an excellent location for all the main sights. It was comfy and well kept. Think it might be a good idea for a folder of information with details of how to operate TV's, recommendations for restaurants, tours, buses etc
• Chantal (8/5): Idéal pour plusieurs. - Logement bien situé, à proximité de l'arrêt de bus, du métro, de l'opéra et de la ville. Manque de lumière dans le logement.

• Esther (6/5): De ene helft is keurig en het andere heeft echt aandacht nodig. - Het aparte appartement binnen het complex, was zeer goed. Hierdoor hadden onze ouders een geheel en compleet appartement voor zich zelf. Mooi en netjes ingericht met een heus "Sisi-bed" Ook de lokatie is super. Midden in de Innerstadt en alles zeer goed bereikbaar. De overige slaapkamers. Kapotte bedden en gebroken lattenbodems. 1x 2 persoonsbed is wel tijdens ons verblijf vervangen door compleet nieuw ombouw en (keihard) matras. Andere 2 persoonskamer konden de ramen niet open en ombouw bed zeer gebruikt. De "luxe" badkamer konden we de douche cabine niet gebruiken, omdat er geen douchestang aanwezig was. Ook zat er geen deurbeslag in deze badkamer. Helaas nergens een beschrijving waar we het vuilnis kwijt konden. Ook wilde we nog even stofzuigen, maar de stofzuiger zak was bom en bomvol. Ook nog wat kleding van vorige gasten. Geen batterijen en gelekte batterijen in alle afstandsbedieningen (Dit is ook ter plaatse vervangen door monteur. De monteur heeft in onze aanwezigheid nog meer kleine dingetjes verholpen/gerepareerd). Maar eigenlijk had dit gewoon al moeten gebeuren, voordat wij aankwamen.
• Soledad (9/5): Apartamento muy céntrico para visitar Viena a pie - El apartamento está muy céntrico. Todo se puede hacer a pie. Muy tranquilo y se puede dormir bien. Éramos 7 personas y ha sido suficientemente amplio. Importante es decir que para acceder a una habitación de dormir tienes que pasar por otra habitación de dormir, esto puede ser incómodo. No hay mucha luz en el apartamento. Esta en la planta calle. La cocina, el salón y el comedor no tienen ventanas.

• Thiago (10/5): Large and comfortable apartment in the heart of Vienna - This is a really spacious property in the house of Vienna. We liked everything: the location, spacious rooms, comfortable and large bedroom, large dining table, high ceilings… the host team is also very responsive and always available to help. Not a major issue, but there are not many windows/natural light in the common areas.

• Amanda (9/5): Perfect location, amenity and great size for a larger group. - The size and location!! Both brilliant. Loads of cutlery etc plus toiletries provided. There was a lack of natural light, especially in the Living room.
• Christine (8/5): Comfortable stay with lots of space but will be better if the facilities/equipment is better maintained. - Location is unbeatable. We were able to walk to most of the attractions in central Vienna. Karlsplatz station is nearby and there were exits with lift to facilitate movement of luggage’s. The apartment is on the ground floor and the space is huge for our family of 9. 3 huge bathrooms for showering/toilet. Would love to have a toaster. We had issues with the big washing machine but luckily there was another smaller one that we could use. Hot water problem on the 1st night in 1 bathroom but that was fixed the next day. Toiletries in the bathroom were near empty so we had to request the owner to provide some more. Would be great if the cleaners checked the toiletries and top up the bottles beforehand.

Well equipped .good shower gel, shampoo etc No information re bins, beds when leaving, towels etc. not enough information about local places/ One shower didn’t work. Slats kept coming out of one bed.
• Peter (8/5): A great apartment at a fantastic location despite a few glitches - Absolutely fantastic location, Clean apartment with a lot of facilities, decent sized rooms and lots of space for everyone. Nice décor and clean bedding. 3 bathrooms. Lock box was difficult to open (also wrong code given). Empty Wire linen basket wedged in porch, and blocked the door. Flat was a little hot, but no air con unit (broken) and only dehumidifiers in the bedroom rather than fans.
• Andreas (1/5): Bad - The location was perfect. Plus a ground level apartment. The apartment was not clean (spider webs on the ceilings), no air-conditioning, no windows with daylight. Unfortunately, the host was not helpful enough with an unfortunate event we faced with the key box.
• Harold (8/5): Overall a very nice place in a great location - Great location steps away from the opera house Took more than a day to fix a broken bed. Air conditioning was adequate most of the time.

• Michael (9/5): Spacious, comfortable apartment in Innere Stadt Vienna. Close to many attractions. - Spacious apartment in Innere Stadt Vienna. Facility well stocked with cooking items, espresso and toiletries. Host was accommodating, allowing for a slightly later check-out to coincide with our train schedule. We were 5 adults, and everyone was quite comfortable and had their own space. In addition, the location was great! Would definitely stay again. layout of apt was a bit odd, but that was due to the unit appearing to be 2 apartments, with the connecting doors open.

It was great for our group of seven which included a senior, so the street level apartment was perfect. The apartment is very spacious and very well equipped with everything you could need, including two kitchens, three bathrooms, toiletries and coffee pods.

• Sinead (10/5): Location Location Location!!! - Location is fantastic, just around the corner from the Opera House, in the heart of it all. The apartment is really spacious. We were a group of friends so having 3 showers and 3 toilets was great. Mirela our host was extremely friendly and helpful. Nothing!! We really enjoyed our stay. We couldn’t see the door initially because there is another door next to our entrance with number 10 over it.
