• Brian (9/5): Great apartment for a great price - Was everything it was advertised to be. After a busy day in town, this was easily reached by tram, clean, quiet and comfortable, a great place to recoup to be ready for another day. Host was great. Nothing wrong with the apartment but it is up two flights of stairs. No issue for most but if you have health issues this may be a factor.

• Martin (3/5): Wurden vom Vermieter abgezockt - Leider haben wir die gebuchte Unterkunft nicht bekommen. Der Vermieter hat uns kurzfristig in ein anderes Appartements untergebracht. Dieses war in allen Belangen wesentlich schlechter. Von Ameisen bis Flecken hatten wir alles dafür war die Lage für uns schlechter. Das Ganze natürlich zum selben Preis.

• Mustafa (1/5): - - I’m very disappointed with this stay. I specifically did NOT choose the ground-floor apartment (which was cheaper), yet that’s exactly what I was given. Arriving late at 11 PM, I didn’t have much choice but to accept it, which is unacceptable. On top of that, the apartment was not properly prepared, there was even a spider inside. Basic hospitality standards were clearly not met. It’s also quite shocking that they couldn’t even provide something as simple as a half-liter bottle of water on the first day. Overall, this felt careless and unprofessional. I would not recommend staying here.

• Rene (4/5): Kaltes Wasser ist doof 🥲 - Viele Tram und U-Bahnhaltestellen in der Nähe! 👍🏻 Wohnen wie in der eigenen Miet-Wohnung! Handwerker Besuch inklusive! Wir durften uns über nicht funktionierendes Warm-Wasser an unserem zweiten Aufenthaltstag erfreuen. Auf Rückfrage was mit dem Wasser los ist, durften wir dann auch noch einen Handwerkerbesuch einen Tag vor Abreise erdulden, obwohl das Wasser von alleine schon längst wieder ging. Alles in allem tolle Erfahrung, wie in der eigenen Mietwohnung. Besonders schön während eines kurzen Städtetrips, wenn eine. Handwerker aus dem Schlaf klingeln :-)

• Louisa (9/5): Super - Appartement hyper spacieux, confortable, bien agencé. Bonne proximité avec les transports, bon rapport qualité prix! Lorsque nous avions des questions le personnel était hyper réactif et des solutions ont immédiatement été trouvé. Je précise qu’ils étaient incroyablement agréable. Vienne est une ville charmante et ce logement est un bon choix selon moi <3
• Palumo (7/5): Struttura con posizione perfetta! - Posizione ideale, facilmente raggiungibile con tram che passano molto spesso e anche dall' aeroporto in 40 minuti. Piuttosto economica e con tutto il necessario per 4 persone ma soprattutto con chiusura attraverso il codice, senza la necessità di chiavi. Se dovessi trovare un difetto direi che non era troppo pulita, abbiamo trovato gomitoli di polvere vicino alla lavatrice e all' armadio. Anche gli asciugamani inoltre erano uno a testa, con possibilità di lavarli ma secondo me almeno due servirebbero.
• Yulia Kummer (10/5): Good place to be in wien! - A great and spacious apartment in a good and quiet location and has everything you need to shower, cook, bake at home, close to lots of public transportation.. The entrance is only via a code. At first we got a little confused and then we figured it all out.. The internet is average, not very strong but we managed to work from the apartment. The owner of the apartment is very nice and wonderful, really helped us at first but then it took her a while to respond to messages.. But that's okay. The main thing is that we really enjoyed our stay in the city and our trip :) The shower head sprays a bit to the sides, but it didn't bother us.

Shower drain backed up into tray while using. Missing curtain rail in hall meaning leaving the bathroom you were exposed to the apartments opposite for their viewing pleasure. Cookware filthy, plates and cups grimy and with residue. Everything had to be washed before using. Wall plaster and trim damaged in several places. Range hood filthy, filters dripping congealed fat. Photos advertising apartment were not this place.
• Maurice (8/5): Our stay was great, we were 11 guests and the apartment with four bedrooms was very spacious and even though it had only - Location was close to the subway and tram. Many shops in the area so no problem finding places to buy groceries. I would recommend not booking the ground floor apartments because the sound proofing is not great and you can hear people talking and cars go by throughout the night. It’s not a problem if you have good ear plugs.

Дякую хазяїну помешкання, завжди був на зв'язку, цікавився чи все у нас добре. Є пару зламаних меблів, один стілець та трохи диван. Помешкання знаходиться достатньо далеко від центру якщо пішки, але поруч є транспорт і трамвай і метро.

• Bartosz (5/5): Good place to sleep and really only sleep: comfortable beds, good location, some shoddiness. - Comfortable beds and proximity to city centre are the two best things about this apartment. It seems to be located in a Turkish neighborhood with lots of tasty doner nearby. If you're looking for a cheaper place to sleep in a 5-person group and are prepared to tolerate some shoddiness you'll be alright. However, I have to mention that the outside of the building does not look brilliant. Doors are marked with some sort of patterned adhesive tape with one of the 1s in the number 11 being backwards for some reason (which confused my group a bit). There's only cold water in the toilet tap. Don’t open the drawers in the shower room — the slides are missing and the drawers will fall out. The frying pans have seen better days. The fridge door squeaks REALLY loudly. You may also enjoy the scenic view of some dumpsters from your windows and the occasional homeless person digging through them.

We couldn’t have asked for a better apartment and owner, everything was amazing. - We loved the position (all public means were at less than 3 minutes walking, plus many supermarkets were near) and the fact that the apartment is big and has all the utilities necessary at an absolutely striking price comparing to others. The owner is an absolutely incredible person, always available and willing to help with anything immediately. I’d suggest this apartment to anyone! I really have nothing bad to say about the apartment.

Completo di letto, divano, cucina e bagno con doccia enorme in vetro e addirittura lavatrice. Macchinetta del caffè con lancia per montare il latte; struttura pulitissima e dovrebbe farsi pagare molto di più per tutti i servizi che offre. Arriva anche il cibo a distanza tramite l’app Foodora, ma affianco all’appartamento ci sono ristoranti, superamenti, Fast food e bar in quantità veramente buoni! Ve lo consiglio tanto, io e mia moglie ci siamo trovate benissimo! Niente

• Patrizia Deiala (8/5): Warm and cozy place - Warm and cozy. All basic amenities are there. Pretty clean. The bathroom is very small and there's nothing to hang the towels or the clothes. The hairdryer was getting too hot too fast and it was switching off.
• christine (8/5): - Nous avons eu un peu peur avant d'y aller étant donné certains commentaires (quartier pas attrayant, loin des transports...) mais le quartier nous a paru sécure et seulement 10 minutes à pieds de la station de métro et à peine 4 du tram. Beaucoup de commerces et restaurants où nous avons été très bien accueillies. L'hôte est très à l'écoute des remarques qui lui sont faites puisque nous avons pu constater entre autres que la machine à café était installée.

• Will (10/5): Great stay. Amazing host. Definitely staying there again - It was clean and tidy. The host was really helpful kept us updated the whole time and checked in on us during our stay to make sure we were okay. Was very helpful having a washing machine as we have been travelling so needed a wash. The apartment is next to a tram stop only 10 mins from the main station so perfect to get there It’s not right in the centre it’s on the outskirts however if you’re like me and like walking then it won’t be an issue at all

• Jarnig (6/5): Komfortabel, ABER - Die Wohnung war groß, sauber und funktional, sie sah den Fotos entsprechend aus. Ich stand eines Abends vor verschlossener Türe - lies sich mittels Code nicht mehr öffnen & ich konnte niemanden erreichen. Gott sei Dank konnte ich durch meinen Partner mittels Telefon herausfinden, dass das Schloss klemmte und mithilfe seiner Anweisungen doch in die Wohnung kommen. Wäre das nicht der Fall gewesen, wäre ich die ganze Nacht vor verschlossener Türe gestanden. Erst am nächsten Tag habe ich per Whatsapp eine Antwort seitens des Unterkunftgebers erhalten.

L'appartamento era pulito però c'era una piccola ragnatela 🕸. Avevo prenotato per 5 adulti, menomale che non è venuta una persona altrimenti sarebbe stato difficoltoso aprire la poltrona letto.

Sehr sauber Man sieht leider, dass die Möbel und Wände auf den Bildern bei der Buchung wahrscheinlich etwas bearbeitet waren, da sich die Möbel in Realität in etwas schlechterem Zustand befanden und etwas beschädigt waren, beispielsweise waren auch einige Flecken an den Wänden zu sehen. Ein zusätzliches Handtuch wäre nützlich gewesen.

• Daniela (7/5): - Die Wohnung war gut,sauber und der Zugang war reibungslos. Die Nähe zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln war sehr gut. Hier war alles in der Nähe was man benötigt So gut die Lage an dem Verkehrsnetz angebunden ist, konnten wir uns in diesem Bezirk nicht richtig wohlfühlen.
• Oleksandr (10/5): - Светлый просторный номер. Удобная кровать. Мягкие подушки и одеяла. Постельное белье высокого качества. Очень чистые белоснежные полотенца. Наличие кофемашины. Духовки. Много посуды. Напор воды в душевой просто великолепен. В самой ванне очень тепло. Всё чисто и опрятно.Стильный дизайн квартиры Временами было прохладно. Иногда откуда то был слышен запах курева. На входной двери в ванную в вентиляционной решетке видна пыль,которую давно не убирали . Отсутствие тостера.
