- Lars (6/5): - Anbindung per ÖPNV vorbildlich. Zwei Schlafgelegenheiten (Schlafsofa sehr unbequem) ist NICHT dasselbe wie zwei Schlafzimmer (Beschreibung ist grob irrführend). Fotos der Dachterasse entsprechen nicht mehr den Tatsachen (mittlerweile abgetrennt und ohne Liegen). Die Wohnung mit defektem Toilettensitz (der während des Aufenthalts auch auf mehrfache Nachfrage hin nicht repariert wurde) und kaum nutzbaren WLAN (was auch IPTV am Fernseher betraf, ohne Möglichkeit zu Satellitenempfang - ebenfalls keine Abhilfe geschaffen) zeigt ehebliche Abnutzungserscheinungen (Küchenfronten, Spüle, Tisch, Türen, Fußboden, Kleiderschrank, Lüfter im Bad mit kaputtem Lager...).

- Vrbik (10/5): - Everything was corresponds to the description , great, clean, tidy, close to the metro, kebab and shops, I highly recommend it. Next time I go to Vienna I will stay here. the apartment is fully equipped. Recommend.!!
- Horst (9/5): Wien Besuch - Sauber und sehr gut gelegen. ÖPNV sehr gut erreichbar, perfekt für einen Wien Besuch um Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und kulturelle Einrichtungen zu besuchen und ein paar schöne und gemütliche Tage zu verbringen. Sehr gerne wieder.

- Elisabeth (7/5): - Die Wohnung war gut an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr angebunden. Dadurch kam man schnell und gut an alle möglichen Punkte der Stadt. Die Wohnung lag an einer sehr verkehrsreichen Straße, dadurch war es sehr laut. Weiterhin war die Wohnung unter den Details der Ausstattung mit einer Waschmaschine gekennzeichnet. Leider war diese nicht vorhanden. Auf der Dachterrasse hat man einen schönen Blick auf die Stadt. Leider kann man sich dort nicht länger aufhalten, da es durch die Klimaanlagen permanent nach abgestandenen Wasser stank. Dies war sehr unangenehm.

- Francesco (8/5): Nice stay - Good location, clean, nice terrace (when it is good weather). Everything functional. Good value for money. Overall nice stay. It was a business trip with a colleague and one of us had to sleep in the sofa bed, which was not super comfortable, but ok. The apartment is more suitable for a couple or friends or small family. The communication with host was possible only through messages/emails. No response to calls. Eventually, we were happy that our requests were all satisfied (such as linen for sofa bed was missing but was quickly delivered). Slow wifi . In the days we were there, I huge construction work was happening just in front of the house with quite a lot of noise.
