• Franziska (7/5): - Das Team des Kundendienstes war sehr freundlich und hat mir geholfen, als ich nicht mehr in die Wohnung kam! Ich finde, es wäre besser, einfach Schlüssel für die Wohnungstür bereitzustellen, als Türcodes und Entsperrmechanismen, die mit dem Internet verbunden sind!
• Wilfred (10/5): - The check in process was seamless, and easy. The studio apartment was also very neat and its located in a serene environment. Good value for money.
• Marita (2/5): Nicht empfehlenswert! Finger weg!!! - Für alle, die ein romantisches Frühstück bei offenem Fenster und 16 Grad und gleichzeitiger Aromatherapie Marke „Kloake“ schätzen, ist es die erste Adresse. Fernseher geht nicht, keine Gebrauchsanweisungen für Geräte und katastrophale Kommunikation,bestenfalls mit KI-Band, mit zusammengewürfeltem Internet- Müll. Nicht empfehlenswert und kundenfeindlich. Siehe oben! Vor dem Aufenthalt wird man mit Emails bombardiert, während des Aufenthalts erhält man keinerlei Unterstützung! Sehr unpersönlich! Der Gestank aus dem winzigen Bad war unerträglich: Kloake vermischt mit Duftstäbchen… Wir waren jedesmal froh, das Apartment zu verlassen und gruselten uns vor dem heimkommen.

• Silke (7/5): Geruchsbelastetes Appartment nicht zu empfehlen - Die Lage ist ok, allerdings Restaurants und U-Bahn etwas weiter weg. Nur Kurzparkplätze im Viertel. Entweder Parkhaus oder vor 8Uhr wegfahren. Es stinkt aufdringlich aus dem Abfluss und der Gestank geht nicht weg. Deshalb werden wir nicht nochmal buchen. TV ging nicht, Vermieter meldete sich daraufhin erst am nächsten Tag nach 13Uhr. Fanden Wackelkontakt an Dose. Keine Erklärung für den Router, die Box und 2 Fernbedienungen.
• Maxi (7/5): - Die Lage war für uns super, der Wohnraum ist echt klasse. Leider riecht das kleine Bad extrem nach Abfluss, hier müsste dringend etwas gemacht werden. Das mega unangenehm!
• Nikola (1/5): Bad - There is NO HOT WATER in apartment. We asked the stuff about that problem but they always answered automatically. We stayed 3 nights without hot water for shower in 21th century. There is a STRONG smell from bathroom forcing us to leave apartment and open the windows. I would never recommend this apartment to anyone. Here are screenshots of me chating with a robot that answers automatically.
• Blessing (7/5): all in all the apartment has everything you need and if you skip the bathroom part, it is also generally very nice - i liked the apartment. it’s just 1 min away from the tram and all in all quite nice. the bed was also very comfortable and i liked that we had a small table with chairs to have dinner together. it was also very nice, that we were provided with towels. the only thing i didn‘t really like was the bathroom. it was very small and the shower had mold.. in the corners. the showerdoors were also impossible to close completely so everytime one of us showered, there was wayyy too much water on the floor. the sink was very small, so obviously more water was spilled on the floor.. i really liked the apartment itself, but the bathroom was not it.
• Claire (5/5): Disappointing service but good location! - The one thing that this apartment excels in is the location! It was clean upon arrival. Smooth check in! The check in went smooth, however the smart lock at times did not work or it opened unexpectedly whilst entering the lift. This was a worry as we werent sure our belongings are safe with this kind of lock! In the apartment there were the following inconviences which have been already reported many times in past reviews but the owner clearly doesnt read or even care to attend to them. Upon entering the apartment you are hit with a bad smell of sewage coming from the bathroom. Surprisingly, the coffee machine which was already flagged in many reviews that it is broken, it did not work either, clearly the responsible team do not care! I messaged the responsible person called Markus and also called the number which he stated that if you need any help we will attend to, to report these two things. Unprofessionally enough, nobody bothered to attend to us and he only messaged on the last night before our check out to say that he is sorry and thats all. However after 5 mins he promptly messaged me with the check out details! So in my opinion this is a very unprofessional service and is only interested in making money and not offer the proper accomodation and service. Apart from these two things, other inconveniences included: No AC or any form of heating in the apartment, shower door doesnt close well (also reported many times in previous reviews), yellow stained and uncomfortable pillows, no kitchen essentials, chipped plates and difficulty to access items placed too high on shelves. In summary i would only recommend this place for the location otherwise for the service rendered and the amenities it is a big disgrace!!
• Rodonaia (10/5): Exceptional - Clean and modern room. There are everything what u need for stay. Late response for messages and bathroom is a little stinky.
• Anna (8/5): Near tram station. - Good apartment. Near tram stop (good location). Coffee capsule provide but coffee machine was broken. Automatic check-in did not work as expected (had to call for support).

• George_turcas (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was very clean, spacious and offered all the facilities we needed. We were extremely satisfied with the accommodation. Also, Markus was very helpful and always available when we had questions.
• Hanna (10/5): The flat has everything you need for a comfort staying for several days. - The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood just 20 minutes on foot from the city centre. It has everything you need for a comfort staying. The bed is comfortable, linens and towels are fresh and clean. All appliances in the kitchen and bathroom are new. The host is very helpful and attentive. We will definitely choose your apartment next time and recommend it to our acquaintances! There wasn’t anything we didn’t like

• Aleksandra (9/5): Great place for a couple or 2 friends - Very nice interior, good facilities and well-equipped kitchen. Everything was very clean. Lots of space in the apartment. The area is very quiet and there's absolutely no noise at night. It's a bit far from the city centre but the communication is good. Metro, (night) buses and tram stops within short walking distance. One suggestion about the bed: the pillows are too big and a bit uncomfortable.

It was evident that great care had been taken to ensure a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The attention to detail did not go unnoticed, and we truly appreciated the effort put into maintaining such high standards of cleanliness. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the apartment was equipped with various amenities that enhanced our stay. The availability of coffee capsules was a delightful touch, as it allowed us to indulge in a warm cup of coffee each morning without needing to venture out. It's a convenience not commonly found in apartments, and it added a touch of luxury to our mornings. Additionally, we were pleased to find that you provided pads for women. This thoughtful gesture demonstrated your commitment to accommodating the needs of your guests and made our stay even more convenient and comfortable. It's these small touches that really make a difference and set your apartment apart. Howevera, we did find that the temperature in the apartment was a bit warm during our stay, especially without a conditioner. While this posed a slight challenge, we managed by keeping the window open to allow fresh air to circulate. Nevertheless, it would be beneficial to consider installing a conditioner or exploring other cooling options for future guests, particularly during the hotter months.
