• Susann (8/5): perfekt für ein paar Tage Wien - Mitten drin in einem Außenbezirk - Wienflair live. Die sehr gute Anbindung an den ÖPNV. Altes wunderbares Wohnhaus aus der Gründerzeit. Sehr netter Vermieter, der immer auf Fragen geantwortet hat und gute Tipps parat hatte und uns sogar seinen Parkplatz zur Verfügung gestellt hat. Das Wasser ist ein wenig launisch gewesen und wechselte gern von heiß zu kalt. In der Küchenausstattung könnte nachgerüstet werden z.B. Nudelzange, Knoblauchpresse, ein zweites Schneidbrett .... Aber grundsätzlich war alles vorhanden und man kam gut zurecht.
• Franz (10/5): - Tolles Apartment zu einem günstigen Preis in Wien. Der Vermieter ist jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Öffis sind direkt vor der Haustür, die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und gut gepflegt, die Betten sind bequem, das Badezimmer groß; mehrere Takeaways direkt vor der Haustür, der nächste Billa 200 m entfernt. Perfekt, wir kommen wieder!

• Jiří (9/5): - Z ubytovani jsme byli nadseni. Byt je prostorny a v dojezdove vzdalenosti do centra tramvaji. Loznice jsou do dvora, takze byl v noci klid. Využili jsme i možnost blízkého soukromeho parkování Naprosto excelentní a rychlá komunikace s ubytovatelem. Vse se dohodlo, velmi vstricne.

• Carver (9/5): Perfect for a small or medium trip with plenty of access to local shops and transit. - Perfect size for what we needed. The sink water pressure was amazing. The shower felt small and we sadly did not have enough time to use the tub.

• Rochelmeyer (10/5): - Tolle Altbauwohnung im Jugendstil in einer sehr zentralen Lage. Äußerst zuvorkommender und sympathischer Vermieter.
• Johannes (9/5): charmanter Altbau in zentrumnähe mit Parkplatz - Tolle Lage in Wien, Straßenbahn vor der Haustür (auch hörbar, aber nicht störend) und U-Bahn keine 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Parkplatz wenige Meter entfernt im ruhigen Hinterhof wurde zur Verfügung gestellt. Charmanter Altbau mit bequemen Betten und allem was man für ein paar Nächte in Wien braucht. Kleinigkeiten: Küche sehr klein (Platz für eine Person) und auf Toilette kein Waschbecken.
• Stefanie (7/5): Trotzdem sehr gut - Lage war super. Durften unser Auto auch noch länger parken. Nachbar im Haus (Wohnung unter uns) ist nicht kinderfreundlich. Unsere 3 Kinder waren keine Stunde wach und wirklich nicht laut, war der Herr schon an der Türe und hat gemeint, dass dies kein Spielplatz sei.
• Agnieszka (10/5): Bardzo duży i klimatyczny apartament. - Bardzo klimatyczny apartament w zabytkowej kamienicy. Świetne połączenie tramwajem z centrum. Bardzo ładna i bezpieczna okolica. Możliwość zostawienia bezpłatnie auta na zamykanym podwórku kilka domów dalej. Rozmiar domu zapewnia wygodę, komfort i prywatność dla czterech osób lub dwóch par. Jest też salon i jadalnia gdzie przy dużym stole można wygodnie zjeść. Toaleta osobno i łazienka z dużym prysznicem. Ogrzewanie działa bardzo wydajnie. Łóżka wygodne. Mała ale wystarczająca kuchnia. Zdecydowanie dobry wybór nawet na dłuższy pobyt. Przydałby się nowy czajnik.

• PATRICK (10/5): - Tout. Une aide du propriétaire à été nécessaire pour nous permettre d'entrée car nous avons un peu paniqué à l'arrivée. Ce n'était pourtant pas difficile et très bien expliqué . Très bel appartement: grand, deux chambres, un grand salon et tout pour passer un excellent séjour. Bus au pied de l'immeuble. Excellent boulangerie viennoiseries en face de l'immeuble. Arrivée au centre en 15 minutes, très pratique. Bien aidé par le propriétaire pour le parking. RAS

• sylvie (8/5): A proxiité de tout et conforme à nos attentes - A proximité des commerces et juste en face de l'arrêt de Tram. Très spacieux dans un immeuble typique viennois. Accès au centre de Vienne en 35 minutes. Parking privé disponible à 100 mètres. Appartement qui semble en cours de rénovation.
• Jonske (8/5): - Die Lage der Wohnung war einfach super! Die Straßenbahn Haltestelle war direkt vor der Tür und man war schnell in der City. Trotzdem war es ruhig und angenehm zum Schlafen. Die Wohnung ist mit über 100m2 sehr groß geschnitten und mit Altbau Charme. Die Einrichtung, insbesondere Bad und WC waren schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber und praktisch. Ausstattung von Bad und WC.

• Karolina (10/5): Peaceful and full of character. - A nice, charming apartment — it perfectly matches the vibe of Vienna. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and in a great location, with excellent access to downtown. A big advantage is the availability of parking. There were no drawbacks.

• Naz (9/5): Comfortable stay and friendly host - The beds are new and comfortable, the apartment is spacious and has everything that one needs for a short stay. Philipp was very helpful and easy-to-reach. The parking was super easy on the street. The street has many shops to do the daily shopping.

• Leo (8/5): Very good - This is a very classic type of Viennese apartment in a charming inner suburb, so it feels like a good representation of life in Vienna and a good experience to have as a tourist. There is fast and reliable transport to the city centre, so don't worry about staying in this location from a convenience perspective. The apartment is very clean and well-presented, although there could be more equipment in the kitchen. The bedrooms are not completely isolated from the rest of the apartment in terms of light and sound, and the smaller bedroom gets very bright early in the morning, so bring a sleep mask if you are sensitive to light.

• Jong (6/5): - - I had so many problems with the check-in process. Five days before check-in, I was given only the address of a parking lot that was far from the property. When I arrived property, I was surprised to find that it was on the side of a tramway. I had to park my car with difficulty nearby tramway and called the host. The host seems to wonder why I'm calling him when I've already given him all the information. I picked up the key from the keybox number the host gave me on the phone and entered the building, and at the same time, I received my first detailed check-in message. 1) Since the property is on the tramway, it is recommended that customer park in the parking lot first to be safe and then come to the property. 2) I think it's very wrong that the host didn't provide accurate information, so resulting in a very confusing situation where the guests had to temporarily park their car dangerously on the side of the tram, and couldn't even enter the property. And in all of these situations, the host never apologized.

• Silvia (10/5): Charming large apartment - Love the charm of the apartment. Quiet part of the city but the amazing public transportation took you wherever you needed to go in minutes. Buses and trams were just outside the door. Comfortable beds and lots of room. All you need in the kitchen. Some people may want air conditioning in the hottest part of the summer but we were there in June and it was quite comfortable.

The city centre is about 15-20 minutes by car, that’s for me not far away from apartment. The street is enough quiet. Supermarket is also not far.

Very spacious apartment with everything you might need travelling with kids. Philipp was very responsive and kind. Nothing I can think of.

Phillipp was very accommodating and helpful and it was great to meet him. It also has a lift which was a lovely addition. The TV never works for us as our Netflix in Australia is different. The only problem.

• Anna (10/5): Great place both for working and sightseeing - The apartment was very spacious and clean, a lot of space for us for working and our son and dog for playing :) The wifi worked great, the equippment was a bit old, but everything worked, beds were comfortable, enough furniture for two families. The location is fantastic, tram stop just outside the main entrance, 20 min to the city centre, many shops and restaurants all around the house.

In the front we have tram station, and it was close from the Rathausplats Christmas Market the Rathausplatz only 5 station.. A lot of shop , market , cafes, local shop arround. The owner is very friendly.
