• Jacqueline (4/5): - Bilder entsprechen nicht der Realität. Es waren nur 2 statt 3 Betten bezogen. Auf Nachfrage hieß es, es wird innerhalb von einer Stunde jemand kommen und das 3. Bett beziehen. Nach über einer Stunde haben wir auf Nachfrage dann die Information erhalten das es nochmal mindestens zwei Stunden gehen würde. Wir konnten uns dann das Bettzeug selbst im Keller holen.

Feels like home though a little bit far from the city center, but no problem as long as it is near metro. The host is very nice and fast response. One thing that is a little bit bothering is the sound of the train because the apt is located just across from the rail.
• Sabine (8/5): Solide Unterkunft in guter ruhiger Lage - Schön nah zur U-Bahn Station Stadlau, die vieles schell erreicht im Zentrum, ohne umzusteigen. Parken im Park und Ride Parkhaus Donaubrücke (15 Minuten Fußweg oder 1 Station mit der U-Bahn) für unter 5 Euro je Nacht möglich. Bäckerei Ströck nah bei. Basis Ausstattung in der Küche vorhanden. Alles war sauber. Problemlose Schlüssel Übergabe mit Schlüsselkasten und Code per Nachricht. Nachrichten auf Englisch. Etwas spartanisch - minimalistisch eingerichtet, kaum Deko oder ein Bild an der Wald, keine Ablage für Kleidung, nur 2 Kleiderstangen. Im Bad fehlen Handtuch-Halter oder ein paar Haken. Die Toilettenbrille passte überhaupt nicht zum WC. Die Deckenleuchte in der Küche ging nicht. Die vielleicht nett gemeinten Bücher sind überaltert, hier wäre ein Regal oder eine Kommode sinnvoller. Es ist kein Fernseher vorhanden, aber gutes WLAN.

The apartment was fairly decent and clean. Our only complaint was the sofa bed. It was very uncomfortable, flimsy, and not suitable for sleeping, even for a child let alone an adult. It was domed in the middle, so it felt unstable, like you might fall when turning

Das das Oberlicht in der Küche kaputt war. Der Geschirrspüler nicht ausgeräumt. Kein TV vorhanden war und zusätzlich das Wlan ausgefallen ist, allerdings zwecks Telekomarbeiten 4 Tage. Wir hatten nur am 1. und letzten Tag bei Abreise Wlanverbindung.

• Viorica (8/5): In ansamblu mi-a placut sejurul si m-as mai intoarce la aceasta cazare! - Cazarea in ansamblu a fost foarte ok! Locul era curat. Bucataria era destul de bine dotata (plita, cuptor cu microunde, cana fierbator, masina de spalat vase; vesela si instrumente pentru gatit). In camera a fost destul de confortabil din punct de vedere termic. Cazarea este destul de aproape de metrou sau alte mijloace de transport. De asemenea, la distanta mica se gasesc si doua supermarketuri (Billa si Spar) Canapeaua extensibila era foarte inconfortabila (era tare si prezenta denivelari). Cred ca ar fi bine sa fie pus macar un topper peste aceasta canapea deoarece dupa 4 nopti chiar a devenit destul de greu de suportat. De asemenea, as schimba tigaia pentru ca era destul de uzata si zgariata. In apartament nu era fier de calcat..nici nu am solicitat gazdei asa ca nu ma pot plange dar era important de mentionat pentru alti calatori. Nu exista un sifonier (nici acesta nu a reprezentat un aspect negativ pentru mine).

• marli (5/5): Wel teleurstellend. Geen 4 persoons lokatie. - Leuke lokatie. Dicht bij metro. Karige spullen in de keuken. Bijv 1 wijnglas. Wel zuiver en netjes. Een 2 persoons luchtbed ipv een (goede) slaapbank. Dat bleek lek te zijn. De hist gebeld smorgens maar savonds reactie dat we wel op de slaapbank konden slapen. Maarja die was zonder vulling dus de planken voelde je en scheef en doorgezakt. Denken zelf dat dat ook de rede voor het luchtbed was. We hebben er een redelijke slaapplek van gemaakt door er boeken onder te leggen. Maar nog steeds op hout geslapen.

• David (10/5): Cozy Christmas vibes in Vienna - The location was perfect for being able to get around the city and it was in a location I felt safe to walk during day and night. The rooms were exactly as advertised and it felt very cozy to come back to each evening. The owner was easy to contact as well but there was no issues that came up for me to need to reach out. Nothing, it was a great stay!

• Lorenzo (9/5): Eccellente - Ottima posizione, bell'appartamento, dotato di quasi tutto ciò che serve per un soggiorno, bagno grande e dotato di doccia spaziosa, pulito, staff disponibile a rispondere a dubbi/quesiti, check-in rapido ed efficace. Nota minore: sarebbe stato utile un microonde.

We stayed here for 5 days and were very satisfied — it was beautifully quiet, and the location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk to the metro and S-Bahn. The only thing we didn’t like was the bed; it was small, the mattress was really very soft, and the pillows were very high. However, I don’t consider that a fault of the accommodation — that depends on personal preference. We rate it 9 out of 10.

• milani nia (1/5): Nicht zu Empfehlen - Self check-in war problemlos Übernachtung für 3 Personen Gebucht Nur Decken und Kopfkissen für 2 Personen vorhanden Bei einer Tagestemperatur vun 4° war die Wohnung nicht vorgeheizt und sehr kalt Bodenheizung braucht mindedtens 3 Stunden um das Zimmer nur etwas zu erwärmen Musste deshalb ohne Decke mit meiner Jacke schlafen, und das auf ein paar dünnen Handtüchern als Bezug fur die Couch Couch ist für eine erwachsene Person viel zu klein, und fällt nach ab Kniehöhe steil ab: zum schlafen ungeeignet Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig: 2 Spinnen in der Wohnung, eine lebende an der Decke direkt über dem Bett Die zweite, leblos über dem Schrank der Küchenzeile Under dem Bett wurde schon länger nicht geputzt, dort war recht viel Staub, Flusen und Spinnwäben, und auch hinter dem Sofa waren Flusen Klimaanlage wird beworben, war aber nicht vorhanden, wir hätten die aber auch nicht gebraucht Wasserkocher war recht voll mit Kalk, mussten diesen notdürftig säubern bevor wir ihn nutzen konnten

• Ivana (6/5): Overall a pleasant stay, would recommend it if you don’t depend on cooking meals at home like we did - The location was great. The metro station was 400m away and it was easy to get by. About the apartment it was very clean and the bedroom bed was very comfortable. There was hot water at all times to take a shower and the apartment was very warm which made it pleasant to stay/sleep at. However as for the kitchen there weren’t enough kitchen utilities to cook a meal. Only one pan and one bowl to cook with and there weren’t any kitchen towels, oven gloves and such if you use the oven so that is very inconvenient. The oven pans were dirty and had an old baking paper on them with bread crumbs. Another thing is there were no slippers provided so the floors got dirty fast and so did our socks.

• Chitra (7/5): - The apartment was clean and tidy. The location was walking distance from the station. My room did not have any storage. Only racks were provided. No bed side tables etc.
• Sarah (6/5): - Unkompliziert leider etwas abgelegen und der Weg von der Bahn zu Unterkunft ist nicht gut ausgeleuchtet, ich habe mich als alleinreisende Frau nicht wohl gefühlt, besonders weil es im Spätherbst schon früh dunkel ist.
• Klaus (10/5): Nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten super Aufenthalt - Die Lage der bezogenen Wohnung war ideal, direkt in der Fußgängerzone, nah an vielen Restaurants und Geschäften und eine tolle Bar gleich um die Ecke Leider kann ich die gebuchte Wohnung nicht bewerten, da sie bereits belegt war. Ein sehr freundlicher junger Mann hat allerdings umgehend reagiert und uns eine andere Wohnung zur Verfügung gestellt. Upgrade: Zentrumsnah, sehr gute Ausstattung, sehr groß.

• Ekaterina (10/5): Чудесные уютные апартаменты близко от метро в тихом районе - Апартаменты находятся очень близко от станции метро и станции электрички. Очень тихий и чистый район. Апартаменты выглядят как новые. Чистейшая постель и санузел. Кухня с плитой, духовкой и посудомоечной машинкой. Есть всё, что нужно для путешествия. Нам всё понравилось.
