• ELENI (3/5): Απαράδεκτος οικοδεσπότης δεν θα το επέλεγα ξανά. - Οι χώροι ήταν ικανοποιητικοί για μια οικογένεια. Η τοποθεσία ήταν καλή. Το Πάρκιγκ ήταν μακριά από το σπίτι , με τα πόδια σχεδόν 15 λεπτά. Το δωμάτιο χρειάζεται ανακαίνιση σίγουρα. Ελλιπής καθαριότητα , στις γωνίες συναντούσες αράχνες και ιστούς. Ο ιδιοκτήτης μας έβαλε να πληρώσουμε 200€ εγγύηση με το πρόσχημα ότι έχουν γίνει παλιότερα καταστροφές. Με την αποχώρηση μας από το δωμάτιο & επειδή αργήσαμε να φύγουμε 30’ μας κράτησε έξοδα καθαρισμού 30€. Ήταν απαράδεκτη η συμπεριφορά του.

• Ewelina (8/5): Pobyt udany, bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem - Obiekt dobrze skomunikowany z centrum. Na plus bezpłatny parking, choć oddalony 10 minut od mieszkania. Brakowało klimatyzacji, w gorące dni bardzo upalnie. Dostępny jest wentylator, ale przy wysokich temperaturach nie sprawdza się. Przydałyby się rolety, które zablokowały dostęp słońca w gorące dni.

• Fabrizio (8/5): Familienfreundliche Wohnung, etwas in die Jahre gekommen - Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man als Familie für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Besonders praktisch fanden wir die gut organisierten Check-in- und Check-out-Anweisungen – klar, hilfreich und auf das Wesentliche reduziert. Sehr geschätzt haben wir auch den reservierten Tiefgaragenstellplatz für unser großes Auto (SUV), der nur etwa 10 Gehminuten entfernt liegt und im Preis enthalten war. Alternativ gibt es ausreichend kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung. Die Lage war für uns gut – nicht direkt im Zentrum, aber für Spazierfreudige auch zu Fuß erreichbar (ca. 1 Stunde Gehzeit). Der Gastgeber war nicht persönlich vor Ort, aber durch die klaren Anleitungen hat alles problemlos funktioniert. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hat gestimmt. Die Küchenausstattung war insgesamt eher knapp – zum Beispiel fehlten Küchentücher, und alles wirkte sehr „abgezählt“. Die Kopfkissen waren für unseren Geschmack zu weich und flach. Das WC war etwas in die Jahre gekommen, die Brille nicht ganz fest, und das kleine Waschbecken im WC tropfte (ein Eimer stand bereits darunter, um das Wasser aufzufangen). Etwas eingeschränkt war die Privatsphäre durch ein festgeschlossenes Innenfenster zur Nachbarwohnung – möglicherweise vom dortigen WC, durch das man Licht wahrnehmen konnte. Zudem haben wir einen leicht muffigen Geruch bemerkt, sobald die Fenster längere Zeit geschlossen waren – vermutlich dem Alter des Gebäudes geschuldet. Durch regelmäßiges Lüften ließ sich das aber gut beheben.

• Julija (7/5): - Владелец квартиры поинтересовался как мы заехали и чего нам не хватает. Стиральная машина выглядит плохо, внутри были грязные полотенца. Своё бельё стирать не стали. На кухне не было губки для мытья посуды. Вытяжка на кухне очень грязная. Цена не соответствует качеству.

• Jean-baptiste (10/5): Almost perfect - Very nice apartment, great location just 20 minutes from the city center by public transport. Everything is simple, clean, and ideal for a weekend stay. The bedroom doesn’t have blackout curtains. It’s not an issue in winter, but in spring or summer it gets very bright early in the morning — consider bringing a sleep mask.

• Katarina (10/5): Exceptional - Good location. City transportation is just few minutes by walk from the apartment. The apartment is in a quiet neiburhood with a secured parking space.

• Dumitru (4/5): Disappointing - Far away from center, the room has been not cleaned properly, no air conditioning it was HOT, parking very far from location 10 minutes to walk, the kitchen utensils are a shame, the frying pan is like an airplane just one spot toucing the ground, no ventilation in toilet, the light is weak in the toilet and bathroom, curtains are not blockout, the bed and sofa is a little bit more softer than a bench in the park.
• Sanjin (8/5): Very good - Nice small apartment, comfy beds, transportation nearby, fully stacked kitchen, owners are very caring and hospitable The apartment could use an a/c, no way to efficiently block out the sunlight (there are curtains but not efficient that much)
• Trojszczak (1/5): Absolutely horrible - The stay was absolutely terrible. We got check-in instructions after we reminded ourselves to the host just a couple of hours before arrival. The flat was furnished with old and trashy furniture, and we were welcomed by wet beds and bedsheets that got smelly overnight. We had to ask the host to bring us CLEAN AND DRY sheets. But the pillows underneath looked like they were pulled out of a trashcan. This penthouse does not have air conditioning and is placed on the first floor, which makes it very loud and stinky throughout the whole day, and night if you want to get some "fresh air" thru windows, and the fan is not usable becouse how dusty it is. The window in the bathroom with a clear view of a corridor is just comical. We also got asked to throw out the trash from the flat, but the host forgot to equip it with any trash bags.

• Antonio (8/5): Pleasant but with room for improvements. - The whole point of choosing between an hotel and an apart is that one is counting on a well equipped kitchen but also the cookware and all the kit. The appliances were fine but the cookware was a disgrace. Mainly, if one travels with family and maybe kids, thing twice...

• Bratislava (8/5): Very good - The apartment is in a quiet area, the city center can be reached quickly, a free garage is a 7-minute walk away. The apartment is bright, the bedroom is spacious, the living room with the kitchen is functional. The kitchen is well equipped. The beds are not the most comfortable, the dining table was unstable. Everything else is ok, especially for the price.
• Marius (2/5): Surely, I don’t recommend it, go purchase a proper hotel room - Discussion with the host As soon as we arrived at the property, our first thought was to book a hotel, the pics are made by a professional, the furniture is damaged, the bathroom…. The bathroom is horrible, ugly, the WC is also horrible, the tv was damaged but they replaced it, the bed sheets were dirty, the area is not pleasant. I would not recommend it, maybe for 30% the money.

• Mariana (10/5): Great option in Vienna! - The apartment is perfect! It has a very good size and it's comfortable and warm during the winter days. The wi-fi works well and the kitchen is well-equipped. It was easy to collect the keys (the self-check-in was perfect because we arrived late at night). The location is not central but the public transportation in Vienna works very well, so we had a lot of options nearby (train stations, tram lines) to get to the city center and other attractions. There are some supermarkets within 5 minutes walking distance of the flat. The place was spotless, I recommend it! The curtains are not black-out. It wasn't a problem for us but it's good to keep that in mind.
