• Fernando (8/5): - El apartamento es nuevo, aunque decía dos habitaciones, resulta que solo tenía una y la otra estaba en el salón. Poca información del propietario, lejos del centro, pero eso ya lo sabía.
• Simon (3/5): Poorly furnished, poor surroundings, poor communication - The room was large, it had most of what I needed for a single night. It was mostly clean in the room - although vomit outside the door, and unpleasant litter and rats around. Not a good area. So much was wrong. The biggest thing was the check-in, which was terrible. Lack of communication from the administrator - whoever they were - and only information via text. No room to keep bags, people living in flats around were noisey and had aggressive dogs, the area was dirty and terrible a far from town. The windows had the bearest of unlined curtains that only covered the main part of the window pane so such shone through early in the morning. The whole thing screamed cheap.

• Marcin (8/5): - Wygodne zameldowanie, ogolnienblisko do tramwaju "2" , którym bezpośrednio dojedziemy do centrum, lub do najbliższej stacji metra. Trochę słabo posprzątane, można niewielkim nakładem pracy doprowadzić do całkiem fajnej oferty.

• סבן (8/5): Overall 8/10 - A nice apartment overall. It was clean and quiet, most of the facilities were in good condition, and the location was convenient, close to public transport by tram and buses. The apartment was a bit smaller than it looked in the photos. Also, not all apartments include a washing machine, so pay attention to the listing before booking because the photos can be mixed between different units. There's no U-Bahn (metro) close by, so reaching it may require a bus/tram connection. The TV didn't work, and the check-in message didn't include a maintenance contact number or anything similar, so I'm not sure what I would've done if there had been a more serious issue. Overall: 8/10.

• Piotr (10/5): Gdy będę planował kolejny pobyt w Wiedniu z przyjemnością zarezerwuję to miejsce jeszcze raz. - Jestem pod dużym wrażeniem wyposażenia tego apartamentu, otrzymałem więcej niż oczekiwałem, a na zdjęciach wygląda dużo gorzej niż w rzeczywistości. Malutki minus to brak przypisanych miejsc na rowery na dziedzińcu budynku.

• Katalin (5/5): Közepes, az ágyat ki kellene cserélni. - Hogy tisztaság volt. Az ágy elvan törve, emiatt a közepe fele lejt az egész és túl puha a matrac. Egy éjszakára rendben volt, de ha valaki többre száll meg, akkor nem.

• Judit (7/5): A szálláshely jó volt, csak a fogadtatás nem. - A környéken az Alte-Donau Wasserpark csodálatos élmény volt. A háztól néhány lépésre pékség, Spar és Aldi. Remek közösségi közlekedés. A szállásadó nem tájékoztatott előre arról, hogy valójában hogyan fogunk hozzájutni a kulcshoz. Hogy az előzetesen kapott kód csak egy üres széf száma. Eljövetelkor írt emaimelre nem válaszolt, pedig fontos lett volna, mert idegen nyelven telefonon beszélni nehéz. A szobában nagyon gyenge volt a világítás.

• Dochovski (9/5): - Sehr gute und kommunikative Lage im 20- ten Bezirk- nur eine Bushaltestelle bis Handelskai und davon kommt man überallin Wien und in die ganze Welt. Gute Einkaufs,- und Gastronomische möglichkeinen ,wienerisch und international. Sehr einfaches Ein,- und Auschecken, geräumiges Zimmer mit allen Küchenanlagen, bequemes Badezimmer, sehr sauber. Der Ferseher hat nur 2 Programme empfangen, aber schliesslich saut man fern zu Hause.

Инструкцию как найти ключ, было выслано заранее и зашли легко. Номер был чистым, посуда, утюг и др.необходимое все было. Хозяевам надо бы обновить подушки, одеяла. Также постельное белье мне показалось не совсем чистым, или один раз прополоскали и все. Полотенце тоже пахло. Также в основной комнате перегорела лампочка, написала,но ответили уже в день отьезда.

• Liliia (1/5): Очень очень грязно!!!!!!Все требуєт ремонта. - Месторасположения не плохое. Тихое. Но до центра добираться нужно двумя видами транспорта. Метро или автобусом.С хозяйкой общались по переписке. Выселились по просьбе не в 10 утра а в 11.Хотя заселение четко к 15 и не раньше. Апартаменты убитые. Сама комната довольно просторная, кровать удобная, постельное было чистое и два полотенца. Подушки и одеяла повидавшие жизнь. Тонкие можно сказать что спишь на наволочке внутри немного какого-то волокна. Бельца кровати покрыто толстым слоем пыли, у меня аллергия на комнатную пыль а там было просто МОРЕ ПЫЛИ!!!! На люстре полно паутины которая падает на голову и кровать. Шторы страшно открыть на них пятна, пиль и засохшие насекомые. Пыталась открыть окно на проветривание ручка осталась у меня в руке. Кухня..Грязь повсюду. Посуда есть, но если вы вдвоем то один пьет из стакана а второй из кружки для чая. И так со всеми приборами. Микроволновка грязная, сначала я ее помыла потом пользовалась. Чайник оказался поломан. Ванная..В душе засорен сток, пока моешься стоишь по щиколотку в воде. Фен, которым опасно пользоваться, он уже горел и весь расплавленный. Дверь внутренная сторона в ванной вся заляпана коричневыми пятнами и это не от чая..Через пол часа хождения в тапочках на подошве была грязь как на улице, судя по всему полы там не моются. Очень скромно- это нормально..Но то что там УЖАСНО ГРЯЗНО!!!! Неужели так сложно навести чистоту и купить недорогие посуду и технику и постельное, но что бы работало все !!! Мы заселились в 15 часов, в комнате стоял едкий запах сигарет, аж до тошноты. И напшикано каким то арабским едким парфюмом. Сначала там порядок нужно навести а потом сдавать людям. УЖАС!! А фишка, в пульте от телевизора пожованные батарейки. В такие аппартаменты не хотелось даже возвращаться после красоты города..Свинюшник

• Gratiela (9/5): Un Crăciun frumos - Camere curate, pat confortabil, baie spațioasă. Magazin Aldi langa locatie. Am luat tramvaiul pentru a merge in centru, statia este la 5 min de proprietate. Pentru a ajunge la Palatul Schonbrunn am luat metroul, statia este la 10 min. Am folosit parcarea subterană din apropiere, 12 euro/zi.

• Monika (6/5): Werde Eine andere Unterkunft suchen/buchen - Na ja 🤔 Im Bad war Dias spiegellicht kaputt. Duschkopf nicht sauber Schimmelpilze in der Dusche. Fernsehen kann man nur streamen und das jemand kommt hat lange gedauert und hat sich au Hallo nicht ausgekannt mit der Einstellung 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️

• Martina (5/5): - La pulizia non era ben fatta, la dotazione minima era scarsa e l’illuminazione insufficiente, letto e cuscini scomodissimi e senza federe.
• Hande (7/5): Good for short stays - Close to tram & sbahn. Lots of groceries nearby, enough space for two people. Check in introduction was good. I believe the place needs a deep cleaning. General cleaning was performed and wasn’t that bad but there are settled dirt in some areas.

• Barbara (1/5): - Wohnhaus ohne jegliche Hinweise auf die Apartments. Zugang zum Haus nur zufällig mit Hilfe Dritter. Auch innen keine Hinweise oder Erklärungen, nur diverse Wohnungseingangstüren mit Schlüsseltresor. Wir haben den von Booking.com erhaltenen PIN überall ausprobiert, da uns nicht einmal die Nummer des gemieteten Apartments bekannt war. Keine Türe ließ sich öffnen. Vermieter telefonisch nicht erreichbar. Wir haben dann ein Hotel gebucht.

• Andrea (5/5): - Die Lage der Wohnung ist in Ordnung, man kommt mit zwei verschiedenen Straßenbahnlinien in etwa 20 - 30 Minuten gut ins Zentrum. Parkhaus BC20, Winarskystraße 9, liegt ca. 5 - 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Zu empfehlen ist ein Besuch im fußläufig erreichbaren Gasthaus Kopp. - Die Info bzgl. Schlüsselübergabe/-depot hätte etwas früher kommen können. - Im Treppenhaus / Flur riecht es extrem unangenehm nach Rauch. - Die Ausstattung in App. 10 ließ zu wünschen übrig: die Uhr an der Wand war defekt, es gab für 4 Personen nur zwei Trinkgläser und einen Teelöffel, zum großen Topf fehlte ein passender Deckel, Geschirr und Besteck waren nicht sauber gespült, die Küchenschubladen und der Gefrierschrank waren wohl schon lange nicht mehr ausgewischt worden und die Kaffeemaschine lebte, da weder Vormieter noch Putzfrau den Kaffeefilter entfernt hatten. - Die Wohnung war nicht ordentlich geputzt, überall waren Staub und Spinnweben zu finden. - Die Tagesdecken auf den Betten sind überflüssig. Das sind nur Staubfänger, die dann wieder auf die hoffentlich frisch bezogenen Betten gelegt werden. Und dann fragt man sich, ob das Bett tatsächlich frisch bezogen ist... - Die Silikonfugen im Bad sollten dringend fachmännisch erneuert werden. - Bei geschlossenem Fenster stören die Verkehrsgeräusche nicht; im Sommer stelle ich es mir schwierig vor, bei geöffnetem Fenster zu schlafen. - Statt einer Waschmaschine in der Küche wäre m. E. eine Geschirrspülmaschine sinnvoller. - TV-Bedienung sehr unübersichtlich.

• Johanna (6/5): Die Lage ist gut, die Unterkunft genügt zum übernachten. - Die Lage war sehr gut. Die Bahnhaltestelle ist vor der Tür. Auch ein Parkhaus für das Auto ist in der Nähe. Leider waren die Bettwäsche sowie Handtücher etwas dreckig. Die Küche verfügt über wenig Ausstattung (lediglich ein Glas)

• Angelo (10/5): Oltre le aspettative - Posizione strategica a 350 metri dalla fermata del tram 2 che porta diritto in centro. Semplicità di accesso con un'unica chiave che apre tutte le porte. Appartamento ampio e pulito con cucina funzionale e dotato di tutti i comfort (phon, ferro da stiro, kit bagno, ventilatore, ottimo sistema di riscaldamento). Letto molto comodo e bagno ok. Le asciugamani erano pulite ma non avevano un bell'odore

• Domenico Andraos (7/5): - Posizione ottima, con gli autobus per raggiungere il centro e le principali attrazioni che passano ogni 5 minuti. Considerati i prezzi di Vienna, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, ma bastarebbe veramente poco per essere proprio top. Le lenzuola erano sporche (proprio macchiate), l'asciugacapelli era non funzionante e l'insonorizzazione da una stanza all'altra era totalmente assente.
• Margarita (5/5): - Está a 30 m en tranvía al Centro Solo nos dejaron 2 toallas pequeñas para cuatro personas. Le dijimos, pero no las obtuvimos hasta la mañana siguiente. Apartamento muy aprovechado. En realidad solo hay una habitación con dos camas individuales. La cama doble está colocada en el comedor, enfrente del sofá. Lo que había sido el recibidor ahora es la cocina. Eso sí, tiene calefacción.

• Iustinian (1/5): Mizerie, jeg și nesimțire. - A fost totul extrem de murdar si de neîngrijit! Toaleta se vedea că nu era curățată, așternuturile erau foarte murdare. Camera era desprinsă dintr-un thriler. O draperie lipsea, astfel că nu puteai să acoperi geamul. Pereții sunt mai mult negri decât albi. Per total, a fost o locuință extrem de mizerabila.
