• özlem (10/5): Muhteşemdi. - Havaalanından tek bir metro ile ulaşım sağladık. Angelika bizi daha önce haberleşerek uçuş bilgilerimizi paylaştığımız için planladığımız saatte binada bekliyordu. Son derece samimi ve güler yüzle karşılayarak ev ile ilgili tüm ayrıntıları aktardı. Evin tertemiz olması, günlük yaşam gereçlerinin bulunması, hijyenik, yeni ve tam oluşu, kapsül kahve makinası ve kapsül kahveler (kahve seven bir aile olarak) bizi çok memnun etti. Çarşaf ve nevresimlerin mis gibi ve ütülü olması, evin sıcaklığı, internet erişimi hepsi özenli ve sorunsuzdu. Çevre güvenli, sessiz ve sakindi. Evden çıkıp farklı yönlere ulaşım sağlayacak tramvay , otobüs duraklarına ya da metroya ulaşmak maksimum 8 ya da 9 dakika sürüyor ve sadece (yaklaşık) 870 adım. Çok yakında hızlıca kahvaltı yapılacak yerler (Back Werk kesinlikle favorimiz), DM ve BIPA, SPAR gibi marketler var. 6 gece keyifle konakladık. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim, Bir kez daha gidersem tekrar kalmak isteriz. We reached the apartment from the airport withmetro easily.. Angelika was waiting at the building as we planned . She greeted us warmth and friendly and shared all the details about the apartment. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the apartment, the availability of daily necessities, its hygiene, new, and completeness, the capsule coffee machine and capsule coffees (as a family who loves coffee). The sheets and pillowcases were fresh and ironed, the warmth of the apartment, and the internet access were all thoughtful and problem-free. The surroundings were safe, quiet, and peaceful. It takes a maximum of 8 or 9 minutes to reach tram, bus stops, or the metro from the apartment, and it's only (approximately) 870 steps. There are places to have a quick breakfast near the house (Back Werk was definitely our favorite), and supermarkets like DM, BIPA, and SPAR. We stayed for 6 nights and enjoyed it very much. I definitely recommend thıs hose and we would love to stay again if we come back. 3. katta kaldık ve bizim için kesinlikle hiç sorun olmadı . Çünkü tarihi bir binada kalmak deneyimi çok hoşumuza gitti. Kimileri için önemli olabilir çünkü eski bir bina ve asansör yok. We stayed on the 3rd floor and it was absolutely not a problem for us. We really enjoyed the experience of staying in a historic building. This might be a concern for someone because it's an old building and there's no elevator.
• Norbert (10/5): Super Apartment! Gerne wieder! - Sehr schöne, modern renovierte Altbauwohnung im 2. OG. Sehr viel Stauraum im Kleiderschrank im Wohnzimmer. Sehr gute Ausstattung gerade auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Überaus freundliche Begrüßung und Einweisung durch die Vermieterin. Was andere Gäste gestört hat, spielte für uns keine Rolle.

• Shobhna (9/5): Superb - Anjelika was a wonderful and very kind host! She offered me early check-in when I went to drop off my luggage because the room was already ready so that I wouldn't need to come back again! She is very friendly and warm as well and even offered me water while I waited for a few minutes to check-in. The apartment has almost everything one would need, including the fully furnished kitchen, which is also quite well stocked. If I'm in Vienna again I'll surely look to stay with her again! Loved the stay.
• Gregory (8/5): We managed to see a lot of the sights of Vienna with ease and enjoyed living almost like a local. - It was clean, well equipped, comfortable, well connected and close to the centre of Vienna. The only programmes on TV that we could watch were in German and it proves impossible to change the language. The Netflix app was an old version that no longer worked. But there were good bars and restaurants aplenty nearby so we went out.
• Pamela (9/5): I would stay in this apartment again - The apartment is very clean, has everything you need for a short or longer stay - washing machine, dishwasher, hair dryer, all kinds of cooking utensils. Everything is new and in excellent condition. We were in apartment 13, which is on the second floor. The building is in very good condition, it is clean and quiet. The check-in and check-out procedure is quick and easy. There are large supermarkets near the apartment. The tram is also nearby, which is four stops from the center /Opera/. From the airport take the s7 train to Rennweg station. The apartment is located 5-6 minutes walking distance from there. I am only sharing for information that the toilet in the apartment is quite small and an overweight person would not feel comfortable. There is also no wardrobe in the bedroom, but this is compensated by the large wardrobe in the living room. The only thing I would change if I were the manager of the apartment - I would put more toiletries and possibly slippers. The apartment is professionally managed and I would recommend it to anyone visiting Vienna for business or pleasure.
• Murat (10/5): Good location, Clean and satisfaction apartment - apartment is so big for families with 3 or 4. Everything is considered so you need every tools in apartment for your stay. Location is also good, very close to train stations, bike stands. there is gross market and bakery nearby. there is not any.

• Anastasia (10/5): The perfect choice! - Angelika was very kind and helpful, she helped us with how to get to the house. She accepted our request for earlier check-in. Her hospitality was very warm. The house was very comfortable for four people which was us. It had everything we needed and was very clean. There is a metro nearby and a tram that connects the area with the center, if you want you can of course walk, but if it's cold it's convenient to take the tram. In the night we returned home from the center by taxi which cost around €10. There is nothing negative except that the heating in the evening was not very strong (Sometimes it was closed at night) and we were cold.

Angelika met us at her office located at the same house and showed us the appartment. It is light and spacy, in a renovated vintage house. It has a large guest room and a bedroom with everything you need - nice sofas, a bigger table for having our meals and a smaller one at the sofas; a large wardrobe with mirrored doors, excellent beds, a TV in each room, a kitchen with all household appliances and a dish washer, and a spacy bathroom with a washing machine. And a perfect welcome surprise in the fridge - a bottle of Prosecco 😊 Angelika is a perfect host - she promptly replied to all our inquiries before our visit, she also allowed us to check in earlier and check out later, and she suggested the best public transport connections and closest food shops. Angelika, thank you very much💖 You have to take into consideration that there is no lift in the house - we knew it and it was ok for us.
• Yvonne (9/5): Superb - Feels like home, all amenities are there. The place is spacious, quiet and absolutely clean. The host is extremely helpful, solve problem in an efficient way. The only comment I have is not walkable to the city center but the transportation is handy in the area. I guess it's paid off when the rent price is reasonable
