• Emmanouil (1/5): Terrible - … When we got there, it was so dirty. The pictures, of course, looked nice but it wasn’t as clean as the pictures suggested. You can’t cook in the kitchen. Would absolutely not recommend.

• Art (10/5): Choose it when travelling to Vienna - Extremely nice, convenient, spacious, minimal place. For a family of four it has been amazing. The bathroom modern, clean, excellent. Fantastic sleep, comfortable beds, covers, pillows..Amazing huge windows with view to the pedestrial area. The location was great, with transportation, very safe, posh viennese.. great gelateria downstairs, great bakeries, open market, brunch spot, shops etc. Would choose it again. The price was excellent. The stay was great, some negative details.The building in which the flat was situated is like from a horror movie... old, dirty, demolished in some parts, with 3 doors to trespass, 50 steps to go up, some doors had still christmas decorations though easter..my kids where frightened. Of course the owner can not renovate the whole building but if eg there were two girls travelling alone and the indoor lighting would go off, as it happened to us.. i can not imagine!!!! When entering the apartment is like an oasis! Most cups had cracks, so they must be replaced. Also everything left inside eg salt, spagghetti etc where open and used. So better if there was nothing. Of course a good touch would be at least one bottle of water because we arrived very late with small kids and also two rolls of papers for the toilet. I speak from experience from our booking apartments. Finally for two days we had no wifi, make sure the owner gives you the correct password from the beginning!!! I am trying to give a sincere analysis of what to expect

I wouldn’t come back agai - Location and floor plan On our arrival the apartment was dirty and smelled bad. It’s on the third floor without elevator. Long stairs. Renovation required. There is no dishwasher!

• Sandyandmichael (10/5): Palatial apartment in Vienna. - We felt at home the minute we arrived. The apartment is so spacious and comfortable with large rooms and high ceilings. Great beds, comfortable lounge, stylish dining table and chairs. The bathroom is huge with a tub and separate shower, plus a washing machine. Nice light through the large windows. Fantastic location. We walked everywhere and there is a good buzz in this neighbourhood. It was a last minute booking as our prior booking had to cancel and they did all they could to get us in as soon as possible. Key safe for easy access. Kitchen is a bit tired and needs some paint. Would be good if they repaired or replaced the blind on the corner window, so you could raise it and look out the beautiful bay window. It didn't affect us, but non family groups would need to know you have to walk through one bedroom to get to the 2nd bedroom.
• Milan (10/5): Exceptional - Overall, to be praised and recommended. Excellent location in a nice area on the setalist, quiet, right next to the station. Near restaurant and bakery. Spacious, nicely done, clean, really true to the pictures. Decorated in the spirit of Vienna. Brilliantly executed key pick up and return. Responsible owners. I would return again.

• Florin (8/5): Good value for the money - There was plenty of space. Supermarket very close to it. Tram next to it. The floor could get some cleaning. It was sticky at some points and no hotel shoes included

It was a very nice apartment and also very clean ,the mos important was the gentleman that was managing the apartment he was so helpful,everything we needed he was there for us and brought everything. Easy to comunicate with him . I would highly recommend the place 😀

• Laura (8/5): Very good - The rooms were spacious and the location is excellent. There was not enough bedding for all 6 people. Our host managed to fix that and was helpful. In Winter the rooms are quite cold (especially the toilet!) but probably normal for this type of old building.
