• Shalala (10/5): - Very nice and comfortable fully equipped apartments with all necessary things for stay. Location is good, near city center and metro station 5 minutes away. Very good panoramic view to the Modena park and a balcony to have coffee. Hostess is very polite and carefull. We really enjoy our stay as at home.

• Dagmara (9/5): Miłe mieszkanie, spokojna okolica, bardzo miły pobyt - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, ładne mieszkanie, pomocni gospodarze (umożliwili wcześniejsze przybycie, a także przechowanie bagażu). W mieszkaniu wszystko, co potrzebne - ekspres do kawy i kapsułki, toster itd., żelazko, pralka (nie używaliśmy, ale jest), suszarka itd. Ogólnie byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni, polecamy. trochę kurzu (w tym kurz i włosy na ręczniku ;-(, zakurzona sztuczna roślina w pokoju). "Niebezpieczna" lampa nad stołem, trzeba było uważać podczas podchodzenia do stołu (ostre kanty).

• Kerrie (10/5): Fabulous, modern apartment in a great location. - Great location. Beautiful, spacious apartment with almost everything you could need. Supermarket and bakery close by. Close to public transport. Great shower. Private secure parking. The heating was set too high and couldn’t be changed but the washing dried quickly! Pillows were uncomfortable. No instructions found to use the appliances.
• Christian (9/5): Empfehlenswerte Unterkunft mit zentraler Lage mitten in Wien ❤️ - - sehr gute Lage und top Anbindung (U-Bahn ca. 5 Minuten entfernt) - Tiefgaragen Stellplatz - Bäcker am Eck - persönlicher Empfang und erster Rundgang durch das Apartment Nicht nicht gefallen, eher neutral/Anmerkung: - im Park gegenüber gibt es einen Hundeauslauf und tagsüber gibt es recht viel Gebell - ein Toilettenpapierabroller wäre schön

• Erik (10/5): Een absolute aanrader! - Het is een zeer aangenaam appartement, heel mooi ingericht, goed voorzien van alle materiaal, zeer goed bed, uitzicht op een klein parkje, spar en bakker om de hoek. Er was een goede communicatie met de eigenaar. Bovendien is het heel goed gelegen om Wenen te bezoeken (nabij het stadspark). /
• Guenter (9/5): Komfortable und ruhige Unterkunft in exzellenter Lage - Die Lage ist hervorragend. Nahe zur Bushaltestelle (2 Minuten) mit sehr schneller Verbindung zur Stadtmitte. Parkplatz inklusive fuer Auto in grosszuegigem Parkhaus direkt nebendran ein Riesen-Plus. Die Wohnung selbst ist komfortabel und hat alles zum Wohlfuehlen. Keine Dusche, aber Badewanne mit Duschvorhang.

The keys were handed over by a considerate woman who showed everything in the apartment. Highly recommended! No negative things at all

Met on arrival & shown to apartment. Good Wi-Fi connection. Spacious & clean apartment with fantastic shower. We found it very warm & struggled to adjust the temperature - but rapidly adapted.

• David (8/5): All in all, a very good apartment and locality excellent as only a 10 minute walk to the Stadt Park - Location was excellent as bus stop very close as was the supermarket and park The air conditioning was poor as it was very warm. It was under floor air conditioning and was not working as it ws set too high and owner couldn’t change it. We requested a fan for the bedroom as it was very warm in there.

Apartment was nice and bright and well equipped with a nice bathroom and living area. Apartment was very clean and of a good standard. A full length mirror would have been good, just to make hair drying / styling easier. Pillows could have been better.
