• Stephanie (5/5): Passable - The property has a lot of potential . It’s in a ok area a little far away from the main attractions . Parking is just down the street so that was good. The couches were very dirty . We didn’t even sit on them . Had crumbs and some Stains , no hand soap in the bathroom, shampoo or anything . Very basic, we didn’t have access to the patio or windows until the last day after messaging for the key.
• Vik (10/5): Very pleasant stay. - The location is good for family with kids(playgrounds around). The flat is quite big, well equipped, it had all person needs for the comfortable stay. Tram station is very close with tram taking you to the downtown area. Maybe parking was a bit of the problem, although solvable. For the hour stay you can park near by, for the longer time you need to find the parking garage in the near by area.
• Peter (1/5): Non existent. We left since it was waaaay too hot without AC - The unit itself is great for layout, size and furnishings. What was the deal breaker was ZERO air conditioning despite it being advertised as having AC. It’s on a ground floor but that did not help the sweltering temperature when it is 35C in Vienna. We did not stay and left immediately once it was clear that there was ZERO air conditioning since it was not conducive to sleeping. Hosts offered fans and to get a portable ac unit the next day. No way. If it is advertised as having AC, then install it. Falsely advertised. Pursuing a full refund from Booking.com staff as I write this. Not impressed with the lack of response and ghosting from the host once the problem became apparent. See above. Utterly sweltering in 35C with zero AC despite it being advertised as having it. Being basically ghosted by the host after the AC problem was raised was not impressing.

• G2 (8/5): Modern apartment, quiet, location, easy walk to station and Expedithalle. - Great location! Close to tram, shops, playground. Easy walk from train station, modern building. Amazing shower! Kind and helpful host. The large bed needs new mattresses. They sink in the middle.

• Gerry (10/5): A very pleasant stay in Vienna - The apartment was tidy and clean, and it's in a very nice neighborhood. There is a little garden where you can make barbecue if you want. In the area there is a park where you can walk your dog or jog. There is alos a nice cafe + bakery, DerMann, where you can have a great breakfast. The host is very helpful and nice! We recommend this place definitely!
• Maxi (4/5): Disappointing - nice apartment very hard to find the location, communication was via video. To get the invoice it took several weeks and only several attempts to reach the host finally made it happen. too much effort overall.
• Adrian (8/5): It was a no - The property was clean and very nice decorated in a quiet place. Helpful host. Also you have the train station 10 minutes from where it is. The air conditioning was very noisy and not cooling properly. Also being a portable ac the evacuation hose wasn’t fitted and took me ages to get it fitted. Also the neighbour had a programmable watering system and was throwing water exactly where the table was and half of the garden so morning coffee we had it inside.

• Tetiana (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent apartments, well equipped, have everything and even a little more😉))) The location is super, 3 minutes to the tram, park, playgrounds, a new residential complex. Our weekend in Vienna was great!
• Anonymous (9/5): Superb - Well equipped apartment with a beautiful terrace - great for bringing dogs. It’s also close to a park and dog park. It had everything we needed and the host was very responsive. Parking was nearby and when needed at the check out you can park in the supermarket nearby for 2 hours free of charge
• Abu (6/5): Unexpected.. - The apartment is fully furnished with modern apparatus and equipments. The decoration was unique and some are beautiful. The unit was not very clean. There were many unclean stain on the floor. The unit also is not close to the main train station. You need to take tram from Vien Hbf to reach. The tea bags were rotten.
