• Vlastimir (4/5): Nismo zadovoljni - Lokacija je u mirnom delu grada u blizini centra, nekih 20minuta hoda, u blizini je prodavnica i tramvajska stanica. Treba znati da nakon 22h uveče nema toliko sadržaja u okolini. Komunikacija sa domaćinima je prošla dobro, izašli su u susret našem zahtevu. Higijenski uslovi ovog apartmana su neprihvatljivi i na veoma niskom nivou.

Nečistoća je glavni prigovor, stan je neodržavan, s ogromnom količinom sive paučine i debelim naslagama prašine, podovi jako prljavi, we školjka s tamnim naslagama. Namještaj je jako pohaban, zidovi vrlo prljavi, neokrečeni. Toaletni ručnici tvrdi i stari. Slike na bookingu ne odgovaraju stvarnom stanju. Šteta, jer uz malo truda i malo novaca za uređenje stana te redovito održavanje, mogao bi biti puno ugodniji i privlačniji. Također, u kuhinji mali znak pažnje u vidu nekoliko vrećica čaja, kave, šećera dao bi ugodniji osjećaj dobrodošlice. Neobično, nema organizirane spremnike razdvajanja otpada, samo jedan otvoreni koš za sve, nema koš za otpad u kupaonici/wc-u.

• Denise (9/5): Foi muito bom. Agradeço e voltaria - A localização muito boa. Havia um mercado bem na frente. Fizemos muitas coisas a pé e outras pegamos o bonde próximo. O sistema de transporte é muito bom. Dalia nos recebeu na porta. O prédio antigo, mas o apartamento estava conservado, limpo e tinha tudo que precisamos. Era aos fundos do prédio e muito silencioso, o que foi ótimo. A única questão é que o colchão era um pouco mole para nós. O quarto bem aquecido, (ótimo), mas o edredon quente demais para mim. Poderia ter uma coberta mais fina.

Avremmo gradito trovare un bagnoschiuma nella doccia e un telo bagno in più, perchè l'unico telo fornito a persona (di medie dimensioni) costringe ad asciugarsi la bocca e il viso con lo stesso telo utilizzato per la doccia...

• HIROKO (7/5): ロケーションはいいが、寒かった。 - スタッフの方にはいろいろお世話になりました。まず、事前のやり取りで、とてもわかりやすく丁寧にご案内していただきました。 朝の到着でした。幸運にも部屋が空いていたので、チェックインできました。その時、スタッフの方が出てきて鍵の受け取りを手伝ってくださったので、助かりました。ロケーションがよく、リンクの駅の目の前でU6の駅に行くよりリンクを使っていました。フォルクスオーパーでオペラを見て帰りましたが、1人の夜道も問題ありませんでした。 ヒーターの点とインターネットの接続のことです。まず、ヒーターはトイレの中、部屋のヒーターの２箇所で、なかなか暖かくならず、とっても寒かったです。インターネットの接続ですが、４回線あったのですが、初日全く繋がらず、何回かやってみましたがこちらも予定があったので諦めてしまいました。翌日、懲りずに挑戦したら、繋がりました。自分のスマホのWiFiが繋がらない状態でしたので困りましたが、最終的には繋がって良かったです。ヒーターの件は、時期をずらせば、問題ないかもしれませんね。

Il bagno con la doccia non aveva la porta. In bagno solo il sapone per le mani e nulla per farsi la doccia. Un solo telo/asciugamano a testa (non abbastanza, per i miei gusti). Wifi come fosse inesistente. Polvere (strato di spessore non trascurabile) nell'armadietto con le stoviglie.

Apartament jest świetnie położony, tuż obok jest SPAR (zakupy spożywcze) i BIPA (kosmetyki). Tuż przy domu przystanek, z którego tramwajem dojeżdża się do 1. Bezirku. Jest cicho, wygodnie.

• Chin (9/5): Serene, peaceful, quiet and convenient. - Reasonable price for all the facilities and a very comfortable bed. Very close to the centre, while also being very quiet. The neighbours and surrounding area is peaceful at night. Lots of kitchen equipment, there is a dishwasher with a couple of tablets and a coffee machine but with no coffee, was not that big of a deal. If I had to be particular, the shower lever is very sensitive and I almost burnt myself adjusting the water.

• Rafael (9/5): Superb - The hosts were excellent, they kept in touch prior to arrival and made sure check in was very smooth. The location is excellent. not far from the city center and easy to go to all the main attractions, loads of very good restaurants nearby. Very safe to walk around at night. Next time, we will definitely stay here again! Highly recommended! There is no sink in the toilet, only in the shower and in the kitchen. I would suggest to change the pillows.

• Thierry (7/5): Si c'est juste pour visiter Vienne et ne faire qu'y dormir ce logement est un bon rapport qualité/px - L'accueil et la localisation du logement. Nous avons pu stationner la voiture à proximité le temps de décharger et charger les bagages. Toilette séparée. Bon rapport qualité/prix Le logement est beaucoup plus petit que ce à quoi on s'attend (15 à 20m²max). Les photos sont trompeuses et certaines ne correspondent pas au logement. Toutes les photos sont celles de plusieurs logements. Il n'y a pas d'espace salon comme on peut le voir sur une photos. L'espace chambre est minuscule. On sait juste passer entre le lit et le mur pour aller dans le coin cuisine. Le coin cuisine est également minuscule et pas bien équipé. Un évier à 1 bac et une cuisinière avec seulement 2 plaques de cuisson. Pas facile pour faire cuire simultanément viande, légumes et féculents. De plus les boutons fonctionnent à l'envers. Une fois qu'on le sait ça va. Le frigo est spacieux. Les ustensiles de cuisine sont insuffisants. La table de cuisine est minuscule et trop haute. Pas de poubelles sélective. Après la cuisine on arrive directement dans la salle de bains, sans porte! ON est obligé de s'habiller et se déshabiller dans la douche. Pas de gel douche mis à disposition

• Svend (7/5): Beliggenhed perfekt - toilet og håndvask adskilt af køkken - Beliggenhed er super perfekt nær offentlig transport. Parkering i gården er også super til en ok pris. Vi fik først nøglerne til en forkert lejlighed. Først da jeg ville betale for parkering, gik det op for ejer, at vi havde lejet en anden lejlighed. Vi forsøgte at sende SMS til ejer, desværre uden resultat. Der manglede forsat lys på toilettet, da vi afrejste. Spisebordet i køkkenet er for stort. Det er ikke praktisk, at man efter toiletbesøg skal gå gennem køkkenet for at komme til håndvask, som er placeret i badeværelset.

• Cihat Kara (7/5): Central location with charming high ceilings, though parking can be tricky and space a bit tight for - We stayed here for quite a while as we used it for an overnight stop on our route. The location is very central, and the apartment is in an older building with high ceilings, which gives it character. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay. Parking can be difficult, so it’s something to keep in mind. The apartment could feel small for four people, although it is located in a multi-unit building.
• Valeria (6/5): - L'appartamento era semplice ma carino. Pulito e funzionale. In tre persone andava bene. Posizione ottima: davanti c'è il supermercato e la fermata del tram, quindi si raggiunge facilmente qualsiasi angolo di Vienna. Nella zona ci sono comunque alcuni locali tipici non troppo distanti. Volendo hanno un posto auto prenotabile per 15 euro al giorno. Altrimenti consiglio i parcheggio Wifi, che costano molto meno degli altri e non sono distanti. Non ci sono istruzioni per la raccolta differenziata: abbiamo dovuto lasciare tutto in un unico cestino. Abbiamo provato anche a cercare i bidoni nel cortile ma non li abbiamo trovati. Le asciugamani erano piccole e poche (3 piccole per 3 persone per 3 notti). L'ultima sera l'appartamento sotto della proprietà ha fatto una festa karaoke. La musica era altissima: dalla stanza sentivamo le parole e potevamo cantare, ma avendo un bimbo piccolo ci ha messo in difficoltà. La festa è durata fin oltre le 23. Considerando che nell'appartamento è indicato che la notte condominiale va dalle 21 alle 7 del mattino e di non fare rumore ci aspettavamo venisse rispettato o per lo meno di essere avvisati.

Bedroom was more than enough for a family of three; window blinds were a great addition that prevented light from the inner courtyard wake us during the night; everything was very clean. The hosts were great. Location is very communicative. Overall, this will be our choice next time we visit Vienna!

The room was much smaller than on the pictures, and not very well equipped. The kitchen had only two rather small pots so we couldn't cook what we wanted to. It just did not look like what we expected based on the pictures. The bathroom was also very small.

Nice bakery with good coffee across the street. Nice clean apartment with necessary equipment. Elevator. Attentive staff and owners. Definitely will consider this place for my next trip to Vienna. I had a smallest apartment, perfect for one person or skinny couple. 😁 for bigger people, as us, I should book a larger room. Some curtains to the shower room would be good.

The room was a bit colder than the outside temperature. I had to use two blankets and wear my sweatshirt while sleeping even though my stay at mid-to-late-September.

The location is very good, close to the historic centre with a tram and super market right in front of the apartment. It has private parking. All in all I would say an apartment with good value for money so I would definitely go back again. The double bed was a bit old. I would also suggest to change the mattresses and pillows.
