• Ewa (7/5): I recommend it for a short stopover in Vienna if you don’t need high quality standard. - The upside was the separate toilet and shower. My group expressed reservations, but Ms. Sara ultimately responded to our concerns. The apartment we were assigned looked much better in the photos than in reality. The downsides were the ant bait in the room and the carpet, which had seen a lot of wear and tear.

Ralos entupidos (banheiro, pia ) , o único ar condicionado que fica no quarto quebrou e ficamos duas noites - A facilidade do checkin e a comunicação com o dono é a única coisa que eu gostei . Também o fato do fogão funcionar bem, a chaleira elétrica . Limpeza horrível , iluminação horrível! Não tem luz no apartamento, só se abrir as janelas que dão direto para a rua . Havia poeira na cabeceira da cama , todos ficaram super alérgicos . O chuveiro era pessimo!!!!!!!!!

• LuisaLaura (8/5): Esperienza positiva - Con degli amici abbiamo soggiornato in due appartamenti. Gli arredi sono minimal, ma soddisfano tutti i confort per fare una piacevole vacanza a Vienna. Il primo giorno abbiamo fatto la spesa (il supermercato Billa) è raggiungibile a piedi) per fare comodamente la colazione in camera; volendo si può anche cucinare qualcosa di semplice. Punti di forza: pulizia (non è un aspetto da sottovalutare), gli appartamenti erano riscaldati, prezzo, vicinanza ai tram per raggiungere tutti i punti della città, che sono alquanto distanti. A proposito, evitate la Vienna card e comprate gli abbonamenti alle stazioni ferroviarie (€10 al giorno o € 29 x una settimana). Non c'è una reception , ma la signora Sandra ha sempre risposto alle nostre richieste tramite messaggio e al telefono. Unico piccolo neo: il codice dell'apertura porta ci è stato fornito solo in mattinata, praticamente quando eravamo già arrivati a Vienna. Forse per una questione di sicurezza, ma la cosa ci ha creato un po' di ansia. Per il resto tutto ok

• Noemi (5/5): Deludente - Per una notte siamo stati spostati in un’altra camera a causa dell’odore nauseante nella nostra. In camera purtroppo c’era un odore nauseante, la struttura ha potuto provvedere solo per una notte visto che ci hanno spostati in un’altra camera che però il giorno dopo era prenotata. Hanno effettuato di nuovo le pulizie ma purtroppo la puzza persisteva ed è stato davvero difficile. Nella doccia il gancio per poggiare il soffione era rotto quindi è stato un po’ complicato e per di più l’acqua fuoriusciva dalla doccia quindi ti ritrovavi un po’ d’acqua a terra. La camera è piccolina e i cuscini davvero scomodi. La posizione non era molto centrale per i luoghi che dovevamo raggiungere noi spesso dovevamo camminare per una 20 ina di minuti per i tram utili

A konyhában kávè, tea , és minden fajta felszerelés megtalálható. A házigazda kedves volt, és kommunikatív, minden kérdésre hamar válaszolt. Az apartman előtti villamosmegállóból bárhova el lehet jutni, nagyon rövid idő alatt. A mélygarázs a szálláshelyen kiváló az autóval érkezőknek - biztonságos ( applikációval lehet használni) Az ágy nekünk kényelmetlen volt, kevés párna és takaró volt

• Andrzej (2/5): - The apartment was clean. Communication with the host was very poor – we received the check-in instructions only after my phone call and already after the check-in time. The place feels unwelcoming and is very poorly equipped: no place to put a suitcase, a very small table, minimal kitchen equipment, and uncomfortable cutlery. There are no hangers. The bed is sagging and uncomfortable. In addition, there was no reliable information about public transport – we had to figure everything out ourselves.

Heryer temizdi. Ayrıca kahve makinası üstelik kahve bile vardı. Yatakları gayet geniş ve rahattı. Tesisin en büyük artısı konumu. 5 ve 12 numaralı tramvay otelin dibinde. Kesinlikle tavisye ediyorum harika bir yerdi.

• Giuseppe (8/5): Sandra molto disponibile e gentile, e parla benissimo l’Italiano. La casa ottima posizione per visitare Vienna. - La posizione è veramente comoda anche per una famiglia con bambini. La camera era condivisa per 5 posti letti, e i servizi senza finestra.

• Jennifer (10/5): Genial para un par de días - Está limpio, no es ruidoso y tiene todo lo necesario para pasar un par de días. La ubicación es buena, un poco alejado del centro pero se llega perfectamente con un paseo. Tiene al lado una parada de tranvía y es muy cómodo. Nada.

• Mariana (10/5): Great experience! - The owner was very nice, and the apartment was very clean and comfortable! It had everything I needed for a one week stay. There were several tram lines available within a 5 minute walk, and it was very well located for walking to the city centre as well.

Практически не было шума, несмотря на то, что комната расположена на первом этаже, а окна обращены на улицу. Ощущение безопасности. Мы не нашли достаточное количество мешков для мусора и инструкцию по его сортировке.

Heat pump would not work. The TV would not work. Not circulating fresh air. The cooking smells from other apartments came through. Lack of soundproofing. Had to go and buy our own toilet paper! No servicing of the apartment
• Esperanza (7/5): - El apartamento estaba limpio, muy bien comunicado con transporte al centro en 15 minutos , nos permitieron dejar el equipaje en la habitación antes de la hora del check in pero al no estar la habitación lista, dejamos el equipaje y las llaves puestas por fuera del apartamento pero no pasó nada. Le pedí a Sandra, nuestra interlocutora unas almohadas extras y cuando llegamos al apartamento estaban. La zona es tranquila y se duerme con mucha tranquilidad, el apartamento da a un parque privado muy agradable Todo fue correcto, cumplió con nuestras necesidades

Blankets and towels also had to be asked as it wasn’t prepared by the time we arrived (about 6pm!. No soaps and other necessary toiletries as well which shouldve been included.

• BADEA (10/5): un sejur perfect - Apartament foarte spatios si bine dotat cu tot ce ai nevoie , amplasat intr-o zona linistita si sigura aproape de centru. A fost caldura perfecta in interior , temperatura afara fiind si sub zero grade . Patul si perne confortabile , lenjerie impecabila. Un mare bonus este parcarea subterana aflata imediat langa apartament si este la un pret foarte bun tinand cont de amplasarea centrala . nimic negativ

• angs (9/5): - 가성비가 굉장히 좋은 숙소였어요. 깨끗하고 좋았어요^^ 주차도 실내에 편하게 했어요(비용은 싸진 않았지만..) . 메인관광하는곳과는 거리가 좀 있긴 했지만 거리구경하며 걷기에 힘들진 않았어요.
• Michał (9/5): Polecam - Duży, przestronny apartament, urządzony prosto, ale jeżeli przyjeżdżasz zwiedzać Wiedeń i zamierzasz tam spędzać tylko noce i poranki a nie kisić się w pokoju to nic mu nie brakuje. Na upartego to i 7 osób mogłoby tam spać, z tym że 5 z nich w jednym pomieszczeniu. W dużej sypialni znajduje się duże łóżko małżeńskie oraz łóżko piętrowe, w którym dolna kondygnacja również jest 2 osobowa a nadstawka 1 osobowa. W pomieszczeniu z aneksem kuchennym znajduje się rozkładana, średniej wielkości wersalka. Toaleta i prysznic w osobnych pomieszczeniach, oba czyste i schludne. Ogólnie polecam. Linie tramwajowe, której dojeżdżają pod sam apartament mogą nas podwieźć około 3 przystanków w stronę najbardziej turystycznej części miasta, dalej czeka nas 15 min spaceru i jesteśmy pod ratuszem. (Bez tramwaju około 25min marszu). Jeżeli przyjeżdżasz samochodem to bez dodatkowego wykupu garażu ciężko będzie się obejść, miejsca postojowe przy drodze są mocno oblegane. Jedyny minus to brak jakiegoś dużego czytelnego baneru, który ułatwiłby za pierwszym razem dostanie się do apartamentu tym bardziej, że wejście do klatki znajduje się przy ulicy i nie ma za bardzo gdzie tam zaparkować żeby rozeznać się co i jak. Wyjście z garażu inaczej niż przez bramę wjazdowa jest trochę problematyczne bo, drzwi znajdujące się wewnątrz parkingu zaprowadzą nas na tył kamienicy i trzeba będzie trochę pokluczyć po piwnicach i obejść kamienice żeby znaleźć się z powrotem u drzwi wejściowych do apartamentu. Słabo oznaczona lokacja.

• Mikaela (9/5): Great value for money. - Great value for money, great spaces, having the kitchen there was super useful. Only downside was that it was a bit of a walk to all of the main attractions, however it was not too far roughly 30 mins.
• Milena (3/5): ПРИТЕСНИТЕЛЕН! - Местоположението. Неспиращия денонощен шум идващ от входа за подземния гараж, който е залепен за стината на която е спалнята. Кода за вратата получих 30 минути сед пристигането пред мястото за наставяване. Нямаше никой. Наложи се да пиша, а температурата навън беше 4 градуса C.

• Eva Peña Abascal (8/5): Cumple su función - A 30 minutos andando del centro y con parada de tranvía casi en la puerta. Habitación muy amplia. Cama muy grande y con colchón cómodo. Artículos de cortesía como café, mermelada, panecillos, mascara hidratante.... Hay artículos de higiene en el baño. La cafetera de Nespresso no funcionaba correctamente. Incluso compramos café bueno pero salía con posos y sin nada de crema. El resto de útiles de cocina no los usamos.
