• Pia (1/5): - The shower walls have fungus, there was a towel under the shower because it leaks, used razors in the goodies box, a hair drier that cannot be plugged because it has an american addapter, the sink is clogged and dirty, the water smells funky, the fridge is dirty and off, the heating was turned off, the wifi password was wrong so we had no wifi, first aid kit half empty, staines on furniture and all in all dirty, the microwave was dirty and couldn't be plugged in

• Jelena (5/5): - Апартоменты расположены очень удобно, рядом есть парк, магазин. Здание старинное, интересной архитектуры, есть дворик. В апартоменах было украшено к празднику, угощения , но мы указывали, что будет 6 лет ребенок( нас было трое) пастель ребёнку была не заправлена и не предоставлкна, хотя были дополнительные две детские кровати и одеяло и подушки. В ванной забита раковина и течёт смеситель, подключится к Wi-Fi не удалось( пароль был не верным)

• Agata (3/5): Zmęczyło mnie zbyt wiele defektów i zaniedbań w fajnym lokalu. Nie chcę tam wracać. - Lokal w dogodnej lokalizacji, 6 min do metra, 4 stacje do centrum, dłuższy spacer lub 2 stacje metrem do Pałacu Schonbrunn. Lokal mieści się w budynku w drugiej linii od ulicy, więc jest cicho i można spać przy otwartych oknach. Pokój przestronny - jest gdzie spać, jest gdzie zjeść i ogromna szafa do powieszenia ubrań - doceniam ilość wieszaków. Czajnik z możliwością ustawienia różnych temperatur grzania ucieszy wielbicieli np. zielonej herbaty. Zdecydowanie zniechęcający do pobytu jest brud - niedomyte naczynia i sztućce, niedotarte półki w lodówce, włosy po goleniu na umywalce, zużyta golarka w "koszyczku na drobiazgi", uciapana narzuta na łóżko, deska do krojenia w stanie nie do użycia (dzięki przeczytanym opiniom wzięłam swoją deskę oraz patelnię), szare firanki... i kurz. Odpływ w umywalce w łazience zatkany uniemożliwiał korzystanie. Ze zlewu w części kuchennej rozchodził się bardzo męczący odór kanalizacji. Na szczęście pogoda pozwalała na ciągłe wietrzenie. Wi-fi działało kolejnego dnia - po interwencji i przesłaniu prawidłowego kodu. Informacje dotyczące logowania pozostawione w lokalu były rozdarte, nie dały się odczytać, a i tak okazały się niewłaściwe. Nieprawdą jest, że można zaparkować samochód na sąsiednich ulicach płacąc 5 EUR za dobę (taką informację znalazłam na stronie obiektu na Booking.com). Parkowanie jest możliwe nieodpłatnie w weekendy, natomiast w tygodniu można zaparkować na góra dwie godziny wykupując w odpowiednim punkcie opłatę - dla nieobeznanych przyjezdnych to wyzwanie i stres. Parking za 4,50 EUR za dobę znalazłam 6 stacji dalej od centrum. Oświetlenie w lokalu jest bardzo jasne. Brakuje małej lampki na wieczór. Mogłabym pisać jeszcze o poduszkach, pościeli, patelni... inni już pisali przede mną - nic się w tej kwestii nie zmieniło. Wygląda na to, że właścicielka się nie przejmuje.

• King640509040147 (9/5): Superb - The owner Tina is a very sweet woman. The apartment is beautiful and had a garden, location is very convenient as well. It was in an old classic Viennese building The soaps, the handwash and the shower gel were all diluted with water. The dish wash liquid too
• Maria (4/5): Disappointing - The cleaning of the room was in general ok. On the other hand the cleaning of the bathroom was unacceptable. The toilet has not been cleaned from the previous guests . I had to clean it when I saw it when I returned to the room at night.

• Sergio (3/5): The city is was awesome, but the apartment has plenty room to improve - The location is great. 10 min to metro station, 5 min to the supermarket, there is also a bus in 5 min walking going straight to the Museum Quartier. The room is very large with wide wardrobe. The shower has instant hot water. The check-in is 24h - code to the locked keybox. The owner is quite responsive. The room lacked basic level of facilities: 1. The Wi-Fi did not work the 1st day, only after my complaint it started working the next day, but still was weak (probably, the router is cheap and shared between all rooms). 2. The shower cabin is very small and its shower holder is bad - shower can't be fixed in desired position (the tilt not the height) 3. The kettle completely drove me crazy: it does not have on/off button. It should be turned on/off only by plugging in/out its outlet!!! The 2nd thing it does not have automatic off function when the water reaches the boiling point which may be dangerous. I even got burned a little from its vapor trying to switch it off. 4. There was no coffee or coffee machine as it was stated (there was some coffee-like mess, but it appeared and tasted as very old). 5. There was no room for the microwave, so it was placed above the fridge - short people will be unable to reach it. 6. There was only 1 towel per person, only the big one, no face towel. Moreover, for some reason my towel had bad smell - not because of dirt, but rather forgotten to be taken out in time from the washing machine. Since face towel was missing, that smell constantly reminded me of itself. 7. Tooth paste was missing despite my prior request what I should bring. Weirdly, after I bought the tooth paste on the last day of my staying, it miraculously appeared in the bathroom. That kind of games I do not accept. 8. Liquid soap was heavily diluted, thus useless, the bar soap was already used (probably from previous tenants). 9. The frying pan had a significant bump in its center, so it made it quite challenging to get cooked anything on it. 10. Washing machine had someone's clothes inside, never used. 11. The owner stated it has a "shuttle from/to the airport". I don't know Booking definition for "shuttle", but it certainly not the taxi which I can order by myself.

• Thilini (7/5): Value for money - It was large and spacious. Heater and hot water and was closer to the Metro and bus stations and the host is very accommodating Tiny bathroom that you can barely move around
