• Sabine (8/5): Ideal für ein paar Tage. - Für ein paar Tage ist das Appartement sehr gut geeignet. Die Lage ist am Stadtrand, wir waren mit dem Auto unterwegs und daher war es für uns kein Problem, etwas länger zu fahren. Wir waren mit dem Aufenthalt zufrieden und würden wieder buchen.
• Leon (7/5): - Es ist eine kleine Wohnung. Alles daran ist vollkommen in Ordnung, es ist sauber, die Ausstattung passt. Parkplatz in einer Tiefgarage gleich in der Nähe. Der Knackpunkt ist natürlich die Lage. Man ist zwar ganz gut angebunden - Straßenbahn gleich daneben, S-Bahn 15 Minuten zu Fuß, aber man braucht halt 45-60 Minuten in die Immenstadt.

• Azize (9/5): Sehr empfehlenswert 😊 - Die Wohnung war gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, auch mit großen Töpfen! Die Betten waren gemütlich. Die Innenstadt erreicht man einfach mit den Öffentlichen( Dauer ca.45min.). Die Supermärkte erreicht man zu Fuß in ca. 10Minuten. Die Garage ist sehr praktisch! Das Auto parken und ruhen lassen. Ich empfehle diese Wohnung gerne weiter! Keine Spülmaschine und der Wasserkocher hat nicht richtig funktioniert.

The apartment has everything needed for a comfortable stay – a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and a pleasant atmosphere. The transport connections are very convenient, with public transportation located right next to the property.

• Cornelia (10/5): Entspannte Wientage! - Diese Wohnung liegt etwas außerhalb vom Zentrum und ist absolut ruhig. Man hat vor der Haustüre Anbindung an die Öffis und hat einen sicheren Abstellplatz für sein Auto. In der Wohnung wird Komfort sehr hochgeschrieben. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und man hat alles was man braucht. Es gibt sogar Tee, Gewürze, Zucker und ein Gastgebergeschenk. Unsere Erwartungen wurden zu 100% erfüllt und wir würden wieder kommen. Es war alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit! Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln!

• Jelena (10/5): Odlican smjestaj - Stan je bio cist, dostupna sredstva za osnovno ciscenje, mikrovalna, pecnica, toster, kuhalo za vodu, aparat za kavu, perilica rublja. U stanu smo bili jako malo, samo prespavati i obaviti dorucak. Kreveti udobni, prostora dovoljno. Niti znacajna udaljenost od centra nam nije bila problem jer je gradski prijevoz super organiziran, dodatna avantura.

Kostenloser Parkplatz. Gute und reichliche Ausstattung. Geschirr, Besteck war nicht sauber (Restmahlzeiten am Teller). Von den Nachbarn ist das Sessel schieben lautstark zu hören. Fenster nicht sehr dicht, dadurch hört man die Nachbarn auf der Terrasse sehr laut.
• Ursula (10/5): Es war perfekt - Wir möchten unsere positive Erfahrung mit der Unterkunft teilen. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt! Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor der Tür und die Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist nur einen kurzen Fußweg entfernt. Das Einkaufszentrum Riverside ist in nur 5 Autominuten erreichbar und auch der wunderschöne Wienerwald ist schnell zu erreichen. Die Fahrt in die Innenstadt mit Bus und Bahn dauert etwa 24 Minuten. Die Unterkunft selbst war sehr sauber und wir haben die Gastfreundschaft der Vermieter ausgesprochen geschätzt. Es war alles vorhanden, was wir benötigten, und in nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß gelangten wir zur Tiefgarage. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die ruhige Lage in einer schönen Gegend, die unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit! 🫶

• Matthias (10/5): Diese Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen. - Uns gefällt es immer weieder sehr gut. Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Das nette Begrüßungsgeschenk (Mozartkugeln und eine Flasche Wein) gibt es immer noch. Wir ziehen diese Pension jedem Hotel in Wien vor. Der inbegriffene Parkplatz ist Gold wert in Wien. Alles Kurzparkzone und sehr teure Parkhäuser. Bis auf ganz wenige Außnahme. Nix gefunden.

• Misa (10/5): I recommend this place for Vienna visit! - Nice apartment on the first floor. Beds are really comfy. The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need. The public transport is fine. Night time public transport become a bit sparse so take that into account.

• Fedor (10/5): A perfect location for a carefree family visit to Vienna - Location is outside Vienna, but with (multiple) great public transport connections to the city centre. Very, very peaceful neighbourhood. Parking garage (free) located 100m away. We found it to be a perfect location for a carefree family visit to Vienna. Nice info-book in the room - garage, shops, caffes, restaurants and similar (in the vicinity). Comfortable beds, good Wi-Fi, everything clean, a true value for money situation. We will come again. The apartment is (almost) fully equipped. Nothing is really missing for a 2-4 night stay. A filter-coffee machine is also there, but take some (coffee) with you, if you are a coffee person. We arrived late and had nowhere to buy any, so we had a grumpy morning :) This is not "criticism" for the property, just a heads up so you bring some with you.

• Magdalena (8/5): Great place to stay, would recommend! - We travelled to Vienna for a concert, the apartment had almost everything we needed, 3 single beds, comfy sofa, good equipped kitchen, shower was working well and there are several great mirrors. The host was communicating very well, getting into the apartment was super easy. It’s a bit far away from the centre but there are several buses and trams stations right in front of the building and connections are decent. We liked being in quiet and safe area. Just a small thing be we couldn’t work out how to use the microwave to make a popcorn, I even looked up manual online and we tried several programmes but it always got burned or not popped at all.

• Ciupitu (10/5): Excellent. - Great hosts (friendly and very helpful), great location (a quiet neighborhood where I felt safe to take walks with my kid even in the evenings), 30 seconds away with tram or bus (short ride to Schonbrunn Palace, Zoo, Technical Museum or the Historical Center), 15 minutes walk away from the mall. I and my family loved the apartment. It was equipped with everything that an apartment needs. The garage with the parking place is situated 1 minute away from the accommodation (in Vienna it is very very hard to find a long time parking place, and to be so close from the accommodation). We will definitely return here on our next trip to Vienna. Loved everything about this accommodation.

Luise was very helpful and answered every question very quickly. The instructions were clear and precise, and she was also generous. The location of the apartment did not suit us because it is in a quiet and peaceful area. The apartment has everything you could need, so we felt right at home. A very important thing that is rare in Vienna is a private closed garage with a free parking space for your car. A warm recommendation from our side.

It has all the equipment we needed as described. The kitchen is well equipped, as the entire apartment. The bathroom has a lot of shelves for our stuff which was very convenient. The garage is great, it is safe to leave the car there and it is very close to the apartment. The owners gave us all the info we needed to get in and how to use the garage. A lot of information is also available in the apartment in printed form, for example transportation, nearby stores, garage location, etc. We had a great time in Vienna in this apartment. Without a car you will loose many hours in traffic. We took 20 min by car only to reach a Park and Ride station. Also please note that the parking is very expensive in the central area of Vienna.

• Ali (6/5): just ok for the price - The location of this apartment is really bad. it is outside of city and you have to drive min 30 minutes to get to city center. the apartment doesn’t have a good view from inside.
• Seres (9/5): Superb - The location is good, the bus and tram stop is just around the corner. But you do not hear any noises, so you can relax and sleep well. Host are very friendly and helpful.Cleanliness was very good, this is important for me so I was satisfied. We traveled with our 7.5 month old dog and there is a park near to the accommodation where we could unleash him and met local people to have some interesting conversations.

• Dzianis (9/5): Good value for money, if you have a car - The apartment is located in a quite peaceful area on the outskirts of Vienna. It's a suburb neighbourhood with mostly 2-story buildings. There's an underground parking garage in the next building which was very handy. There's a self check-in with a lock box. The hosts sent us a very spot-on instructions on how to get the keys, how to use the garage and etc, which was very convenient. They have 2 apartments for rent. We had the one without the washing machine. It was a bit smaller than it looked on photos. However, it was very clean and had everything you need: fully equipped kitchenette, utensils, wi-fi, TV, towels and etc. Everything was in a good condition. I would definitely recommend this place if you have a car, or you don't mind spending around an hour to get to the center. Really far from the city center and all the main sights. It's almost outside of Vienna. It took us ~30 min to get to the center by car and more than 40 min by public transport. Obviously, it's cheaper than the options closer to the center, but you have to consider the distance. Our place didn't have a washing machine and a dishwasher. But it was just too small to fit those in. The sound proof is not perfect, so you might hear your neighbour sometimes. Although it's not critical, as the place is generally very quite and seem to respect privacy and silence.
