• Hella (7/5): Mit einigen Handgriffen durchaus zu empfehlen. Gegend Geschmackssache - Gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Wichtig,da booking eine falsche Hausnummer angegeben hat.Es war warm.Wasser aus den Hähnen heiss,ruhige Wohnung zum Hof. Insgesamt ok. Reste von Vormietern vorgefunden. Den Wein derjenigen haben wir stehen gelassen. Duschgelreste etc entsorgt.. Balkon war vorhanden entsprach aber nicht den Bildern,eher ungepflegt. Keine Lampen an den Nachttischen ,neue Nachttische wären nicht schlecht. Die Glühbirnen der Lampen teilweise ohne Funktion. Es war angenehm wirkte aber eher mal so für den nächsten bereit gestellt. Umfeld fast komplett in osmanischen Hand. Die Dusche leider schnell zwischen kalt und heiss wechselnd.Küche...Dunstabzugshaube könnte eine Reinigung und Licht vertragen. Insgesamt ok.

• Цветелина (10/5): Цветелина - Удобна локация която е близко до метрото. Бързо и лесно настаняване. Собствениците по всяко време се отзовават. Чисто и подредено. Препоръчвам с две ръце. Няма нещо което да не ни хареса.

• angela (8/5): - Diese Wohnung ist wirklich in einer guten Lage und sie war kuschelig warm . Das war im Jänner wichtig. 😍 Bei dem Sanitär Raum ( speziell Dusche)und diversen Mobiliar( Kästen )sind wir wohl etwas anderes gewohnt. 😙
• Jana (6/5): - Sehr zentrale Lage. 2 Minuten zum Bus, ein paar wenige mehr zur Straßenbahn. Quasi direkt vor dem Haus sind ein kleiner Markt und diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs. Die Wohnung ist in einem Mehrparteienhaus mit sehr viel internationaler Nachbarschaft. Das Bad ist sehr eng, der Kühlschrank war bei unserem Besuch total vereist und ließ nicht nicht einmal richtig schließen.

• Franco (9/5): In definitiva tutto ok.. - Ringrazio l host , la casa era accogliente, 2 appunti , un forno microonde è un tostapane nuovo nn guasterebbero, ma in generale è un appartamento. comodo caldo essendo andata in inverno .. Inoltre in un quartiere tranquillo, a mezz'ora dal centro, ben servito a 450/500 metri il metro u 6 , a 50 metri il tram 12 , a 250 metri dopo la chiesa a destra 5b autobus.. Con cambi , ma , il tempo tot è mezz'ora x arrivare in centro. Inoltre a pochi passi ci sono i supermercati Negozi in genere... . In definitiva tutto ok . Come ho già detto, piccoli dettagli come un tostapane e un forno microonde, nn guasterebbero e gli asciugamani un po' meno ruvidi.. Un telo x asciugare le stoviglie. ☺️

• claudia (6/5): Super Lage in Wien - Die Lage ist super, das multikulturelle Wohngebiet hat uns nicht gestört, der Lärm vom Wochenmarkt war in der Wohnung nicht zu hören, Fenster und Balkon waren zur anderen Seite. In der Nähe gab es mehrere Möglichkeiten um schnell und gut zu essen. Wir haben in der naheliegenden Brigittatiefgarage mit der App für 9 Euro pro Tag geparkt. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Der Geruch im Bad war sehr unangenehm, was ja schon öfter beschrieben wurde..Wir hatten extra ein Raumspray mit, was es etwas abgemildert hat. Der muffige Geruch wurde sicherlich noch verstärkt durch den Wäscheständer im angrenzenden fensterlosen Ankleidezimmet, wo die Bettwäsche und Handtücher vom Vorgänger getrocknet wurden. Das müsste dringend geändert werden. Die äußeren großen Flächen waren sauber, in den Küchenschränken wurde leider lange nicht sauber gemacht, vor allem im Gewürzteil. Das Geschirr war teilweise noch schmutzig, wo sicherlich auch der Vormieter nicht ganz unschuldig ist. Im Geschirrspüler hinterließ dieser auch noch ungewaschenes Besteck. Nachdem wir alles gereinigt hatten,, verlebten wir noch sehr angenehme Tage.

• Aleksandar (10/5): - Sa lokacije je lako doci do svih atrakcija zbog kojih ljudi dolaze u Bec, uz koriscenje javnog prevoza i minimalno vreme hodanja. Lako ga je pronaci kada dolazite. Vikendom je besplatan parking ispred objekta, ali se radnim danom placa 2 EUR na sat. Postoje garaze u blizini, jeftinija udaljena 1 metro stanicu (nesto ispod 4 eur na dan), dok je skuplja (12 EUR na dan) na 2 minuta hoda. U blizini ima puno prodavnica i restorana (uglavnom bliskoistocnih). Stan je odlicno opremljen i cist.
• Angelika (3/5): - Größe der Wohnung hat gepasst Die Wohnung wird als Nichtraucherwohnung deklariert, was wir nicht vorfanden, stinkiger Geruch im Bad.
• Andrea (8/5): - Sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Vermieter. Probleme mit dem Internet wurden sofort behoben. Es war alles da, was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht. Geschäfte und Markt direkt vor der Tür. Die Wohnung geht zum Hinterhof und es ist nachts wirklich ruhig, kein Autolärm. Wir waren mit dem Fahrrad da und konnten die E-Bikes im Hinterhof sicher abschließen. Man musste allerdings eine Treppe runter bzw. Wieder rauf.

• Krzysztof (6/5): - It is surprisingly cool in the hot summer. Very spacious, clean it has what's needed. Apartment wasn't ready. We were waiting outside for personel to have it ready, even though we arrived later than we supposed to. And then owner came to the apartment when we have been packing, even we still supposed to have few minutes left.

• Kitty (7/5): Habe mich wohlgefühlt. - Die Lage ist super. Gegenüber ist der Hannovermarkt. Sehr zu empfehlen. Frisches Obst und Gemüse zu wirklich günstigen Preisen. Nicht weit entfernt ist die Tram, die einem zum Praterstern bringt. Von da aus mit der U1 hat man viele Sehenswürdigkeiten. Eine andere Option ist die U4, die man gut zu Fuß erreichen kann und nach Schönbrunn führt. In der Klosterneuburger Str. ein gemütliches Café gefunden und die Eisdiele mit leckerem Eis. Das Haus ist etwas hellhörig.

• Marije (7/5): - Het was een ruim appartement met voldoende voorzieningen. De eigenaren waren goed bereikbaar. Het was fijn geweest als er wat meer informatie was over het appartement, bijvoorbeeld over hoe de apparatuur werkt en wat er moet gebeuren bij het verlaten van het appartement.
• Yuliia (4/5): - Our experience with this accommodation was not very positive. We wouldn’t book these apartments again. First of all, there was an unpleasant and unclear smell noticeable immediately upon entering. It didn’t go away even with the windows wide open. The apartment is equipped with the essentials for a short stay, but for example, not a single coffee capsule was left for the coffee machine. On a Sunday, it’s impossible to buy them nearby, which was quite inconvenient for me. The apartment itself didn’t meet our expectations — a clear case of expectations vs. reality. For instance, the balcony view was directly onto trash bins. The balcony itself was not as shown in the pictures: it looked neglected, with no flowers like in the photos. The location seemed close to main attractions on the map, but getting around was still inconvenient. There’s no direct tram; you have to change lines. Another drawback is that the apartment is located right next to a market, which means a lot of noise and general discomfort. Lastly, we didn’t like that it’s an old building. For this price, we’ve stayed in much better apartments in Vienna — modern buildings with better conditions overall.

• Maša (6/5): Budget friendly, but somewhat dingy - The location is good, quite close to the Jägerstrasse U-Bahn, although this isn’t a direct line to the city center. There are a few shops in close proximity, as well as a parking garage (12€ per day in 2025). The apartment is spacious enough for 4 people. The kitchen is well equipped if you’d want to make yourself a meal. The host provided coffee. The towels and the sheets smelled OK, the water pressure is great. The internet works very well, you also have Netflix etc. on the TV for some R&R in the evening. There’s a general air of unkemptness in the apartment. It could do with some fresh paint, a dehumidifier in the bathroom (we could smell mould every morning). The furniture is pretty banged up, the small terrace even has some weeds growing at the side. It just didn’t feel clean although it might have been, probably because of the dark furniture, dim lighting etc. I know this is subjective but even after long days of walking around Vienna, I didn’t enjoy coming home and taking a shower at this place. After finding some random easter eggs in the fridge, my suspicions about less-than-examplary cleanliness grew even more. Due to the humidity in the really small bathroom it would also be great if the property would provide more towels and mats, since they didn’t dry properly most days. Kids slept on a pull-out couch, which slid apart during the night so they woke up and we had to put it back together. Not exactly comfortable. Last, we’re used to hosts reaching out during the stay to check if everything is OK. We didn’t hear from the hosts after we texted 30min out. We also didn’t have instructions on how to check out. So yeah… lesson learned, only hotels in Vienna from now on. But it’s not horrible if this is the most you can afford on your budget.

• Xandra (8/5): Very good - It's big and comfortable enough for two people spending a couple of days in the city. The instructions and communication with the host were perfectly clear and they were kind enough to allow us to do an early check-in. Lots of public transportation options to reach the city centre, which isn't very far away. There's also a supermarket very close as well as places to eat. The apartment was well equipped and warm, although we missed some paper towels for the kitchen, for instance. Very nice stay overall! There was a funny smell that we noticed the moment we entered the apartment and we continued to smell it the entire stay. It was not bad, and you get used to it, but it was there. Also, we had some issues with the shower head, it probably needs some fixing.. But other than that, nothing negative to say.

• Daria (7/5): Quiestionable location - The apartment is spacious, the self-checkin is easy and smooth. Shteryu is very attentive and responsive, he gave all necessary tips about transport, nearby restaurants, shops, etc. The building is located in front of a huge market, there are many migrants in the area, it takes about 40 minutes to get to the center on foot. The apartment was not sufficiently clean, there was quite a lot of dust, especially under the beds and around the bedroom. The reality doesn’t match the pictures.

• Denisa-elena (7/5): Good - The host has included a lot of useful information in the confirmation e-mail, also called us to make sure the apartment is clean and ready by the time we arrive. Also, they responded to WhatsApp messages quickly. The apartment was nice and cozy, and the kitchen is fully equipped. There is a coffee machine, but no coffee or tea (there were 2 teabags but they looked like leftovers from other guests). The apartment definitely needs a refresh (a bit too dusty) and a deep cleaning. Also some nice touches might be a plus for future guests (water, tea, coffee, napkins).
• Kinga (10/5): I really recommend staying in this place :) - It’s a nice apartment with very convenient kitchen witch I used a lot. I really appreciate the fact that all the sponges and cloth were new and clean. There was a coffee, salt, pepper and some spices that I didn’t need to buy. It’s located quite close to train (U4) and tramp stop. In the area there are some nice bakery’s and small shops. If you are looking for a bigger shops it’s not that far.
• Agnes (7/5): A nice corner in Vienna to call home away from home. - Location was nice on a market place, which is especially lively on Saturdays. The apartment is cozy, with a balcony looking to greens and is nicely furnished. We would have liked to have a microwave, the position of the toilet paper is inconvenient. Also, the appartment was not cleaned properly.
