• Catherine (9/5): Lovely apartment in a wonderful location steps away from the historic area of Vienna. - Very nice apartment just steps away from the historic/touristic center of Vienna. The location was so convenient making sight-seeing and going out in the evening for dinner very easy. The apartment is lovely and very comfortable. While it is a one-bedroom, you can comfortably use the living room, which has a full bed in addition to the couch/chair/TV stand, as a separate bedroom, as it has a door and its own a/c unit. I was traveling with teens so it was helpful to have the additional separate space. The very clean apartment is furnished with new (or very well taken care of) built-in furniture that is nice quality and the living room couches are comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals and has a table with 4 chairs. There is a great Billa grocery store at the end of the block. The apartment overlooks a courtyard where cars are parked so it is very quiet even though it is located on a busier street (restaurants mainly). The apt. has 2 A/C's so it cooled down nicely once we turned them up (it was 35 degrees during our stay!). It was very easy to meet the owner to get the keys (maybe he lives in the building) and he was very responsive to my messages. I highly recommend staying in this apartment in part for the amazing location and also because it was a very relaxing, nice, clean apartment to spend a few nights. Maybe a few more dishes in the kitchen.
• Deanna (9/5): We had an amazing time in Vienna because the location of the apartment was perfect! - Location was perfect. The owner was nice and was great with communication. The apartment was clean and as a family of four, we appreciated the few extra towels that were left. The elevator in the building is small.
• William (7/5): Good - The location was fantastic, close to many tourist sites. The apartment was clean and the housekeeper was wonderful. George answered our calls quickly. What was disappointing: there was no sponge to wash dishes or paper towels, we had to buy them the next day; there was one wine glass and two sherry sized glasses, we had to call to get the user name and password for the internet, the TV did not have a signal, the coffee table was very small (about 18"x18") and on wheels. It just held our iPad, the juice glasses we used for wine and cheese plate. These few things dropped our rating to 4 stars out of five.

• Wu (10/5): Perfect location, we will certainly stay here again in Vienna! - Location is perfect! Restaurants are everywhere. All sights are within walking distance. Staff are friendly. Sofas are comfortable.

• Debra (9/5): Location, location, location! - The description "top location" isn't kidding. The location is AMAZING and very close to main attractions. The apartment is very spacious. The area is pretty, clean, safe, offers a variety of stores and restaurants, and in walking distance to major attractions. The elevator is teeny-tiny with room for one person and their luggage, or two people without luggage. We used the stairs the majority of the time, but it's important to know this for those with mobility issues who need to use the elevator.

• Feliks (9/5): Very good option for the reasonable price. - The property located in a very center of the city, with Billa supermarket around the corner. You can reach any monument by walking. Nevertheless, it is pretty calm in the evening. So, you can leave the windows open. The owner is very kind, lives in the same building, also there were no problem with getting the key. As well we were offered to leave our bags at his place last day. That was cool.

Two doublebeds one in bedroom and other in TV room with door, very convenient for 4 adults. Toilet are separate. Shower inside bath, but very nice showerhead and waterpressure!! Very good communication with owner who met us at the property. Two sets of keys! Good recommendation on sightseeing and restaurant from owner when asked, he answered immediately our message send via booking.com! Nespresso machine with pods, very nice add on! Nice kitchen table with 4 chairs to enjoy family meals. Well equipped kitchen to cook your own meals. Spacious bedroom with comfortable bed and lots of cupboards! The apartment is on the fifth floor. There is a lift fhat fits 3 people. There was no washing machine as advertised, could see the fittings in bathroom, maybe it’s broken. It would also be nice if the broken dishwasher could be fixed in the kitchen (but there was no expectation as it was not advertised to have one)

• Craigandsonia (8/5): Lovely , well located apartment. - Very centrally located and clean. Very effective airconditioning. Host offered to do clothes washing as washing machine did not exist. When we booked it advertised dishwasher and washing machine ... both did not exist when we checked-in. The ventilation/exhaust in the toilet did not work , and there is no window ... so very unhygienic and smelly. We were staying for 7 nights in the middle of summer and needed the washing machine.

The property has two proper bedrooms with kitchen and washroom, clean and working air con. The place is centrally located and allowed us to visit the major tourist spots of Vienna within a span of 1.5days

• Lela (10/5): We would recommend this apartment to our friends - The host was very attentive, he met all our needs. Location was perfect, within walking distance to major attractions in a quiet area. There was supermarket nearby to buy products. Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable.

The property was spacious allowing my husband and I to have separate beds (we both had coughs that were disturbing one another). We did not use the TV. Initial issues with internet that were quickly resolved. Washing machine was left full of water from previous tenant that had become putrid. Owner attempted to fix but was unable. Repair person required following our departure. Owner attempted to do anything to help us and said to contact him should we need anything. The apartment had everything we needed for our short stay No issues really
