• Olympia (8/5): - The area is very nice and quiet close to the centre. The apartment is also very comfortable, quite, with a nice balcony. The TV didn't work, although we didn't need it.

• Jelena (9/5): - Clear and understandable instructions for entering the apartment. Very nice, comfortable apartment and well equipped. It was warm and very cozy. Big plus was parking included in the price. It is connected good to the transport going to the city center. There is a supermarket on a five minutes from the apartment. Bed in the bedroom not so comfortable.

• Manca (9/5): Cozy apartment! - Cozy and clean place in a great location! The parking was also close and free of charge! We had everything we needed! Wifi wasn't the best and we had a little difficulty with the stove as there was a specific system (turning a specific knob) that wasn't explained, but the host was very responsive and solved it quickly.

• Erwin (9/5): - Die Wohnung hat alles, was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Besonders gut, dass man eine im Preis inbegriffenen Parkplatz hat. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut. Ruhig im Hinterhof und in ein paar Minuten ist man bei der Straßenbahn Haltestelle.

• Norac (5/5): - The apartment is cozy and beautiful. Smoking is prohibited on the balcony and in the yard. After entering the apartment, we received additional messages/warnings about the prohibition of holding celebrations, compliance with house rules, the prohibition of smoking in the apartment (stated in the ad) and the prohibition of smoking on the balcony and in the yard (not stated in the ad). And there is an ashtray in the yard (some other tenants smoke).

• Ramšak (7/5): We had a nice stay, the apartment is modern, but a bit too cold. - It was close to the tram stations. Close to the store. In nice neighborhood (you feel safe). In 20minutes you can be in the center. You have a safe parking place. The apartment is spacious. Kitchen is equipped. It was a bit cold, it said its set to 22 degrees, but it wasn’t, it felt more like 18/19 degrees. I wouldn’t go there with a small child, because its for sure too cold. In the middle of winter it should be a warmer in the apartment. The radiators were cold most of the time or slightly warm. But not enough to make the space warm. The thermostat was locked, so you could not set the temperature higher.
• Anastasia (1/5): Terrible - I absolutely do not recommend staying in this apartment. We landed in Vienna around 11 AM and asked the owner if we could check in earlier than 3 PM, the official check-in time. Our request was denied, supposedly because the apartment needed to be cleaned after the previous guests. When we finally arrived at the apartment, it was freezing cold... It’s regrettable that the owner refused to accommodate our request. Another issue was the temperature limiter installed in the apartment. Heating it to a comfortable level would have taken about three days, which was impossible given our two-night stay. The next morning, the boiler stopped working entirely. Assuming it was due to the temperature limiter, we left for the day, hoping it might reset. When we returned in the evening, the boiler was still not working, and the apartment was unbearably cold. I contacted the owner, who claimed they would resolve the issue but did absolutely nothing. We had to endure the freezing cold with two small children, in an apartment where the temperature was no more than 8°C, comparable to the temperature outside. We requested electric heaters, but the owner ignored this and only sent a boiler technician the next day—just as we were checking out. We suffered through a night of extreme cold, which caused my children to fall ill. Upon returning home, one of them was diagnosed with pneumonia due to that dreadful night, which felt like being trapped in a medieval prison. Not only was our entire vacation ruined, but we are now left dealing with the consequences of this owner’s irresponsibility. It’s worth noting that the apartment is located on the ground floor, with a basement underneath, which makes the floors extremely cold and contributes to the overall chilliness of the apartment, so limiting the temperature to 22 degrees is an extreme and unreasonable measure, showing a complete lack of consideration for the comfort of guests.

• Otasevic (4/5): Disappointing - The accommodation was clean, well-equipped, and tastefully decorated and situated in a great location. During our stay, it was extremely cold inside. There was a notice stating that the temperature in the apartment was set to maintain between 20-22°C, which would have been fine if it were true. In reality, the temperature was much lower, around 16°C. The thermostat was set to 18°C but clearly wasn’t achieving even that. Since the thermostat was locked, I requested the code to adjust it because we were already spending time wrapped in blankets due to the uncomfortable cold. The hosts responded to all our attempts with automated replies with advices that didn’t address the real situation at all. They suggested things like "turn up the radiator knobs," but there were no knobs on any of the radiators, or "increase the thermostat temperature", even after they gave us the code to unlock it, this didn’t improve the heating. The think is that the boiler was set to a low temperature, which couldn’t be changed, so all instructions given by host to increase the temperature, were, clearly, completely ineffective. In the end, it just feels disappointing to have spent holiday trying not to catch a cold.

• Péter (10/5): Great stay in Vienna! - Perfect for a week-stay with family. Fully equipped, silent, great public transportation options nearby. Loved the balcony for breakfasts! Every morning at 7am a 'wake up call', from the bell of the church behind the building.

• Horvat (5/5): Terribly dirty and cold - Very spacious, cute balcony, apartment is very bright and nice decorated It was terribly dirty. Human hair all over the apartment, unclean stains on the bathroom cabinet with hair stuck to it. The kitchen is dirty. Kettle yellow and greasy, completely uncleaned. Coffee maker too. I opened the cutlery drawer, there were hairs and dust inside. I wanted to clean myself, but there was not a single cloth in the apartment. Dirty decorative pillows and an unwashed blanket were placed on the clean bedding. The apartment is terribly cold, even when it is 29°C outside. The thermostat is locked with a padlock so that the heating, which was set at 15°C, cannot be increased. I find it terrible and shameful, especially since they advertise that it is ideal for families, and my children were freezing. I called the hostess listed in their catalog to ask her how to heat the apartment since the thermostat is locked with a padlock, but she did not answer my call or reply to my message

• Ewa (10/5): Spacious, clean and comfortable. - Spacoius, clean and well equipped apartment. Close to tram stops and in a very quiet neighbourhood. We truly enjoyed our stay.
• Zia (8/5): Very good - Good spacious apartment that is am easy walk to transport options in a quiet neighbourhood near good grocery shopping options. The apartment gets very cold at night even in July when outside temperatures drop to the low teens. It took the host two nights to allow us to access turn on the heating thermostat. This was an unexpected issue for an otherwise good and comfortable stay in a comfortable apartment that is as advertised with a helpful and cooperative host.

• Yvonne (8/5): Very good - The place was perfect for a family with a small child, it even includes a cute courtyard and backyard - perfect during our snowy stay! The host stated that the apartment could only be heated to 22°C, which in theory is perfectly fine, even though we stayed in the depth of winter during a cold snap. The heating system was locked up but even so, it was actually at to 18°C only! Additionally, we found that the apartment had not been vacuumed properly prior to our stay.

• Maria (10/5): Excellent! - Amazing apartment for families located in a fantastic spot. Close to tram stops that connect you directly with the centre and to a huge supermarket that you can find literally everything! We would definitely visit it again! Only thing was missing is a range hood.

Simple Ikea furniture that made you feel right at home. The host responded to our questions promptly. Definitely recommended! It would have been nice to have a washing machine, but there is a washerette not very far, so not a big problem.
