Perfectly situated for exploring the beautiful Vienna. The apartment has everything you should need, it’s well equipped and easy to access. We loved it!

• Ainsley (10/5): Beautiful apartment with everything you need. - The apartment size is really comfortable and has all amenities to use! The building is lovely and easy to navigate in and around. The location is a 10 minute walk from the nearest metro station which is not too far but after a long day, it added an extra hurdle getting home at night.

Betreuung der Wohnung verbesserungswürdig - in der Spülmaschine fehlt Salz und Klarspüler, keine kleinen Händehandtücher für das Bad/ Toiletten vorhanden. Heizungseinstellung über Display (keine vorliegende Gebrauchsanweisung) problematisch, Zimmertemperatur im unteren komfortablen Bereich (nach Anzeige 22,3 Grad, tatsächlich wohl drunter aber nicht erhöhbar). Displayuhr um mehr als 8 Stunden von der wahren Uhrzeit entfernt. Wandbilder mit Klebeband zusammengehalten sind nicht so toll.

• SERENA (10/5): - La casa è davveeo bellissima e comoda, poi si trova proprio in centro. È dotata di tutti i comfort. Non ho apprezzato il fatto che non ci fossero indicazioni su come gestire i rifiuti. Nessuna imdicazione su come fare la differenziata e dove buttarla. Il messaggio che dice che l acqua è potabile non è visibile. Non ho.trovato carino il fatto che dovessi buttare io la.spazzattura e mettere anche la lavastovigle.

• Marco (9/5): Perfect stay. Modern apartment, clean and central location, convenient for everything. - Modern apartment, silent rooms, fully equipped and more than expected spaces. Central location, perfect to move to the main attractions without (or with) public transport. High-responsiviness of the owner/support team. Overall,very positive experience. It's not a complain but just an informative note: if you're leaving on Sunday, then the apartment Concierge is not available if you need to leave your luggage for a couple of hours after the check-out. So remember to ask for either a late Check-In (40 hour in advance, extra service to pay) or search for a different solution in the city centre.
• Pamela (6/5): Very good location and potentially a good place to stay but support and maintenance disappointing. - Location, spacious and quite well equipped. Bed reasonably firm. Well heated. Nice staff on reception in the building. Took three days to fix a hob(stove top) which was not working. Communication long-winded and unhelpful. A1 style messages not appreciated and no substitute for people taking action. Sofa uncomfortable. Fridge needed defrosting, and dishwasher tablets didn’t dissolve in the machine.
• Bart (8/5): Perfect for a weekend stay. - Perfect location, 10-15 mins walk to major attractions. Lots of cafes and restaurants around. Easy private check-in Apartment gets very hot as there is no aircon. It was alright with open windows.

• Agathe (9/5): Stilrent i historisk sentrum - Manglet ingenting, bortsett fra vaskemiddel. Beliggenheten var midt i det historiske sentrum. Butikker og restauranter var high end. Ingen instrukser om at det skulle benyttes en annen dør på kveldstid eller hvor søppel skulle tømmes. Koden til nøkkelboksen forsvant etter innsjekk, så utsjekk ble veldig stress når koden ikke lenger var tilgjengelig. Fikk kontakt på telefon og det løste seg.

• khalid (1/5): سيئة جدا.لا إنصح بالتعامل معهم يبحثون عن أي عذر حتى لو كان فير صحيح لعدم ود التأمين لا يوجد موظفين ولا حتى مسؤول لتتفا - لا يوجد تعاملهم سيئ. رفضوا اعادة التأميت ن بحجة ان الشقة لم تكن نظيفه مع أنني دفعت 90 يورو من اجل التنظيف ولم تكن متسخة كثيرا. حاولو تبرير عدم إعلدة التأمين وماطلوا كثيرا وفي الأخير رفضوا مع ان الشقة كانت سليمه وبلا مفقودات. والحجة تن المناشف كان على الأرض
• Yu Zhi (7/5): Not bad - The location is nice, quiet, new, close to many restaurants and walking distance to attractions. Facilities provided are quite new and clean. The apartment is quite spacious. The owner replied to our request quickly and solved it properly. The apartment does not face outside so it’s not very bright during the day. Sofa bed provided is very small, was not the whole sofa, just a small part of it. Our check in time got delayed.

Très beau séjour ! - L'immeuble est très bien situé ,dans un quartier agréable et calme ,proche de La Hofburg ,des belles places de Vienne ...et du métro .L'appartement est fonctionnel ( ascenseur ),propre et bien équipé (literie neuve ...)Vraiment ,nous reviendrions avec grand plaisir ,merci! La cachette pour le boîtier pour les clefs ...un jeu de piste amusant mais pas quand on arrive ! Il faut indiquer l'endroit avec plus de précisions ,c'est introuvable .

• Babak (8/5): Very good - Location and security Too small for three people. The coach bed was not flat and difficult to use. Bed spreads and pillow cases were stained.

The apartman is very comfortable, bedroom with comfy bed, big gardrobe, bathroom plus a separate toilet, living room with sofa and kitchen. There is a 3-floor garage under the building , though the rental company could not help us getting a parking place. We were lucky to manage to get one parking place directly from the doorman. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, but pretty dark, you need to use the lights during daylight too. Otherwise nothing else, it’s a great place to stay in Vienna

• Catherine (8/5): A well appointed apartment in an excellent location. - This was a very comfortable flat with everything we needed for a four night stay. There is a large shower room/toilet and a separate second toilet. Also a lot of very useful storage space for clothes. The location is excellent and we were able to walk to all the places of interest in the city centre. There is no view from the apartment but as we were out every day this didn’t bother us too much.
• Olga (5/5): Passable - The apartment itself exceeded expectations – it's well-maintained, in a fantastic location, and the building staff is excellent. However, the intermediary management company caused significant frustration. Despite ample notice, they couldn't arrange early check-in or late check-out, even with our young children. They contradicted themselves about the reasons and failed to deliver a promised crib sheet despite repeated calls. Their communication was unreliable and demonstrated a lack of care.

• Lamis (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean, the location is perfect in the old town, elevator is available, clear self check in instructions and the customer service responds in some time to all the concerns and questions. Amenities in the apartment are all new and very handy. There are 2 washrooms. I highly recommend this apartment.
• Hugh (9/5): Superb - Very comfortable apartment close to museums and restaurants. Instructions for getting into apartment were somewhat cryptic. We found this quite confusing at 10:30 in the evening when we arrived. Had we been able to arrive before 9pm, when staff were still there, it would have been a different story. Owner has promised to update instructions for future guests. There was no view from the room. No such view was promised, so no deception there.

• Anna (10/5): Modern large, comfy, very clean appartment - highly recommended! - Amazing appartment: modern, large, comfy and clean! The location is also superb, as central as it gets. Highly recommended! It took us some time to figure out how to get into the building, since there was no one at the reception, and it felt pretty frustrating. Apart from that, the self check-in was pretty straight forward and easy.
